본 연구에서는 기능적 자극에 필요한 전기 자극 파형(Wave Form)과 Therapy, Burst, pulse 각 구간에 필요한 전기 자극 시간과 같은 매개변수를 그래프 형식으로 시뮬레이션하고, 환자에게 전달되는 전기 에너지를 계산할 수 있도록 하는 기능적 전기 자극 시뮬레이션 응용프로그램을 개발하였으며, 개발된 시뮬레이션 응용프로그램과 전기 자극 장비에서 출력되는 전기 자극을 오실로스코프를 통해 비교 검증하였다. 응용프로그램에서 시뮬레이션 한 프로그램의 콘텐츠를 활용하기 위하여 XML 스키마를 개발하였다. 그리고 각각의 설정 값들에 대해 표준화된 코드를 이용하고 OID를 이용하여 각각의 표준화 코드들을 식별 할 수 있도록 함으로써 의료전문가들 사이에서 기능적 전기 자극 프로그램에 대한 콘텐츠 공유의 도구로 활용 할 수 있도록 하였다. In this study, the application was developed for the simulation of functional electrical stimulation. It functions to calculate the electrical energy which is transmitted to the patient, to visualize the electrical stimulation waveform, Therapy, and Burst and Pulse section as setup of time period requested. The application was verified by comparing the oscilloscope and the graph of the application. XML schema was developed to utilize the contents of simulation which consist of the standard codes that are identified by OID. Using the application, medical experts will be able to research and share the contents of simulation.
태양광 전력생산 증대를 위한 전문가 추론 기법의 를 이용한 시스템에의 적용

This paper improves the power production efficiency by using the MPPT of the experts inference method in the photovoltaic DPP system. experts inference method is used to overcome limitations of existing P&O algorithm. The effectiveness of the experts inference method was verified through simulation. The MPPT was accelerated by the active voltage change and the ripple at the steady state was reduced. As a result, the power production efficiency of the solar panel can be increased. These results suggest that the power production efficiency of solar power plant facilities can be increased.
CPA program을 활용한 복강경을 이용한 질식 자궁적출술 환자 Critical Pathway 개발

Objective: The aim of this study was to develop critical pathway for post operation care of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy with time and cost effectiveness using a clinical pathway assistant program (MDCPATM, MDware Co.) Methods: Procedure was done with the following steps; establishment of conceptual framework, development of preliminary critical pathway using CPA program, expert validity test, and confirmation of final critical pathway. Results: Preliminary critical pathway was extracted by CPA program, and this result was verified by expert validity test. The process of data collection and analysis to develop the preliminary critical pathway was accomplished automatically by CPA program. The patients' hospitalization period in the aspect of time and cost effectiveness was confirmed as 6 days, and each item of assessment, test, medication, treatment, diet, activity, and teaching were finalized. Conclusion: The CPA program can automate the complicated process, which contains collecting and cleaning the large size EMR data, classifying and confirming the items in critical pathway, so that the time and cost to develop a critical pathway can be reduced. This program is expected to be used for development of critical pathway in a variety of clinical settings in the aspect of time and cost effectiveness.

More than five pulleys are used in an automobile, such as crankshaft, water pump, air-con compressor, fan and power steering pump pulley. Although the shape of pulley is simple, the design evaluation of a pulley is difficult because of composite boundary conditions such as the thickness of a pulley, the tension force of a v-belt, the tightening torque of bolts and the shape of the bracket. To analyze pulley system with dynamic stress, numerical simulation was carried out using DAFUL and it’s compared with static analysis. As a result, the result of dynamic analysis is lower than static analysis..
