Presently, viral isolation in the diarrheal feces can be reached by many tools such as fluorescent antibody test(FA), negative contrast electron microscopy(NCEM), virus neutralization test, cell culture, and so on. The purpose of the study was to aimed at the establishment of simplified NCEM technique which can be efficiently applied for diarrheal feces and also the understanding on prevalence of viral-induced diarrhea in calves. One hundred fourty-seven korean indigenous calves with diarrhea were examined to their feces by the modified NCEM. Among them, 98(66.7%) were confirmed to have one or more viruses in feces. The viruses detected were identified as rotavirus(33.3%), coronavirus(16.3%), togavirus(10.2%) and herpesvirus(0.7%). Ten cases of combined viral infection were consisted of 8 with rotavirus + coronavirus, one with rotavirus + togavirus and one with rotavirus + herpesvi-rus. Dirrheal types could classified by yello-wish watery(44.9%), blood-tinged(19.7%), white watery(17.7%), brownish watery(14.3%), greenish watery(3.4 %) diarrhea, respectively. Yellowish watery diarrhea(66cases) was frequently included rotavirus(31.8%), coronavirus(15.2%), and togavirus(13.6%), respectively. Consequently, these results suggest that the modified NCEM is reliable and efficient diagnostic tool for detection of viruses in the diarrheal feces and many calves rearing in Chonnam province have been exposed to some enteric viral agents mainly including rotavirus and coronavirus.

직접적인 기주식물 조사와 기존 문헌자료의 기록을 재검토하여, 한국산 하늘소과(딱정벌레목: 잎벌레상과) 6아과 103속 181종의 기주식물 목록을 작성하였다. 유리알락하늘소의 새로운 기주식물로 산겨릅나무가 확인된 것을 포함하여 총 14종의 하늘소와 기주식물 관계를 구명하였다. 기주식물로 44과 107속 170종 이상이 정리되었다. 이 중, 네 과(느릅나무과, 소나무과, 참나무과, 자작나무과)가 주요 기주식물 과(하늘소 기록 종수의 23% 이상 차지)인 것으로 확인되었다. 기존 문헌들에서 기주식물과 하늘소류의 무효한 학명과 국명들은 현재 통용하고 있는 유효한 학명과 국명으로 수정하였다. A revised checklist of host plants for 181 species belonging to 103 genera in six subfamilies of Cerambycidae (Coleoptera: Chrysomeloidea) in Korea is provided on the basis of the results of field surveys and literature review. A total of 14 new cerambycid-host associations are confirmed and the Manchurian striped maple, Acer tegmentosum Maxim. (Aceraceae), is listed as a new host of the Asian longhorn beetle, Anoplophora glabripennis (Motschulsky). The names of more than 170 host plants species belonging to 107 genera in 44 families are compiled. Among them, four families (Ulmaceae, Pinaceae, Fagaceae and Betulaceae) are confirmed as the main host families (more than 23%) of most of the cerambycid species. All invalid scientific names and Korean names of plants and cerambycids in the previous literature are corrected in the present paper.

This paper proposes a new design method different from conventional TI DSP used ADI DSP for inverter control board. The ADI DSP is relatively cheaper than a TI DSP(BF606F) in price. Various isolator devices was used to protect the spike voltages for the control board from entering internal IGBT and other devices. In addition, FPGA was used to perform more efficiently the inside of inverter digital logic signal processing. Specifically, BF606F(ADI DSP) uses a fixed-point core. Therefor, in order to convert the existing floating-point to fixed-point algorithms, the process was demonstrated by matlab/simulink.

본 논문에서는 고속 주행환경 채널 측정에 적합한 SIMO 채널 사운더의 내부 파라미터를 설계하고, 5.89㎓ C-ITS가 시범 설치된 여주 스마트 하이웨이에서 제안된 측정 방식을 적용하여 광대역 채널 특성을 측정하고 결과를 분석한다. 실 환경에 적합한 수신 배열 구조 설계를 바탕으로 도플러 위상 변화에 대한 선형 기울기 보상방식을 적용하여, 멀티패스 환경에서 도래각 정보 및 주변 환경에 의한 도플러 영향에 대하여 신뢰할 수 있는 결과를 제시하였다. In this paper, we design the internal parameters of the SIMO channel sounder suitable for the measurement of the high-speed travel environment channel, and measure the characteristics of the wide-band channel by applying the proposed measurement method to the Yeoju Smart Highway piloted at 5.89 ㎓ C-ITS. Based on the design of the receiving array structure suitable for the real environment, the linear slope compensation method for the Doppler phase shift is applied to provide a reliable result on the Doppler effect due to the incoming angle information and the surrounding environment in the multipath environment.

A handover for DVB-H(Digital Video Broadcasting for Handheld) is the action of switching a receiver from receiving one signal to receiving another, when moving between the border of their coverage areas. This paper proposes new approaches for improving loss-free handover performance in the DVB-H networks. The proposed handover schemes are targeted to two different DVB-H receivers: One is for the receivers equipped with GPS devices. The other is for ones without GPS support. The first handover approach modifies the cell description table(CDT) proposed in the literature[1]. The second proposes a novel handover region estimation technique based on a new handover map table(HMT). This new handover approach estimates a predefined handover region described in the HMT using measured RSSIs signal patterns. The estimation success rate is simulated and the benefits of the proposed method are discussed considering time and power consumption.
