P3HT:PCBM 활성층을 갖는 유기 박막태양전지의 후속 열처리 효과

The organic solar cells with Glass/ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:PCBM/Al structure were fabricated using regioregular poly (3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) polymer:(6,6)- phenyl $C_{61}$-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) fullerene polymer as the bulk hetero-junction layer. The P3HT and PCBM as the electron donor and acceptor materials were spin casted on the indium tin oxide (ITO) coated glass substrates. The optimum mixing concentration ratio of photovoltaic layer was found to be P3HT:PCBM = 4:4 in wt%, indicating that the short circuit current density ($J_{SC}$), open circuit voltage ($V_{OC}$), fill factor (FF) and power conversion efficiency (PCE) values were about 4.7 $mA/cm^2$, 0.48 V, 43.1% and 0.97%, respectively. To investigate the effects of the post annealing treatment, as prepared organic solar cells were post annealed at the treatment time range from 5min to 20min at $150^{\circ}C$. $J_{SC}$ and $V_{OC}$ increased with increasing the post annealing time from 5min to 15min, which may be originated from the improvement of the light absorption coefficient of P3HT and improved ohmic contact between photo voltaic layer and Al electrode. The maximum $J_{SC},\;V_{OC}$, FF and PCE values of organic solar cell, which was post annealed for 15min at $150^{\circ}C$, were found to be about 7.8 $mA/cm^2$, 0.55 V, 47% and 2.0%, respectively.

군 부적응 병사들의 기질 성격 특성, 회복탄력성 및 예측요인에 관한 대조군 연구

Objectives The purpose of this study was to reveal psychological traits, risk factors, and predictorsof the military maladjusted group. In addition, we attempted to compare the correlation oftemperament, character profile, and resilience between maladjusted and adjusted groups. Methods A total of 166 maladjusted soldiers who joined the green camp of three divisions and125 adjusted soldiers participated in the survey from July to December 2013. As self-reportquestionnaire methods, Beck Anxiety Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), and the Koreanversion of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI)were used. T-test, binary logistic regression analysis, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regressionanalysis were used as analytical methods. ResultsThe maladjusted group showed a high level of anxiety, depression, and Harm Avoidanceand a low level of resilience, Reward Dependence (RD), Persistence, Self-Directedness,and Cooperativeness compared with the adjusted group. BDI and RD were found to be statisticallysignificant for prediction of military maladjustment. Higher correlation between resilienceand TCI was observed for the maladjusted group, but not the adjusted group. Conclusion We suggest that a high depression level and a low RD level should be included aspredictors among target symptoms for development of psychological treatment for the maladjustedgroup. In addition, we suggest that the level of resilience can affect correlation of resiliencewith TCI.

A Study on KAPF literature's aspects formating Manchuria in the late term of Japanese colonialism * 이 논문은 2007년도 서울시 인문 장학금의 지원을 받아 이루어졌음.** 서울대학교 국어국문학과 박사과정攀攀본고는 일제 말기 카프작가들의 만주 형상화 양상을 살펴보고자 한다. 이 시기 만주 형상화를 다룬 작품들이 중요한 것은 당시 일제가 만주를 자본주의적 생산관계의 극복이 가능한 공간으로 선전했기 때문이다. 즉, 이들 작품을 분석함으로써 어떠한 지점에서 과거 카프와 일제 말기 만주 이데올로기가 합치되며, 동시에 어떠한 지점에서 분기되는가를 살펴보는 것이 가능하다.카프 작가들의 만주 인식의 배경이 되는 30년대 사회주의 진영의 만주 인식은 양가적인 성격을 지닌다. 한 편으로는 일제의 공식 이데올로기에 순응하는 양상을 보이지만, 다른 한 편으로는 공식 이데올로기의 균열을 포착하여 이를 전유하는 양상을 보인다.카프 작가들의 만주 형상화 역시 이러한 양가성을 지닌다. 생산문학에 입각한 작품들은 일반적인 역사발전의 경로로서 생산력 발전을 지향한다는 점에서는 고전적인 맑스주의적 인식을 보이지만, 다른 한 편으로 새로운 생산양식으로서의 파시즘을 승인할 경우 당시 일제 이데올로기로 포섭될 위험을 지닌다. 그러나 본고에서 다룬 김남천의 <사랑의 수족관>과 이기영의 <대지의 아들>은 전자의 측면에 집중됨으로써 당시 공식 이데올로기로 포섭되지 않는다.한 편 이들 작가들은 당시 만주에 대한 ‘오족협화’나 ‘왕도낙토’등의 공식 이데올로기에 대해서도 적극적인 전유를 보인다. 한설야의 <대륙>은 ‘오족협화’이데올로기와 현실간의 균열을 포착하여 이를 전유한다. 김남천의 <사랑의 수족관>은 당시 일제에 의해 공식적으로 선전되던 만주와 현실적인 삶의 공간으로서의 만주 사이의 균열을 구별하여 형상화한다. 이기영의 <대지의 아들>은 텍스트에 구한말 민족운동의 표상을 표기하는 우회적 글쓰기를 보여준다. 이들 작품들은 모두 일제의 만주 이데올로기에 대한 전유를 보여준다는 점에서 높이 평가될 수 있다.

In the paper, it were studied in changing of effectiveness and appraising safety using dual brake dynamometer that the efficiency of brass solid lubricants, known as factors which effect ventilated disc brake performance mostly on wear and friction characteristics of friction materials, with a variety of metal powder meshes and organic fillers. The results in the work are following. 1) Effectiveness is higher in proportion to amount of Hi-car. 2) Small mesh is more excellent in brake safety than big one. 3) Fade efficiency has relation to not solid lubricant mesh but the existence of organic friction material.
