CORBA를 기반으로 한 XML 정보검색 시스템 통합 구현

The Internet is convenient to use and makes possible to utilize the dispersed information source through single/unity interface so that it provides the most effective computing environment since 1990. But the current web reveals the limitation in data control and expansion due to the unstructured character of the HTML. The XML, the next generation language and developed to overcome the limitation of the current web, can make the data controlled and managed very efficiently. With these advantages the XML is now using broadly in the area of electronic commercial transaction, EDI, medical management system, etc. This paper shows that the development of 3-Tier client/server system with the CORBA basis dispersed object technique. It makes use of the advantages of XML and CORBA, which can make the document data access dynamically.

This essay examines the ways in which racial segregation is spatially represented on stage by assessing its political significance in Alice Childress`s early plays, Florence, Trouble in Mind, and Wedding Band. It analyzes how the ideology of white supremacy functions to construct black space both physically and imaginatively on the basis of the difference of color, thereby legitimatizing the spatial distinction between blacks and whites. Racial prejudice enforces segregation in spaces for blacks, while preventing them from exercising the rights of place taken for granted by their white counterparts. The settings for their everyday life are the confines mandated by Jim Crow Laws, exemplified in waiting rooms at railway stations, polling places, and places of residence. Upon examination of spatial distinctions as a fundamental cause of racial disparities, it becomes clear that Alice Childress attempted to use realism to describe black spaces discriminately constructed by whites in racial relations between them. Through this essay I argue that Childress`s early plays paved the way for establishing the space of freedom for blacks with respect to the spatialization of race by causing the audience to acknowledge the necessity of change through the spatial visualization of racial segregation.
항공 응용 분야 : 퍼지 PI+D 제어기를 이용한 터보제트 엔진의 연료유량 제어

본 논문에서는 연료유량이 제어 수단인 터보제트 엔진에 대해 압축기의 서지를 방지하면서 가속시간을 줄일 수 있는 제어기를 제안하였다. 퍼지이론과 PI+D 제어 알고리즘을 적용하는 터보제트 엔진 제어기를 설계하였고 Mamdani의 추론법을 적용하여 추론하고, 비퍼지화는 무게 중심법을 사용하였다. 퍼지추론 결과는 터보제트 엔진의 가감속시 서지와 flame-out 현상을 방지하기 위해 연료 유량 제어 입력으로 사용되고, 신속하고 안전하게 원하는 속도로 수렴할 수 있도록 제어기를 설계한다. MATLAB을 사용한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 제안된 제어기의 성능을 입증하였다. In this paper, Proposed controller prevent compressor surge and reduce the acceleration time of the fuel flow control system for turbo-jet engine. Turbo-jet engine controller is designed by applying fuzzy PI+D control algorithm and make an inference by applying Mamdani`s inference method and the defuzzification using the center of gravity method. Fuzzy inference results are used as the fuel flow control inputs to prevent compressor surge and flame-out for turbo-jet engine and the controller is designed to converge to the desired speed quickly and safely. Using MATLAB to perform computer simulations verified the performance of the proposed controller.

본 논문에서는 연료유량이 제어 수단인 터보제트 엔진에 대해 압축기의 서지를 방지하면서 가속시간을 줄일 수 있는 제어기를 제안하였다. 압축기 회전 속도를 추정하기위해 고이득 관측기를 사용하고 퍼지이론과 PID 제어 알고리즘을 적용하는 터보제트 엔진 제어기를 설계하였다. 퍼지추론의 결과는 터보제트 엔진의 가감속시 서지와 flame-out 현상을 방지하기 위한 연료 유량 제어 입력으로 사용되고, 신속하고 안전하게 원하는 속도로 수렴할 수 있도록 제어기를 설계한다. MATLAB을 사용한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 제안된 제어기의 성능을 입증하였다. In this paper, proposed controller preventing compressor surge and reducing the acceleration time of the fuel flow control system for turbo-jet engine. The controller is designed to converge to the desired speed quickly and safely. Using MATLAB to perform computer simulations verified the performance of the proposed controller.

Background: The use of Cooperative Institutional Review Board (Co-IRB) has become subject to continuous discussion. As a result, leading mainly by the Korea Association of Institutional Review Boards (KAIRB), “IRB mutual recognition program (MR-IRB)” was proposed. However operational methods of the program are still controversial. The object of this research is to examine domestically feasible scope and operation methods of MR-IRB by conducting survey. Methods: 71 survey data was collected from chairman or specialist of each IRB and 29 IRB members of one institution running Central IRB was included. Results: 76.5 % of respondents selected phase 3 multi-national, multi-center clinical Sponsor Initiated Trial as a suitable subject of MR-IRB, but only 50 % supported Investigator initiated trials, and answered early-stage clinical trials such as phase 1 clinical trials or biological agent trials are unsuitable due to relatively insufficient knowledge on risk level. In order to operate MR-IRB, standardized review criteria and agreement of institutions in building mutual trust is essential. Also it was learned from the survey that the most desirable way to adopt MR-IRB is to be initiated by the representing organization such as KAIRB based on mutual trust from institutional agreement. Conclusion: MR-IRB was recognized as one of Co-IRB. A suitable subjects of MR-IRB were preferred the phase 3 multi-national, multi-center clinical sponsor initiated trials to all kinds of clinical trials. This study suggests that based on real operation experience from MR-IRB pilot study, further study should be conducted to analyze pros and cons of MR-IRB and identify domestically eligible model to facilitate MR-IRB.
다중 회귀 분석을 이용한 보론강의 조미니 경도 곡선 예측 및 합금 원소가 경화능에 미치는 영향

The prediction of Jominy hardness curves and the effect of alloying elements on the hardenability of boron steels (19 different steels) are investigated using multiple regression analysis. To evaluate the hardenability of boron steels, Jominy end quenching tests are performed. Regardless of the alloy type, lath martensite structure is observed at the quenching end, and ferrite and pearlite structures are detected in the core. Some bainite microstructure also appears in areas where hardness is sharply reduced. Through multiple regression analysis method, the average multiplying factor (regression coefficient) for each alloying element is derived. As a result, B is found to be 6308.6, C is 71.5, Si is 59.4, Mn is 25.5, Ti is 13.8, and Cr is 24.5. The valid concentration ranges of the main alloying elements are 19 ppm < B < 28 ppm, 0.17 < C < 0.27 wt%, 0.19 < Si < 0.30 wt%, 0.75 < Mn < 1.15 wt%, 0.15 < Cr < 0.82 wt%, and 3 < N < 7 ppm. It is possible to predict changes of hardenability and hardness curves based on the above method. In the validation results of the multiple regression analysis, it is confirmed that the measured hardness values are within the error range of the predicted curves, regardless of alloy type.
