대도시에서의 인적·물적 홍수피해 추정을 위한 회귀함수 개발

Flood disasters have been recently increasing worldwide due to climate change and extreme weather events. Since flood damage recovery has been conducted as a common coping strategy to flood disasters in the Republic of Korea, it is necessary to predict the regional flood damage costs by rainfall characteristics for a preventative measure to flood damage. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present the regression functions for human and economic flood damage assessments for the 7 metropolises in the Republic of Korea. A comprehensive regression analysis was performed through the total 48 simple regression models on the two types of flood damage records for human and economic costs over the past two decades from 1998 to 2017 using the four kinds of nonlinear equations with each of the six rainfall variables. The damage assessment functions for each metropolis were finally selected by the evaluation of the regression results with the coefficient of determination and the statistical significance test, and then used for the human and economic flood damage assessments for 100-year rainfall in the 7 metropolises. The results of this study are expected to provide the basic information on flood damage cost assessments for flood damage mitigation measures.

21세기는 디지털 사회로 전환되면서 영상 산업에 대한 관심과 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 특히 그중에서도 OSMU(One Source Multi Use) 마케팅에 적합하여 많은 부가가치 창출이 가능한 애니메이션이 해외는 물론 국내에서도 주목받고 있다. 자유로운 표현이 가능한 애니메이션은 표현 영역이 넓고, 과장까지 할 수 있어 상상력을 보다 극대화하여 가상을 현실처럼 구현할 수 있다. 이런 특성에 의해 실재와 가상이 교차되는 이야기와 변신을 서술구조의 주요 요소로 사용한 애니메이션들이 수없이 제작되고 있다. 본 논문은 애니메이션 시나리오 구성에 있어서 변신 플롯의 중요성과 역할에 대해 알아본 연구이다. 이에 따라 변신에 대한 선행 연구의 재고찰과 변신 플롯의 극적 구조와 유형들을 이론화하고, 디즈니 애니메이션 〈미녀와 야수〉, 〈공주와 개구리〉에서 변신 플롯이 어떻게 구조화되어 있는지 심화 분석한다. 변신 플롯을 기본 구조로 삼고 작품성과 흥행성을 인정받은 디즈니 애니메이션 〈미녀와 야수〉, 〈공주와 개구리〉의 작품 분석 결과 변신 플롯은 애니메이션 시나리오를 구성할 때 작품성과 흥행성 이 두 가지 요소를 강화시킬 수 있는 서사구조를 가지고 있다는 결과를 도출했다. 이상의 작품들에서 변신 플롯은 우선 인물의 심리와 내면을 주로 다루며 감성을 자극하여 관객들의 몰입감을 높이고 있다. 또 클라이맥스의 변신 장면은 관객들의 정서를 최고조로 고양시키며 극적 즐거움을 극대화시킨다. 그리고 이에 더해 변신 플롯은 외모와 마음을 변화시키는 사랑의 위대함을 다루고 있다. 본 연구는 변신 플롯의 적극적인 활용이 애니메이션의 흥행성을 높이고 관객의 몰입감을 강화시킬 수 있는 가능성과 플롯의 체계적인 분석에 도움이 될 이론적 배경을 제시한 것에 의의를 두고 있다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 앞으로 변신 플롯 애니메이션의 활발한 제작이 이루어지길 기대한다. As it is changing into the digital society in 21st century, visual entertainment is on the rise. Most of all, animations, which is proper to OSMU(One Source Multi Use) Marketing have received wide attention internationally as well as domestically because of a higher value added business. Animations, which are able to express freely, have wide forms of expression, and abilities to even exaggerate to realize fiction as reality by maximizing imagination. Like this, there are lots of animations which have mingled fiction and reality or have main structural narrative, transformation plot. This thesis is about analyses the importance of transformation plot and its roles. So, there are review on precedents and theory of dramatical structures and styles in transformation plot, and how to structuralize transformation plot in 〈The beauty and the beast〉 and 〈The princess and the frog〉. This thesis has studied on 〈The beauty and the beast〉 and 〈The princess and the frog〉, which are appreciated cinematical quality and money making works in Disney animation. It shows that transformation plot has narration structures to reinforce two factors both cinematical quality and money making works. With these, transformation plot treats human mentality and its internal change, so stimulate feelings of audiences to absorb deeper. Also, It has audiences’ sensibility reach their climax while they’re watching at the scene of transformation . At last, it shows the great power of love which can change appearance and mentality. The significance of this thesis is a proposal of theoric background which can helps vitalizing use of transformation plot get a higher box office record, audiences absorb deeper and plots analysed systematically. I hope that there will be more transformation plot animations to be appeared on the basis of this thesis.

The treatability of the textile wastewater containing so many kinds of recalcitrant such as organic dyes and PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) is usually poor, because of the high temperature high alikalinity and the recalcitrant containings of the wastewater. Although the major part of textile wastewater treatment plants in Korea consist of a physico-chemical process and a biological process, the treatability is not so high in the reason above mentioned. Therefore, we have developed a new process without physico-chemical pretreatment process, using anaerobic microorganisms which is more resistant for the biotoxicants and recalcitrants. A bench scale reactor of the anaerobic & aerobic (AA) process consists of two anaerobic tanks (2 liters each) and an aerobic tank. The hydraulic retention time(HRT) of anaerobic and aerobic tank was 30 hours and the temperature was setted to 40℃. The dissolved oxygen concentration was maintained at the range of 2∼3 ㎎/ℓ. The reactor was operated with the wastewater from the textile industry which produce cotton and systhetic fiber. This industry has a dyeing and a printing process. The chemical oxygen demand(COD), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), concentration of PVA, color index and the Microtox biological toxicity were observed for 150 days of operation period. This experiment represents a good treatablity. The removal efficiency of COD, BOD, PVA and color index were 82%, 94%. 98% and 73%, respectively. The causes of this high treatment effciency were primary degradation of recalcitrants and the decreasing of biotoxicity in anaerobic tank.
