국내 연구 동향 분석을 통한 포장분야에서 유한요소해석의 적용 방향에 관한 고찰

Proper packaging design can meet both the environmental and economic aspects of packaging materials by reducing the use of packaging materials, waste generation, material costs, and logistics costs. Finite element analysis(FEM) is used as a useful tool in various fields such as structural analysis, heat transfer, fluid motion, and electromagnetic field, but its application in the field of packaging is still insufficient. Therefore, the application of FEM to the field of packaging can save the cost and time in the future research because it is possible to design the package by computer simulation, and it is possible to reduce the packaging waste and logistics cost through proper packaging design. Therefore, this study investigated the FEM papers published in Korea for the purpose of helping research design using FEM program in the field of packaging in the future. In this paper, we analyzed the 29 papers that were directly related to the analysis of FEM papers published in domestic journals from 1991 to 2017. As a result, we analyzed the research topic, FEM program, and analysis method using each paper, and presented the direction that can be applied in future packaging field. When the FEM is applied to the packaging field, it is possible to change the structure and reduce the thickness through the stress and vibration analysis applied to the packaging material, thereby reducing the cost by improving the mechanical strength and reducing the amount of the packaging material. Therefore, in the field of packaging research in the future, if the FEM is performed together, economical and reasonable packaging design will be possible.
나노 TiO₂를 적용한 식품 포장 필름 개발 및 콩나물의 이취 제거

나노 TiO₂ 코팅 필름은 식품 포장재에서 많이 사용하는 PU와 PVB-cellulose 두 가지 바인더에 나노 콜로이달 TiO₂를 각각 3%와 5%의 농도로 혼합제조하여 OPP 필름에 코팅하였다. PVB 바인더로 코팅한 필름이 PU 바인더(3%와 5%)보다 불균일하게 필름에 코팅이 되었다. 그러나 청변현상 방지 실험과 광분해 실험에서는 필름 코팅 상태와 상관없이 선도 유지 효과가 나타났다. MB를 사용한 광분해성 효과 측정 실험에서 나노 TiO₂의 광촉매 반응으로 인해 초기 30분부터 MB가 분해되는 것을 확인하였고, 콩나물 포장재 내에서 혐기성 호흡으로 발생하는 이취인 acetaldehyde는 나노 TiO₂ 코팅 필름이 대조구에 비해 농도가 감소하는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 개발된 나노 TiO₂ 코팅 필름으로 콩나물의 청변 현상과 이취 제거로 인해 콩나물의 보관 수명을 연장할 수 있었다. For testing the ultraviolet (UV)-blocking property of functional films coated with Nano-TiO₂ particles, UV-Vis spectra of oriented polypropylene (OPP) films uncoated and coated with TiO₂ of 3% and 5% in Polyurethane (PU) and polyvinyl butyral (PVB)-Cellulose binders were measured. The result of UV-Vis analyses showed that the film coated with 5% TiO₂ in PVB binders had a significant effect on UV protection of 90% compared with the film uncoated. Also The result of The photodegradation of methylene blue (MB), OPP films coated with 5% in both PU and PVB binders had a high photocatalytic activity for MB degradation. To evaluate the effect of the developed functional film coated with Nano-TiO₂ particles, fresh soybean sprouts were used. Nano-TiO₂ coated film was observed to decompose the off-flavor produced by soybean sprouts within packages during distribution, but uncoated film did not. Therefore, Nano-TiO₂ coated film package could give the greatest effect in extending the shelf life of soybean sprouts.
기능성 포장필름이 수출 절화 백합의 수명에 미치는 영향

Packaging of export cut lilies reduces physical damage during distribution like dropping, shock, vibration, compression and serves to protect from necrosis, microbial contamination and decomposition. Study on which packaging materials must be selected is necessary because it serves to direct effect maintaining quality and the degree of freshness. newspaper, perforated OPP film, Oriented Nylon film (ON), punched OPP film, OPP films are used in this study. Plant senescence of lilies was happened rapidly during storage at 25oC rather than at 5oC. Also, water absorption, fresh weight at during storage 25oC rather than at 5oC In addition, fresh weight of lilies storage at 25oC appears higher than at 5oC all of the packaging materials except OPP because water absorption of lily storage at 5oC appears higher than at 25oC, thereby suppressing the fresh weight reducing Also, effect on biological activity of lilies from shape of packaging material appears higher during storage at 5oC than at 25oC. Compared with each packaging materials, newspaper packaging is the smallest effect on changes in biological activity of cut lilies during storage. Thus, the results demonstrate that flowering date are affected mainly by the storage temperature rather than packaging materials.

In this experiment, alcohol and blanching treatments were used for food packaging materials, quality of powder yam and sliced yams (5 mm size) were compared by alcohol concentration and time for measuring change of color, weight, moisture content saccharinity and decomposition. 5% and 10% alcohol were used to alcohol treatment for 5, 10 seconds each. Packaging materials were used OPP(30 μm), PET(25 μm), ON(25 μm) and all materials heat sealable were coated. Quality of powder yam were not changed during storage at low temperature however were changed during storage at room temperature after 5 days. In conclusion, powder yam were needed packaging materials with high water barrier property from moisture, sliced yams were high quality when packaged by ON and stored at low temperature. Therefore, using packaging materials with low oxygen permeability were expected to reduced quality degradation about browning of powder yam and sliced yams.
