        에니메이션을 이용한 관심전환중재가 학령전기 입원아동의 정맥주사시 통증과 두려움에 미치는 효과

        This study was a non equivalent control group pretest-posttest design to identify the effects of distraction by an animation on pain and fear during venepuncture of hospitalized preschool children. From July 15 to September 15 of 2009, fifty six preschool children aged 3-6 who were admitted C general hospital in Pusan were recruited. Participants were assigned to the experimental group(n=25) to receive animation distraction plus usual care or control group(n=21) to receive usual care. For the assessment of children's pain and fear, FPRS and PBCL were used. The data was analyzed by SPSS 14.0 program and the result follows. There was a significant difference in pain(t=-2.944, p=.006) and fear(t=-5.577, p=.000) between experimental and control group. Regarding the above result, animation distraction can be possibly adopted in pediatric ward. Also, in the near future, comparative researches on children's pain alleviation by the various forms of distraction will be necessary. 본 연구는 에니메이션을 이용한 관심전환중재가 학령전기 입원아동의 정맥주사시 통증과 두려움에 미치는 효과를 확인함으로써 학령전기 입원아동의 정맥주사시 통증과 두려움을 감소시키기 위한 간호중재를 모색하기 위한 근거를 제시하고자 시도한 비동등성 대조군 전후시차설계 연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 2009년 7월 15일부터 9월 15일까지 부산시 C종합병원 소아과병동에 입원한 학령전기 아동중 실험군 25명, 대조군 21명으로 하였으며, 실험처치로 에니메이션을 이용한 관심전환중재를 실시하였다. 연구도구로 안면통증척도와 두려움행동반응척도를 사용하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 14.0 프로그램을 이용하여 -test와 t-test로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 실험군과 대조군간에 통증(t=-2.944, p=.006)과 두려움(t=-5.577, p=.000)은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.

        전통적인 발효 방법으로 제조한 황칠 식초의 항산화, 알코올 대사 효소 및 간보호 활성

        This study was performed to investigate the organic acids, alcohol metabolism enzyme, and antioxidative, nitrite-scavenging, and hepatoprotective effects of Dendropanax morbifera vinegar prepared by a traditional fermentation method. Among the organic acids detected, acetic acid was the highest found, at 91.72 mg/ml, followed by lactic acid (7.31 mg/ml), malic acid (1.36 mg/ml), and succinic acid (1.20 mg/ml). The total polyphenol content of the D. morbifera vinegar was 13.73 μg tannic acid equivalent (TAE)/ml. The 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazy (DPPH) radical scavenging activity of D. morbifera vinegar was 76.04% at a 60% concentration. The superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of D. morbifera vinegar was increased in a dose-dependent manner, which was 95.14% at a 60% concentration, while the α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of D. morbifera vinegar was 98.94% at a 10% concentration. The effects of D. morbifera vinegar on alcohol metabolism were determined by measuring the generation of reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) by alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH). The ADH and ALDH activities of D. morbifera vinegar were increased in a dose-dependent manner, 43.62% and 60.39% at a 60% concentration, respectively. The D. morbifera vinegar showed significant protective effects against tacrine-induced cytotoxicity in HepG2 cells at the 0.6% concentration. These results suggest that D. morbifera vinegar has great potential as a resource for high quality functional health beverages. 본 연구에서는 전통적인 방법으로 제조한 황칠 식초의 유기산 함량을 측정하고 항산화 효과와 항당뇨 효과, 알코올 대사 효소 활성 및 HepG2 세포에 대한 간보호 효과를 알아보았다. 황칠 식초의 유기산 분석결과 acetic acid가 91.72 mg/ml로 가장 높았고, 그 다음으로는 lactic acid (7.31 mg/ml), malic acid (1.36 mg/ml), succinic acid (1.20 mg/ml) 순으로 나타났다. 황칠 식초의 총 폴리페놀 함량은 13.73 μg TAE/ml으로 나타났다. DPPH radical 소거능은 농도 의존적으로 증가하였으며 60% 농도에서 76.04%로 나타났고, SOD 활성은 60% 농도에서 95.14%로 나타났다. 황칠 식초 10% 농도에서의 α-glucosidase 저해 효과는 98.94%로 높게 나타났다. 알코올 분해 활성을 알아보기 위해 ADH 및 ALDH 활성을 측정한 결과, 두 가지 효소 모두 황칠 식초의 농도 의존적으로 증가하였으며 60% 농도에서의 ADH 및 ALDH 활성은 각각 43.62% 및 60.39%로 나타났다. 황칠 식초 0.6% 농도에서는 tacrine으로 유도된 HepG2 세포주에 대하여 간보호 활성이 높게 나타났다. 이상의 결과에서 전통적인 방법으로 제조한 황칠 식초는 기능성 건강 음료로서 활용 가능성이 높은 것으로 생각된다.

      • 생활한복의 상의 원형에 관한 소고

        To exhibit the basic patterns of upper garments of ideal Seng-Whal-Hanbok (Korean everyday dresses), with the investigations of their characteristics, the needful measurements and calculated values between Hanbok (Korean traditional dresses) and Seng-Whal-Hanbok were compared with each other following the presentation of their drafting methods. Results are as follows. First, as the general characteristics of Seng-Whal-Hanboks, their collar shapes, length of upper garment, and curved line of trimming parts were commented. Second, as the results from the needful measurements, both Jugori(upper garment of Hanbok) and upper garment of Seng-Whal-Hanbok were in need of the measurements of their chest circumference, back length and Wha-Jang (length up to the wrist born from cervical vertebral). As results from calculated values, Seng-Whal-Hanboks have more than enough space in the width of gill (waist), longer in their lengths and lower armpit point of Jin-Dong(armhole) consequently leading to the sufficient and comfortable feeling Third, it was considered that the basic patterns of ideal Seng-Whal- Hanboks have differences in the space added to B/4 in accordance with the length of upper garments, changes in the circumference of Jin-Dong and the front drooping (2.5-3cm) shorter than that of the short upper garments (4.0-5.0 cm) in their slopings. This is that the front drooping is largely necessary when their lengths of upper garments are short, while the small front droopings are given when their lengths become long. Instead of possible darts in the basic patterns of dresses in Western style, a sufficient front drooping (sloping) was given to the patterns with the treatment of the trimmings with curved lines. We also drafted our special front width able to arrange their front openings, leaving sufficient spaces for Seng-Whal-Hanbok instead of outer collar with enough space for the basic patterns of Jugori in Hanbok..

      • 색동직물의 배색 선호도에 따른 이미지 연구

        The purpose of this study is for confirming about image research by color scheme of saekdong textile fabrics used modern Korean traditional costume. Method of this study is taste analysis by ten person who is specialized in clothing at changwon national university and ten person of the general about seven samples of saekdong that is selling Korea in domestic. The results are as follows. 1. Image of saekdong arrangement of color are dim, noble (stimulus1,4), unpretending-ness(stimulus5,6), calm, sharp(stimulus7), and activity, splendor(stimulus2,3). 2. Stimulus 1 liked everything is most for taste of saekdong arrangement of color. If apply saekdong in design development according to consumers' changed mark and demand, is expected that can do popularization.
