        산업단지에 적용 가능한 재생가능 에너지의 현황 - 광양만권 적용 타당성을 중심으로

        본 논문에서는 각종 재생가능에너지에 대해 종류별로 소개하고 산업단지 적용 가능성에 대해 살펴보았다. 문헌상에 나타난 재생가능에너지들의 전지구 총 자원량과 기술적으로 적용가능한 가용량, 국내외 기술 개발 수준, 장단점, 온실가스 감축 효과 등을 정리하였다. 문헌상에 제시된 각 재생가능에너지의 특성과 온실가스 감축 효과, 광양만권의 지리적 특성을 바탕으로 정성적으로나마 단기적으로 광양만권에 적용가능한 재생가능에너지를 선별해보고자 하였다. 에너지 회수 시간이 짧은 태양열에너지, 기존의 사업장 지붕을 활용할 수 있어서 공간적 제약 없이 쉽게 도입할 수 있는 태양광에너지, 가격경쟁력이 높고 기술 완성도 수준이 높은 폐기물 바이오매스 열병합발전, 해양자원을 이용할 수 있고 순산소 연소 공정을 통해 포집된 고농도 이산화탄소를 활용할 수 있는 조류배양을 통한 바이오에너지 생산이 광양만권 산업단지에 우선적으로 적용할 만한 재생가능에너지로 평가되었다. 풍력, 조류, 파력에너지도 해안지대라는 지역적인 특성상 장기적으로는 타당성이 큰 것으로 판단되지만, 이들은 지자체의 주도로 혹은 지자체와의 긴밀한 협조 하에 추진되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 태양에너지는 아직 부족한 경제성 때문에 정부의 정책적 지원이 요구된다. 그러나 바이오에너지는 현재의 유가 수준에서도 경제성이 있는 것으로 평가되기 때문에 적극적인 도입 검토가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. In this paper, variety of renewable energies are introduced and their applicability to industrial complexes is discussed. Literature survey was performed to summarize globally available amounts of resources, technically applicable amounts, status of technologies, advantages and drawbacks, and greenhouse-gas reduction effects. Based on the characteristics and greenhouse-gas reduction effect of each renewable energy provided in the literature and geographical location of Gwangyang Bay area, we tried to suggest renewable energies that are most applicable to Gwangyang Bay area in the short term. Several renewable energies were suggested as the ones that have to be applied with priority: solar thermal energy with short energy pay-back time; solar photovoltaic energy that has small spatial limitation because roofs of pre-existing buildings can be used; combined heat and power generation using biomass with strong price competitiveness and high technical maturity level; and bio-energy production using algae culture that can utilize marine resources and high-concentration carbon dioxide captured from pure-oxygen combustion processes. Wind power, tidal energy, and wave energy were evaluated to be applicable in the long term considering the locational characteristics of Gwangyang Bay area, but they would need close cooperation with and support of local governments. Policy supports are still required for solar energy because of its weak price competitiveness. It is strongly recommended to apply the bio-energy technologies which are price-competitive even at the present oil price.

        同時タクシス連体節の時間性について : 韓国語との対照を中心に

        本論文は韓国語と日本語の同時的な時間関係を表わす連体節のテンス·アスペクトを対象としたものである。時間的限定性、タクシス、動詞タイプなどの観点から考察し、その主な内容としては、大きく次の二点にまとめられる。 第1点目は、連体節のテンス·アスペクトの意味を実現する文法的な条件とその順序である。つまり、1)時間的限定性の有無、2)タクシス(継起関係か同時関係か)、3)主節テンス(未来/現在/過去)、4)連体節の述語タイプ(内的限界動詞かどうか)である。この順序は非常に厳格であり、相互交替は不可能である。 第2点目は韓国語の「던(ten)」の使用条件と意味についてである。まず、基本的に同時的なタクシスで連体節の述語が文法的に限界づけられていない(unbounded)場合は義務的であり、限界づけられると任意的になる。また、継起性やアスペクトを表わす場合はなじみにくい。次は「던」の文法的な意味としては、時間名詞のようにはたらき連体節を絶対テンス化し、話し手の目撃性を表わすものと考えられる。 In this article, we deal with tense and aspect of ad-nominal clauses which express simultaneity taxis in Korean and Japanese. Our analysis is based on the notions of temporal localization, taxis, and verb types, and its core results are twofold as follows. Firstly, our primary finding is concerned with grammatical conditions and their order which are relevant to the realization of temporal and aspectual meanings of ad-nominal clauses. That is, (i) the presence/absence of temporal localization, (ii) taxis (temporally sequential relation, simultaneity), (iii) tense of a matrix clause (future, present, past), and (iv) the types of predicate in an ad-nominal clause (telic, atelic). This order is strict and cannot be overridden. Secondly, another central outcome of our study pertains to the conditions on the use of 던 (ten) and its grammatical meaning. The use of this grammatical item is obligatory when the predicate of an ad-nominal clause is grammatically unbounded due to simultaneity taxis; otherwise, it is optional. Moreover, the use of the grammatical item is not natural when simultaneity or aspect is expressed. As for the grammatical meaning of 던 (ten), it behaves like a temporal noun, as a result of which the ad-nominal clause has absolute tense, and the speaker’s evidentiality is expressed.

        마크디시의 살라피즘과 IS의 살라피 지하디즘

        Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, present leader of IS(Islamic State), declared on June 29, 2014 that Khilafah returned(The Return of Khilafah). IS has been built on Salafism, state ideology by Salafism Jihadists. The first founder of IS is Abū Mus’ab az-Zarqāwī that founded <Jama'at al-Tawhid wa-al-Jihad>(Society for Monotheism and Jihad) in 1999. Al-Zarqāwī was a petty criminal and an alcoholic, but he became a Salafism jihadist since he met Abu Muhammad Aasim al-Maqdisi in prison in 1990’s. Both of al-Maqdisi and al-Zarqāwī were born in Nablus in West Bank, so they felt brotherhood to each other much more. Especially, al-Zarqāwī has fallen under the influence of Al-Maqdisi. Al-Zarqāwī became a Salafism jihadist by influence of Al-Maqdisi’s Salafism. Al-Maqdisi has been one of the Salafism jihadists that follows pious Predecessors, as-Salaf as-Saleh and that strenuously insists that have to follow the robust belief of the early Muslims including Muhammad, the Companions(Sahabah), the Followers(Tabi‘un), the Followers of the Followers(Tabi‘ al-Tabi‘in)that provided Muslim the epitome of Islamic practice. In this paper, author reviewed Salafism in Islamic history, exchange of Salafism thought and Salafism ideology between two person, and then analyzed al-Maqdisi’s Salafism showing in Millat Ibrahim, al-Maqdisi’s work. In conclusion, the author of this paper insists that al-Maqdisi’s Salafism thought had a great effect on formation of al-Zarqāwī’s violent Salafist jihadism, and al-Zarqāwī’s Salafist jihadism has become a basic ideology of IS building. Al-Zarqāwī’s Salafist jihadism has become a violent ideology, has showed a seditious act of violence to world citizens. Present IS leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is an extremist standing on Salafist jihadism.

        생진양혈탕가미방이 Streptozotocin으로 유발된 당뇨 생쥐의 췌장에 미치는 영향

        Streptozotocin(STZ)을 투여하여 고혈당을 유발시킨 생쥐의 이자섬에 생진양혈탕가미방이 미치는 영향을 규명하고자, 전방액 (0.4ml/day)을 21일간 투여하여 혈당 및 BUN의 변화와 인슐린 면역조직화학적 검색 및 전자 현미경을 이용한 $\beta$세포의 미세구조 변화를 관찰하였다. STZ을 투여한 대조군 이자섬의 면역조직화학적 검사 결과 insulin에 양성반응을 보이는 세포가 거의 관찰되지 않았으나, 생진양혈탕가미방을 투여한 실험군의 $\beta$세포들은 대조군에 비하여 강한 양성반응을 보였다. 전자현미경 관찰에서, 대조군 생쥐의 $\beta$세포는 핵의 핵막이 정상군에 비하여 뚜렷하지 않았으며 세포질소기관의 발달도 미약하였다. 세포질내에 함유되어 있는 분비과립의 수가 현저히 감소하였으며 전자밀도가 높은 중심부분의 크기도 정상군에 비하여 현저히 작았다. 실험군의 $\beta$세포에서는 insulin분비소포의 수는 정상군에 비하여 다소 적게 관찰되었으나 대조준에 비해서는 증가하였으며, 전자밀도가 높은 중심부분의 크기도 대조군에 비하여 다소 증가하였다. 혈당은 대조군($365.33{\pm}91.01$, mg/dl)에비하여 실험군($179.56{\pm}73.36$, mg/dl)에서 유의성있게 감소하였다. 위와 같은 결과로 보아 생진양혈탕가미방이 STZ로 유발된 당뇨 생쥐의 치료에 효능이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. This study was carried out to understand the effects of Saengchinyanghyoltang-gamibang (SGT) on pancreatic islets of the mice induced with streptozotocin (STZ). In the control group, two times injected with 50 mg/kg 572 at 24-hour intervals, a few number of insulin immunoreactive-cells are observed at the pancreatic islets of the mice. In the experimental group which administered with extract of SGT during 21-day, a number of immunoreactive-cells are observed at the pancreatic islets. According to the electron microscopic observation, $\beta-cells$ of the control group were contained a few of secretory granules, but also these granules were contained electro-lucent materials. In the experimental group, a lot o( secretory granules and well developed cell organelles are observed at the $\beta-cells$. The level of glucose was significantly decreased in the experimental group compared with control group, but the level of BUN was similar in these two groups. These results suggest that administration of SGT to the mice improved the damage of $\beta-cells$ from injected with STZ.

        후민산을 이용한 콘크리트의 성능평가에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 천연후민산을 이용하여 유동성 콘크리트의 제조에 관하여 검토하였다. 물-시멘트비 40%, 50%의 조건에서 경화전 콘크리트의 워커빌리티를 조사하기 위하여 슬럼프치, 슬럼프플로우치, L형 슬럼프치, L형 플로우치, V형깔대기 흘러내림시간 등을 측정하였다. 콘크리트의 기계적 강도는 압축강도와 쪼갬인장강도를 측정하여 검토하였다. 후민산의 첨가에 의하여 첨가율이 0.6~1.8%사이에서는 유동성이 증가하였고 2.4%이상에서는 둔화되는 결과를 보였으며, 플로우 실험과 L형 플로우 실험에서도 같은 경향을 나타내었다. 압축강도와 쪼갬인장강도는 후민산의 첨가율이 1.2%까지 증가할수록 각각 60~70kgf/㎠와 10~12kgf/㎠의 범위에서 강도의 증가를 나타내었다. This paper is intended as an application for the preparation of flowing concrete using natural humic acid. Slump test, slumpflow test, L type test and V-lot test were carried out to check the workability characteristics of fresh concrete with two kinds of W/C ratio, 40% and 50%. The mechanical properties of hardened concrete were also investigated in terms of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength. At the results of this experimental study, the fluidity of fresh concrete was increased at the addition ratio of humic acid ranged from 0.6% to 1.8%, and decreased where the ratio exceed 2.4%. Flow test and L type test also showed the similar variation. The compressive strength variation was ranged 60~70kgf/㎠, and the splitting tensile one was ranged 10~12kgf/㎠, and the maximum strength was appeared at 1.2% addition ratio of humic acid.

        경피적 내시경하 위루술의 영양학적 영향: 후향적 단일 센터 연구

        Background/Aims: Several conditions may cause difficulties with oral feeding. Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) is commonly performed on patients who require enteral feeding for >2-3 weeks. This study examined the nutritional state of patients who required enteral feeding and underwent PEG to quantify the benefits of the procedure. Methods: This retrospective study included patients who underwent PEG at the Chungnam National University Hospital between January 2013 and December 2018. A gastroenterologist performed all PEG procedures using the pull technique, and all patients were followed up for >3 weeks postoperatively. The BMI and lymphocyte count, along with the levels of hemoglobin, total protein, albumin, total cholesterol, BUN, and creatinine pre-PEG and between 3 weeks and 6 months post-PEG were evaluated. Results: Overall, 151 patients (116 males; mean age 64.92 years) were evaluated. Of these patients, 112 (74.2%), 34 (22.5%), and five (3.3%) underwent PEG tube insertion because of neurological diseases, malignancy, and other conditions, respectively. The BMI and the hemoglobin, total protein, albumin, and total cholesterol levels were significantly higher post-PEG than pre-PEG. Conclusions: These findings highlight the usefulness of PEG in the management of nutritionally poor patients with difficulties in feeding orally. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2022;79:12-21)
