Paleomagnetic study is carried out to investigate the possibility of remagnetization by dikes in the Cretaceous Gyeongsang Basin. We selected a site for a contact test as a preliminary study, and collected 41 core samples (7 from andesitic dike, 17 from sedimentary rock on the left side of dike and 17 from sedimentary rock on the right side). Magnetite was responsible for the remagnetization based on microscopic observation and demagnetization analysis. Although the increasement of magnetic susceptibility appears on both sides about 100 cm from the dike, the increment of NRM intensity was obtained from the specimens on the left side only. This is interpreted that the size of magnetite newly formed is dominated by superparamagnetic grains in the right side, but by larger than single-domain grains in the left. Reversed polarity component remagnetized by intrusion of dike was also found only for core samples from 116 cm left side of dike but abscent from right side indicating the remagnetization by the dike depends on the geometric shape and width of the dike, which is supported by field observations. The content of epidote is well correlated with remagnetization, and indicates the hydrothermal alteration/metameorphism was activated by the intrusion. We concluded that the above evidences in this study further support thermally-activated chemical origin of the remagnetization with meager contribution of contact metamorphism, and that any significant evidence of regional-scaled remagnetization was not found in the study area.

가미자도환(加味慈桃丸)의 항암(抗癌) 및 면역증강효과(免疫增强效果)에 관한 부험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

This experimental study was carried out to evaluate the anti-tumor and the immunomodulatory effects of Jiaweicitaowan(加未慈桃丸) against cancer. The in vitro anti-tumor effects were evaluated by MTT assay. The cytotoxicity, extension of survival days, the effect of inhibition solid tumor which was induced sarcoma 180, and the changes of body weight were evaluated for in vivo effects of anti-tumor. To evaluate the immunomodulatory effects of Jiawei- citaowan(加未慈桃丸), delayed type hypersensitivity, hemagglutinin, hemolysin titers for humoral immune response, rosette forming cells for cell-mediated immune response, natural killer cell activity, proliferation of lymphocyte, productivty of Interleukin-2, and carbon clearance were measured with methotrexate treated mice. The results were as follows; 1. In the case of existence ability of tumor cell, IC50 had an anti-tumor ativity resulted 2.52mg/ml to SNU-C4. 0.41mg/ml to SNU-396, resulted to 0.09mg/mlSNU-1. 2. The groups of Jiaweicitaowan(加未慈桃丸) 10mg/ml, 20mg/kg had no body weight loss. reduction in intake of water and feed, so these had no toxicity. 3. In the case of the effect of extention of existence. the group of 20mg/kg Jiaweicitaowan(加未慈桃丸) extract treated group was showed 250% in ILS. 4. The effect of inhibition solid tumor was significantly decreased in both 10mg/kg, 20mg/kg of Jiaweicitaowan(加未慈桃丸) extract treated groups as compared with control group S. The groups of 10mg/kg, 20mg/kg Jiaweicitaowan(加未慈桃丸) had significant effect of body weight change compared to control group. 6. Delayed type hypersensitivity was not significant in both Jiaweicitaowan(加未慈桃丸) extract treated groups as compared with control group. 7. Hemagglutinin and Hemolysin titers were significantly increased by dose-dependent. so these results showed that the humoral immume respose was activated. 8. For the effect of rosette formimg cells was not significant in hoth Jiaweicitaowan(加未慈桃丸) extract treated groups as compared with control group. 9. Natural killer cell activity was significantly increased in both Jiaweicitaowan(加未慈桃丸) extract treated groups as compared with control group in the ratio of 100: 1, 50: 1 of effector and target cells, but in the ratio of 10:1, the Jiaweicitaowan(加未慈桃丸) extract treated groups were not significant. 10. The proliferation of lymphocyte and productivty of Interleukin-2 were significantly increased by dose-dependent in both 10mg/ kg, 20mg/ kg of Jiaweicitaowan(加未慈桃丸) extract treated groups as compared with control group. 11. In the phagocytic effect, the 20mg/kg of Jiaweicitaowan(加未慈桃丸) extract treated group showed the increasing effect with significance as compared with control group. According to the results, we can suggest that Jiaweicitaowan(加未慈桃丸) has the antitumor and the immunomodulatory effects.

일본의 신자유주의 도입과정과 그 특징 -경제적 관점을 중심으로-

본 연구는 일본에 이식된 신자유주의 이데올로기의 30년 도입과정을 분석해 그 과정에서 나타난 시대구분과 특징, 부작용 등을 주로 살펴볼 것이다. 이를 통해 2008년 금융위기 이후를 계기로 등장한 포스트 신자유주의의 대안모델이 어떤 배경논리와 설명력을 갖는지 보고자 한다. 신자유주의는 80년대 철학완성을 계기로 90년대 냉전종식에 힘입어 급격히 그 지지기반을 확대해왔다. 특히 외교안보적 무임승차와 경제적 무역마찰 등 미국과의 특이한 상황배경과 함께 고도 경제성장을 실현한 자체적인 전통시스템을 보유한 일본의 경우 다른 국가와 달리 신자유주의 정책도입에 적잖은 차별성을 갖는 것으로 이해된다. 80년대부터의 지속적인 도입압박에도 불구, 다양한 상황논리를 내세워 단계적 수용과정을 거쳤지만, 이것이 2000년대 이후에는 내수불황 타개차원에서 급속히 확대·수용되며 그만큼 심각한 불협화음을 야기한 게 대표적이다. 실제 신자유주의 정책도입 이후 일본사회는 외생·토종의 제도충돌에 따라 과거에는 보기 드물었던 새로운 차원의 사회균열·정치위기·철학붕괴·경제파탄 등의 문제로 고전 중이다. 불행지표의 심각한 상황인식 속에 이뤄진 54년만의 정권교체도 실은 이 난국타개를 위한 국민적 염원발원이라 해도 과언이 아니다. 그럼에도 불구, 대안마련을 위한 전망은 밝지 않은 편이다. 정부와 시장, 복지와 성장, 그리고 사회와 개인을 둘러싼 강조점과 지향성에 대한 이견이 여전한데다 무엇보다 이를 추동하고 리드할 정치적 불확실성에 대한 염려가 많기 때문이다. 민주당이 내놓은 제3의 길이란 대안모델이 정치적 수사에 머물 뿐 더 이상 정책수단으로 실현되지 못하고 있는 게 그 반증이다. This study checked out a transplanted course of Japan`s neo-liberalism ideology about 30 years since the early 80`s. In the process of introduction, It was analyzed that Japan has six divisions of neo-liberalism history and four japan`s unique features about the side effects. For example, typical symbols of side effect are such as economic polarization and filling the generational gap. Most of all, the dissonance of neo-liberalism may be a bigger than any other country. So they are trying to overcome these problems through examining alternative models are intended to recover social cracks, political crisis, philosophical and economic collapse. Nevertheless, the outlook is not bright by reason of low reality to alternative model.

대규모 풍력 발전단지 계통 연계 시 영향 평가 절차 연구

세계 각국의 풍력 발전기의 계통연계 운영 경험에 비해 아직까지 우리나라의 풍력 발전 단지에 대한 운영 경험은 매우 제한적이며, 연계 기준 수립에 대한 기초가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 국내 계통의 특성을 고려한 연계 기준 및 최적 운영 방안의 수립을 위해서는 다양한 국가에서 적용하고 있는 풍력 발전 단지에 대한 연계 및 운영 기준에 대한 검토 및 계통 영향 평가에 대한 절차가 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문은 계통운영자가 풍력발전기를 계통 연계하기 전 그 영향을 충분히 평가하여 허가 여부를 결정하거나 필요한 제어 요건을 갖출 수 있도록 풍력 발전기의 계통 연계 시 그 영향을 평가하는 절차에 대해 제안을 하였으며, 이 과정을 제주 계통 풍력발전 연계 모의 적용하였다.

우리나라는 풍력발전 기술 집약에 전력하고 있지만 풍력단지에 대한 운영 경험은 매우 제한적이며, 연계 기준 수립에 대한 기초가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 한국 계통의 특성을 고려한 연계 기준 및 최적 운영 방안 수립을 위한 다양한 국가에서 적용하고 있는 풍력 발전 단지에 대한 연계 및 운영 기준에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문은 육지계통 및 제주계통의 안정도와 전압 품질 개선을 위한 대규모 풍력 발전 단지의 최적운영 방안을 제안한다.

사도바울의 복음사역에 나타난 변혁적 리더십에 관한 탐색적 연구: 로마서를 중심으로

본 연구는 사도바울의 변혁적 리더십을 탐색하는 연구보고서이다. 바울의 인격적이며, 지성적이고 헌신적인 선교사역의 발자취를 탐색하여 사도바울이 발휘한 ‘변혁적 리더십’(Bass, 1985)의 요인들을 고찰하였다. 연구방법은 문헌논문의 방법으로 신약성경 로마서를 중심으로 탐색하여 분석하였다. 로마서는 사도바울이 기독교 신앙을 위한 ‘조직신학’이라고 말할 수 있으며, 교회 역사상의 위대한 부흥은 항상 로마서의 설교에서 시작되었다고 말한다(윌리암 F, 1987). 본 서신을 기록한 이유에 대해서는 바울 자신이 이에 대하여 해답을 주고 있다(롬 1:10-13). 그는 로마에 있는 신자들을 방문하기 원했지만 여러 가지 환경들로 인하여 방해를 받아 왔었다. 로마서는 사도바울이 로마 선교에 특별한 관심을 가지고 방문하기 전에 우선 서신을 통하여 교육하고자 하는 뜻에서 본 서신을 쓰게 되었다고 할 수 있으며, 로마에 있는 신자들로 하여금 기독교 신앙의 위대한 교리들을 통하여 신앙심을 굳세게 하려는 의도에서 A.D. 56년에 고린도에 머물러 체류 중에 있으면서, 3개월간 로마서를 기록하였다(행 20:2-3). 본 연구에서는 초대교회 당시 사도바울이 어떠한 리더십으로 복음을 전파하였으며, 선교사역에 접근하였는가를 로마서를 통하여 탐색하였다. 제1장 서론에서는 문제 제기와 연구의 목적을 밝혔으며, 제2장에서는 변혁적 리더십의 개념 및 하위요소와 로마서의 전체적인 개요를 고찰하였고, 제3장에서는 사도바울의 변혁적 리더십의 하위요소(카리스마, 동기부여, 지적자극, 개별적 배려)가 될 수 있는 12개의 성경구절을 찾아서 변혁적 리더십으로 연결하여 탐색하였으며, 결론부분으로 제4장에서는 시사점과 향후 연구 과제를 제시하였다. 당시 이방인과 유대인 간의 간격을 극복하고 자유롭게 교제하며 이방선교를 하고자 하였던 사도바울의 신앙과 사고력은 당시의 유대교적인 고정관념을 깨고, 자신의 다양하고 폭넓은 식견으로 변혁적 리더십의 요인들을 발휘하여 독특한 세계선교의 기반을 구축하였다. This study is a report to explore the Apostle Paul"s transformational leadership. Paul"s personal, intelligent, and devoted missionary work was explored and the factors of the “transformative leadership”(Bass, 1985) exercised by the Apostle Paul were examined. The research method was analyzed by searching the Epistle of Romans on the New Testament as a method of literature thesis. The Epistle of Romans can say that the Apostle Paul is a “systematic theology” for the Christian faith, and the great revival in the history of the church always begins with the preaching of Romans(William F, 1987). As for the reason for writing this letter, Paul himself gives an answer to about(Rom. 1:10-13). He wanted to visit the believers in Rome, but had been hindered by various circumstances. The book of Romans can be said to have been written in order to educate the apostle Paul through the epistle before visiting with a special interest in Roman missions. In the intention to He stayed in Corinth in A.D. 56 and stayed sojourn and wrote Romans for three months(Acts 20:2-3). In this study, what kind of leadership the Apostle Paul preached and approached the missionary work in the early church was searched through Romans. Chapter 1, Introduction, raised the question and recorded the purpose of the study. In Chapter 2, the concept and sub-elements of transformational leadership and the general outline of Romans were examined. In Chapter 3, Bible contents 12 that can be the sub-elements of the Apostle Paul"s transformational leadership(charisma, motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration) were searched and linked with transformational leadership. Chapter 4 presents implications and future research tasks. The faith and thinking ability of the Apostle Paul, who tried to overcome the gap between Gentiles and Jews at that time, to freely associate with them, and to do Gentile missions, broke the Jewish stereotypes of the time and presented them as a factor of transformational leadership based on broad insights.
