        심리치료의 탈동일시 개념에 관한 고찰

        심리치료는 특정한 경험 또는 대상과의 그릇된 동일시 상태의 고통에서 벗어나도록 돕는 탈동일시 과정을 포함한다. 본고에서는 다양한 심리학 이론에서 탈동일시를 어떻게 정의하고, 치료 작업에 응용하는가를 정리, 고찰하고자 한다. 불교 명상은 몸과 마음에서 일어나는 경험에 대해 거리를 두고 알아차리는 훈련을 통해 오온의 무상성과 무실체성을 깨닫게 함으로써 나를 경험과 동일시하는 경향을 줄인다. Assagioli의 정신통합이론과 Ken Wilber의 통합심리학은 인간의 초월적 의식에 주목한 이론으로 탈동일시 개념을 사용하여 인간 의식의 변화 또는 변용을 설명하고 있다. 정신분석이론가인 Winnicott은거짓자기로부터 참자기로의 이행에 있어 탈동일시의 개념을 사용하고 있으며, 수용전념치료(Acceptance and commitment therapy: ACT)는 언어와 상징에 대한 동일시로부터 벗어나는 과정을인지적 탈융합 개념을 사용하여 설명하고 있다. 이밖에 정신화(mentalization)이론에서 보이는 탈동일시개념을 분석하였다. 본고는 여러 이론에서 탈동일시가 갖는 다면적 측면을 제시함으로써 탈동일시에 대한 확장된 개념을 제시하고, 이를 통해 다양한 심리치료 접근의 성과를 설명하는 공통 요인으로서 탈동일시 개념이 갖는 의의를 제공하고자 한다.

        부대 유형과 북한지역 취사여건을 고려한 전시 전투식량 소요 산정논리 연구

        Combat-Ration is the most important element in combat which has wide frictions. One of the biggest advantage is that you can easily eat anytime, anywhere, without cooking while satisfying the calories and nutrition you need serves in the battlefield. Especially, it will be very important in North Korean area, where water and food resources are scarce and rugged. However, it is unavailable to supply Combat-Ration to all unit because of some restrictions. Due to various problems, combat food has to be supplied to specific unit, the research has not been conducted to establish the criteria for selecting this unit. Therefore this paper proposes on the standards which each unit can prepare for combat food require- ments that have not been established before considering North Korea terrain and water supply conditions and Unit type, and the AHP technique is used to reflect the opinions of experts from related organizations. Especially, in order to consider the conditions in North Korea, various documents and papers related to North Korea were studied. The results of this paper are expected to help each unit predict combat food consumption suitable for its characteristics and finally, they could prepare better combat service support.

        군 초급간부의 공감 지향적 행동과 감정소진이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study examines how experienced empathy-oriented behavior and emotional burnout of junior leaders in the military affect organizational commitment and its implications. To this end, using a sample of junior leaders, sergeant to captain,who perform dangerous tasks such as combat exercises and training with soldiers of the new generation in the units of battalion and below, we performed an empirical analysis of hypotheses. We applied AMOS to structure equation model. Our results indicated that empathy-oriented behavior had a negative relationship with emotional burnout while it had a positive relationship with organizational commitment. If junior leaders are exposed to emotional burnout organizational commitment, the results indicated a negative relationship with organizational commitment. The indirect effect was observed through mediators, including a route from organizational commitment to reduced personal accomplishment to organizational commitment. The results of this study are very meaningful in that it can used for the improvement of leadership and the personnel management of military junior leaders, and the enhancement of training and force capabilities.

        Development of standard loss analysis model using big data: Focusing on Republic of Korea army

        The Republic of Korea Army conducts simulations during peacetime using ground operation resource requirements analysis model (GORRAM) to determine potential losses when at war based on the latest operation plan. Although war-game simulation can yield reliable results, it takes considerable amount of time and effort to build a database and generate scenarios. Therefore, a study is required to supplement the detailed war-game simulation method to quickly determine expected losses. Using data built-in GORRAM, we tested the significance of four factors using beta regression analysis. While multiple regression is most commonly used to model the causality, beta regression is a powerful method for modeling response variables in the (0,1) range, such as the loss ratio. We verified that three factors, namely ‘topography’, ‘operational posture’, and ‘friend/foe power ratio’ were related to loss. This study proposes a new method for calculating the expected loss in real-time, overcoming a limitation of existing war-game simulation methods.

        지상군 자원소요분석모델(GORRAM) 성능개량 사업 추진방향 수립 및 사업 타당성 분석에 대한 연구

        The Center for Army Analysis & Simulation(CAAS) is conducting war-time resource requirements analysis(WRRA) using Ground Operation Resource Requirement Analysis Model(GORRAM) for supporting continuation of operations. However, GORRAM has a limitation that it could not simulate changing operation environment and future weapon systems. For this reason, the need to improve the performance of the GORRAM emerged. To this end, we established a development strategy through SWOT analysis and embodied a model architecture such as operating concept etc. In addition, we conducted a feasibility analysis through cost-benefit analysis of the project. Through this project, we expect to contribute the reduction of the defense budget by enhancing reliability of the requirements analysis results of resource such as ammunition, equipments etc.
