The nonstructural glycoprotein NSP4, encoded by the 10th gene of rotavirus, has been known to play important roles in viral assembly and pathogenesis. The NSP4 genes of human rotavirus Korean isolates, designated as CBNU/HR-1, CBNU/HR-2, CBNU/HR-3, and CBNU/HR-4, were cloned, sequenced and characterized. Also, the NSP4 gene of the CBNU/HR-1 was expressed in a baculovirus-insect cell system. The sequence data indicated that the NSP4 genes of human rotavirus Korean isolates were 750 or 751 bases in length and encoded one open reading frame of 175 amino acids. Two glycosylation sites were recognized in the NSP4 gene of human rotavirus isolates tested. The NSP4 of CBNU/HR-1, CBNU/HR-3, and CBNU/HR-4 exhibited a high degree of amino acid sequence homology with that of NSP4 genotype B viruses, but a low degree of amino acid sequence homology with that of NSP4 genotype A viruses. However, the NSP4 of CBNU/HR-2 exhibited a high degree of amino acid sequence homology with that of NSP4 genotype A viruses, but a low degree of amino acid sequence homology with that of NSP4 genotype B viruses. The Sf9 cells infected with recombinant baculovirus, inserted with NSP4 gene of CBNU/HR-1, produced specific cytopathic effects and the expressed NSP4 was detected by immunofluorescence staining using NSP4-specific monoclonal antibody(MAb). The expressed NSP4 migrated at 16-26 kDa on SDS-PAGE and reacted with NSP4-specific MAb by Western blotting.

The aim of this paper is to look for the preferential difference between user and planner for exterior space components of co-housing. In order to do this the present study was carried out in the order of preceding studies, resident interviews, FGI, questionnaire survey, factor analysis, and AHP analysis. According to the results of AHP analysis, three implications were found. First, the space design should merge into consumer trends for health and community, because they can be strongly reflected in the exterior space configuration. Second, based on the consumer, a study on the exterior space of co-housing should start from identifying the reality of consumer needs and finding its components from the perspective of consumers. Third, users showed a significant difference by sex and age, and therefore gender and generation specific facilities should be considered.
대학부 태권도 선수들의 성취목표지향성이 운동몰입과 경기력결정 심리요인에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 대학부 태권도 선수들의 성취목표지향성이 운동몰입과 경기력결정 심리요인에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울과 경기지역에 재학중인 대학 태권도 선수들을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 총 332부의 표본을 추출하였다. PASW 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 상관관계, 단순회귀분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 성취목표지향성의 하위요인인 과제목표지향성은 운동몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 운동몰입은 경기력결정 심리요인의 하위요인 모두 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친다. The objective of this study was to examine the effects of univ. taekwondo players` achievement goal orientation on their exercise commitment and psychological factors in athletic performance. In order to attain the objective of this study, we used data on 332 taekwondo players selected through convenience sampling from univ. in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. For the purpose of this study, we used a questionnaire and collected data were processed using PASW 18.0. Hypotheses were tested at significance level of p<.01 through correlation analysis and simple and multiple regression. From these procedures and methods were drawn conclusions as follows. First, among the sub factors of achievement goal orientation task goal orientation had a significant effect on exercise commitment. Second, exercise commitment had a significant effect on motive, mental strength, intelligence and emotion of psychological factors in athletic performance.

This thesis is a study about Mai Jue Chan Wei (脈訣闡微) among many medical books by Chen Shi Duo (陳士鐸) who was a famous medical practitioner of China under the early Qing dynasty. Chen Shi Duo (陳士鐸) who is from, Shaoxing (紹興), Zhejiang (浙江) had his pen-name as Jing Zhi (敬之) and also was called as Zhu Hua Zi (朱華子) or Lian Gong (蓮公) under pseudonym of Yuan Gong (遠公). He was a medical practitioner under the early Qing dynasty in China and the date of birth and death was not for sure nor was written in the history book.
형상기억합금으로 능동구속된 콘크리트 기둥의 해석모델 개발

지난 수십 년간 발생한 강진으로 인해 철근의 내부 구속력이 부족한 철근 콘크리트(RC) 기둥에 수많은 심각한 피해가 발생하였다. 다양한 보수공법 중 형상기억합금(SMA)을 이용한 능동구속 기법은 지진에 취약한 RC기둥의 휨 연성을 높이는데 유의미한 결과를 보였다. SMA로 구속된 RC기둥의 동적거동에 관한 연구는 선행 연구자들에 의해 실험적으로 수행되었지만 구조적인 모델 개발은 거의 수행되지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양한 조건에서 능동구속된 RC기둥의 지진 시 거동을 확보하기 위해 SMA와이어로 보강된 RC 기둥의 진동대 실험 결과를 바탕으로 한 능동구속된 RC 기둥의 해석 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 해석모델은 양방향 지진력에 의한 SMA- RC기둥의 동적 거동 및 손상 정도를 확인할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. Several reinforced concrete (RC) columns have been severely damaged by prior earthquakes because of the lack of sufficient internal steel confinement. Among various retrofitting methods, active confinement technique using shape memory alloy (SMA) showed promising results in improving the flexural ductility of seismically deficient RC columns. Although previous studies have experimentally investigated the seismic responses of SMA-confined RC columns, their structural models were rarely developed. This study develops analytical models of actively confined RC columns based on the shake table testing of RC columns retrofitted with SMA wires to estimate the seismic responses of actively confined RC columns under various conditions. It is demonstrated that the proposed analytical models can capture the dynamic behavior and damage status of SMA-confined RC columns under bidirectional seismic excitations.
