본 논문에서는 코호넨(Kohonen)의 SOFM (Self-Organizing Feature Map) 알고리즘의 단점을 해결하기 위한 새로운 학습 알고리즘 ASOFM(Adaptive Self-Organized Feature Map)을 제안한다. 코호넨의 학습 알고리즘은 초기화된 연결 벡터에 대하여 극소점에 빠지는 경우도 있다. 그러나 제안된 알고리즘에서는 학습과정중에 네트워크의 상태를 평가할 수 있는 목적함수(object function)을 사용하였고, 이 함수의 출력에 따라 학습의 각 시점에서 적응적으로 학습률의 재조정이 가능하였다. 이 결과, 네트워크의 상태가 최소점에 수렴함이 보증 되고 학습률의 적응성에 의해 임의의 학습패턴에 대한 학습의 일반화 능력이 보장되었다. 또한 제안된 알고리즘은 코호넨의 알고리즘보다 약 $70\%$이상의 학습시간을 단축한다. In this paper, we propose a new learning algorithm, ASOFM(Adaptive Self Organizing Feature Map), to solve the defects of Kohonen's Self Organiaing Feature Map. Kohonen's algorithm is sometimes stranded on local minima for the initial weights. The proposed algorithm uses an object function which can evaluate the state of network in learning and adjusts the learning rate adaptively according to the evaluation of the object function. As a result, it is always guaranteed that the state of network is converged to the global minimum value and it has a capacity of generalized learning by adaptively. It is reduce that the learning time of our algorithm is about $30\%$ of Kohonen's.

Currently, the investment on Research and Development(R&D) for defense core technology is continuously increasing to maintain advanced country's R&D level. In accordance with this trend, the national defense R&D investment management system is being more strengthening, and importance of performance evaluation is being emphasized more and more. However, the existing indicators of performance evaluation for defense core technology R&D is limited in efficient management because of the qualitative evaluation items and subjective allocation of points. In this paper, we developed a novel indicator for defense core technology R&D performance evaluation through domestic and foreign related literature and inquiry, brainstorming, and analysis techniques by Stepwise Multiple linear Regression(SMR) and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). And we verified effectiveness of proposed indicators of performance evaluation by comparing with the existing evaluation indicators. Our proposed indicators for performance evaluation will create superiority performance on defense R&D fields.

From this research the construction civil official is simple with the parking floor finishing material, it improves the durability of the parking floor it uses the flexible FRP it will be able to secure the drainage quality it is excellent and it presents the efficient application plan from the construction site. The performance appraisal only efficiency with of result floor of parking area material bay it knows, the result where also the performance appraisal portion re-with roof bottom finishing is satisfied it showed. The flexible FRP it applies the material to the building as to diminish the damage of the bottom finishing material due to the deterioration and the conduct and the external force of the building it is exposed to the external environment, secures the quality of the material from the construction site and will contribute to the stability against the bottom finishing material.

It does not find for solution by limitation of technological mechanism of existent of leakage maintenance material. So, it is paid for huge expense because continuous report maintenance work is consisting. Besides, By the site experience where is not the fact that due to the evaluation which so far is appropriate and an analysis and a system objection the case which comes to be built to be many construction field is indicated with big problem point. Hereupon, it examines closely the efficiency of water leakage construction of the concrete structure which uses the acrylic resin total possibility expansion characteristic water leakage construction material from this research and it does.

The exist waterproofing membrane cause not to assure proper thickness in constructing. It become a serious problem which as decreasing of durability, waterproofing membrane to be torn and break down. Therefore, it is necessary that the expert have to construct waterproof works, if not, it can be frost and thawing or chemical corrosion called one of the reason in maintaining the safety of concrete structure. In summarize, for this paper, it would be understand that exposed and compound experimental study of waterproofing sheet using coat material filling into the protuberance to improve the durability for concrete structure can widely apply to field to solve the these significant problem.
플립칩 패키징에서 비-뉴턴 언더필 유동의 동적 특성 연구

This study investigates the dynamic flow characteristics of capillary-driven underfill flows in a flip-chip packaging. Firstly, we measured surface tension and viscosity with rheometer and a tensiometer, respectively, and conducted an experimental visualization of the dynamic filling behavior of the underfill flows. Also, we carried out the numerical study of underfill encapsulation process for flip-chip packaging. The geometry model and mesh were made by Pre-engineer (Ver. 5.0) and ICEM-CFD (13.0). Commercial CFD software (Fluent Ver. 13.0) was used to analyze the effects of underfill material, solder ball arrangement, and the injection type on the flow behavior in underfill process. Three different injection types, I-type, L-type, and U-type were considered. It is concluded that the numerical predictions and analytical solutions for filling time estimations were in good agreement with experimental data and non-Newtonian characteristics should be considered to estimate accurate filling time.

국가마다 차이를 보이는 노동법제화 정도에 따라서 노동 분야에서 사회적 책임의 대상 및 범위도 차이가 있다. 이에 노동 분야에서의 국내외 ‘사회적 대화’를 비롯해 각종 사회적 책임의 실행 촉진제도를 연혁적(沿革的) 고찰을 통해서 검토하였다. 그동안 사회적 대화를 통한 사회적 합의 내용의 상당 부분이 정부가 법제화 등을 통해 노동 및 고용정책을 시행하는 것에 노사가 같은 입장이라는 것을 대(對)입법부, 대(對)국민에게 확인시키는 것이라고 할 수 있는 등 노동분야에서 변화하는 사회적 요구를 능동적으로 적절하게 반영한 사회적 책임의 정립과 실현 측면에서 문제가 있다. 정부의 가이드라인도 행정지도 및 행정감독의 한계에 따른 대체 내지 보완방안으로, 법령에 의한 규제화의 곤란으로 인한 우회적 방법으로, 법령에 의한 규율 필요성 내지 당위성을 확보하기 위한 수단으로 활용될 경우에 노사 당사자 간 갈등 초래는 물론 그 목적과 실질의 괴리가 노동 분야에서의 사회적 신뢰 및 자산 형성에 부정적 영향을 미침으로써 사회적 책임의 정립과 그 실현을 오히려 저해할 수 있음을 간과해서는 안 된다. 또한, 충분한 연구와 분석, 노동 분야의 모든 이해관계자들로부터의 의견수렴 및 협의 등 소통과 공감대 형성이 전제되지 않은 채 인증 또는 독립된 제3자에 의한 감사, 라벨링을 의무화하는 법제화 역시 현실정합성이 없어 적절하지 않다. 따라서 노동 분야에서 사회적 책임 실행 촉진제도들이 변화하는 노동환경을 반영하고 보편적이고 합리적 수준에서 수용성과 실효성을 가지며, 지속적으로 사회적 책임의 규범성 확보를 도모할 수 있도록 하려면 사회적 책임 실현의 방법론적 관점을 고려하여 “제도의 개선방향과 개선사항들을 어떻게 만들어 갈 것인가”, “제도의 시행대상을 어떻게 넓혀 갈 것인가”라는 과제를 해결해야 한다. 특히 저성장 · 고령화 · 저출산에 직면한 우리나라의 미래 노동시장을 감안할 때 사용자, 노동조합, 근로자 등 각 주체가 사회적 책임의 구체적 범위와 수준, 실현방안을 상대방에게 요구하거나 제시하고 그 실현을 평가하는 방식이 아니라, 각 주체가 자신들에 대한 사회적 요구를 인지하고, 그에 근거해 스스로 제시하고 그 실현을 평가받는 방식으로 패러다임을 전환할 필요가 있다. The targets and scope of social responsibility vary depends on labor legislation which also vary from country to country. This paper reviews various systems to foster activities of social responsibility including ‘social dialogue’ throughout the history. Most of the social agreement done by social dialogue in the past can be seen as a means to confirm to the legislative body and the nation that the labor and management have the same stands regarding the labor and employment policy of the government. Thus, the agreements in the past have their limits in terms of actively reflect demands from changing society especially in labor-related aspects. During the process of making guidelines of the government, thorough examination should be proceeded to determine whether the guideline can bring conflicts between the labor and management and lead to negative impact on forming social capital and social trust. Making legal responsibility of going through inspections or labeling by an independent 3rdparty is in appropriate without thorough analysis and study, and communications and consensus between the interested parties, since it does not reflect the reality. Therefore, the regulations to promote social responsibility in labor-related aspects should reflect changes in labor environment, should be receptive and effective with rationality and universality, and should continuously secure normativism in social responsibility. In this regard, “how to determine the direction and details of improving regulations,” and “how to expand the scope of the target” should be dealt first.
