This paper introduces a stabilization condition for polynomial fuzzy systems that guarantees $H_{\infty}$ performance under the imperfect premise matching. An $H_{\infty}$ control of polynomial fuzzy systems attenuates the effect of external disturbance. Under the imperfect premise matching, a polynomial fuzzy model and controller do not share the same membership functions. Therefore, a polynomial fuzzy controller has an enhanced design flexibility and inherent robustness to handle parameter uncertainties. In this paper, the stabilization conditions are derived from the polynomial Lyapunov function and numerically solved by the sum-of-squares (SOS) method. A simulation example and comparison of the performance are provided to verify the stability analysis results and demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed stabilization conditions.

Due to the characteristics of low power, high durability and high density, NAND flash memory is being heavily used in various type of devices such as USB, SD card, smart phone and SSD. On the other hand, because of another characteristic of flash cell with the limited number of program/erase cycles, NAND flash memory has a short lifetime compared to other storage devices. To overcome the lifetime problem, many researches related to the wear leveling have been conducted. This paper presents a method called a TCB (Tracking Cold Blocks) using more reinforced constraint conditions when classifying cold blocks than previous works. TCB presented in this paper keeps a MCT (Migrated Cold block Table) to manage the enhanced classification process of cold blocks, with which unnecessary migrations of pages can be reduced much more. Through the experiments, we show that TCB reduces the overhead of wear leveling by about 30% and increases the lifetime up to about 60% compared to BET and BST.
재정비구역 주민들의 주거선호요인에 관한 연구 - 청주시 사례를 중심으로 -

Established redevelopment and reconstruction projects were unified into one law in 2003 when the 'Act of Urban, Residential and Environment Improvement' was enacted. However, the act only focused on the improvement of the physical state of residential environments established by maintenance projects. In order to be effective, the law also needs to improve the nonphysical aspects of the residential environment. While conducting our research and comparing it with past research, we identified the major factors of residential preferences in order to extract and analyze the nonphysical state of residential environments. As a result, we found that social and economic factors are significantly more important to residents than cultural factors. Also, we found that in each district studied the housing preferences were the most important in redevelopment and reconstruction with the exception of Sangdang-Gu (where the community was the most important factor) and Hungduk-Gu (where the social factor was most important). For future purposes, it is necessary to consider the variables according to each location in order to reflect the needs of the residents when building an apartment complex within the redevelopment and reconstruction district.
