최근 정신질환에 대한 사회적 편견이 감소하면서 이차성 이득(secondary gain), 즉 군복무 기피를 위한 목적으로 정신과적 증상을 호소하는 환자가 늘어나고 있다. 특히 객관적 진단도구가 없는 정신의학적 문제의 경우 환자의 주관적 증상호소와 의사의 전문적 판단이 실제 유일한 진단 기준이다. 본 논문에서는 데이터마이닝을 이용하여 과거 정신과 입원 환자들의 처방데이터 분석을 통해 의병전역 결정을 위한 객관적 기준을 제공하여 의무조사의 신속한 의사결정에 도움을 주고자 한다. 따라서 정신과 환자 처방분석을 통한 의병전역 결정지원 시스템을 제안한다. Recently, mental patients are increasing by secondary gain, that is, purpose for avoiding a military service as the social prejudice about mental disease decreases. In particular, it is unique diagnostic tool to a patient's subjective symptoms complaint and a doctor's special judgment, in occasion of psychiatry problem that an objective diagnostic tool does not exist. In this paper, we provide an objective basis to help in a quick decision-making of discharging from military service using the datamining, that analyzes mental patient's prescription to find a special rule. Therefore, we propose the decision support system of discharging from service using the analysis of mental patient's prescription.
열대풍 가로화단을 위한 화분 형태에 따른 식물 생장 특성 연구

This study aims to recommend suitable pot types for horizontal flower beds that use tropical plants, including coleus (Coleus blumei Benth), canna (Canna generalis), and flowering sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas 'Marguerite'). These plants are commonly used in tropical-style flower beds that have gained popularity recently. During the summer to autumn period (July to November), we investigated changes in growth and evapotranspiration of irrigation water and growth by classifying pots into regular, wick, and evapotranspiration types. The growth of sweet potatoes in regular, transpiration, and wick pots was observed in the greenhouse. All sweet potatoes died after 45 days of planting, irrespective of the type of pot used. For coleus (pink), it was observed that the plant grew relatively longer and wider in the wick pot, but it died after 60 days in the regular and transpiration pots. In contrast, for the same species, coleus (lotus), the stems and leaves became thinner, the foliage colour became lighter, and it exhibited stunted growth, but it did not die unlike coleus (pink). It showed moderate growth regardless of the pot type. For canna, there was no significant difference between the pot types, and it exhibited moderate growth, but normal growth was difficult to achieve. Although the research on the tropical landscape flower bed was conducted in a greenhouse and had some environmental limitations, it showed moderate growth indoors. The study suggests that it is possible to introduce the flower bed outdoors in July and August. It is expected that the decline in growth due to lack of light will be improved in the outdoor space. All plants exhibited moderate growth in wick-type pots, which is expected to be an efficient watering method and potting form.
암환자의 불안, 스트레스, 재발 우려가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향과 사회적 지지의 조절효과

The main purpose of this study was to analyze how emotional factors such as anxiety, stress, and concern for the cancer recurrence influence the life quality of patients who are suffering any neoplasm, and to reach conclusions to improve the life quality of the patients by investigating the controlling effects of social supports for the patients in relations with the emotional factors. For this study, 150 subjects who were undergone for cancer treatments as outpatients or inpatients in a general hospital located in Changwon city were enrolled for self survey with structured questionnaires. Among them, survey data of 148(98.7%) subjects were analyzed. Main results were obtained from multiple regression analysis. That is, when the controlling effect of social supports in relation with the emotional factors such as anxiety, stress, and concern for cancer recurrence of cancer patients were analyzed, emotional factors which were considered as independent variables had negative influence on life quality. However, social supports which were controlling variables had significantly positive influence on life quality. Among the social supports, only family support variable showed a significant controlling effect in relation between the emotional factors such as anxiety, stress, and concern for cancer recurrence and life quality. The results of this study suggest that the efforts to reduce concerns on the emotional factors are required to improve life quality of cancer patients. Additionally, this study implies that the family support is the most important factor to improve life quality of the patients.
구아바·녹차잎 추출복합물(ILS-F-2301)의 기능성 원료 표준화를 위한 지표성분 Guaijaverin과 Epigallocatechin Gallate의 분석법 개발 및 검증

This study validated an analytical method using HPLC for the standard determination of guaijaverin and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) in mixed extracts of Psidium guajava and Camellia sinensis (ILS-F-2301) as functional ingredient. The analytical method of guaijaverin and EGCG was optimized by HPLC on a C18 column with a gradient elution of 0.1% aqueous formic acid and methanol at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The analyte was detected at 254 and 280 ㎚. Validation of an analytical method was evaluated with respect to specificity, linearity, accuracy, and precision. Guaijaverin and EGCG were successfully separated with identical RT and UV spectrum without any interference substance, demonstrating that it presented specificity. Calibration curve of guaijaverin and EGCG exhibited high linearity (R²≥0.990). The limit of detection and quantitation of guaijaverin and EGCG were 0.44, 1.32 ㎍/mL and 21.44, 64.97 ㎍/mL, respectively. The recovery rate of guaijaverin and EGCG were obtained 100.17∼104.86% and 97.92∼99.40%, respectively, indicating that the result exhibited high accuracy. Relative standard deviation values in precision of guaijaverin and EGCG were 0.39∼1.38% and 0.16∼0.52%, respectively, showing that it appeared the excellent precision. Taken together, these results suggest that the developed HPLC method for the analysis of guaijaverin and EGCG in ILS-F-2301 is simple, efficient, and reliable. Also, it could be contributed to the quality control of ILS-F-2301.

최근 국내 디지털 병원들이 점차 기업화 되면서 각 지역별 분산 및 독립 운영되는 의료통계 정보 활용의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 또한 각종 연구목적 및 의료 서비스 경쟁력 향상 등을 위해 신속 정확한 의사결정지원 시스템인 데이터 웨어하우스(DW; Data Warehouse) 구축의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 단일 병원 내의 데이터 웨어하우스가 아닌, 전국적으로 분산 운영되고 있는 병원의 다양한 의료정보를 통합하고자 한다. 따라서 Staging 영역을 활용한 분산된 의료정보시스템 통합 방안을 제시한다.
상지추출물의 기능성원료 표준화를 위한 지표성분 옥시레스베라트롤 분석법 검증

상지추출물을 식약처 개별인정형 건강기능식품 기능성원료로 개발하기 위한 연구의 일환으로 상지추출물의 표준화를 위한 기능성지표성분 ORT 분석법 설정과 분석법에 대한 확인을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 HPLC를 이용하여 0.05% 인산이 첨가된 물과 아세토나이트릴을 이동상으로 하고 YMC-Pack Pro C<SUB>18</SUB> column (5 μm, 4.6×250 mm)을 사용하여 기울기용출(gradient elution)으로 ORT 분석법을 확립한 후 분석법에 대하여 특이성, 직선성, 정확성, 회수율과 정밀성을 각각 측정하였다. ORT 검량선의 상관계수(R²=1)은 좋은 선형성을 보였으며 LOQ와 LOD는 각각 1.0와 0.3 μg/mL 나타났다. 정확도는 일내분석과 일간분석에서 각각 99.44-103.47%, 97.60-105.81%로 나타내었으며, 상대표준편차(RSD)는 각각 3.52, 4.70% 이었다. 회수율은 97.64-103.69%이었으며, RSD는 0.89-1.14%으로 나타나서 RSD 2.00% 이하로 정밀성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 위의 결과로부터 HPLC를 이용한 ORT의 분석법은 상지추출물의 기능성원료 표준화를 위한 지표성분 분석법으로 적합함을 확인하였다. 본 시험법에 따라 3회 제조한 상지추출물의 ORT 함량은 평균 3.74%로 나타내었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 확립된 ORT의 분석법이 향후 상지추출물의 기능성원료 표준화와 규격화를 위한 기초자료로서 크게 활용될 것으로 기대된다. An HPLC method was developed to quantitate a marker, oxyresveratrol (ORT), for the standardization of mulberry branch extracts (MBE) as a functional ingredient. HPLC was performed on a C<SUB>18</SUB> column with a gradient elution using 0.05% H₃PO₄ and acetonitrile at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min, and detected at 320 nm. The HPLC method was validated according to Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA) guideline of analytical procedures with respect to specificity, linearity, accuracy and precision. Calibration curve of ORT showed high linearity (R²=1), and limits of detection and quantification were 0.3 and 1.0 μg/mL, respectively. Relative standard deviation values from intra-and inter-day precision were less than 3.52 and 4.70%, respectively. Recovery rate ranged from 97.64% to 103.69%, and ORT content in MBE was approximately 3.78%. These results suggest that the HPLC method developed for the analysis of ORT in MBE is simple, efficient, and could contribute to the quality control of MBE.
