Purpose: The physicochemical characteristics of starches purified from newly developed sweet potato cultivars, purple fleshed Danjami and orange fleshed Hogammi were examined to determine the processing quality and suitability for food products. Methods: The starch was isolated using the alkaline steeping method. The physicochemical, pasting, and thermal properties; morphology and crystallinity were investigated. Results: The amylose contents of Danjami and Hogammi starches were 26.77% and 27.37%, respectively, but the swelling power of Danjami starch was lower than that of Hogammi starch (p<0.05). The shape of the starch Danjammi and Hogammi granules were round, polygonal, with an average granule size of $11.86{\mu}m$ and $11.70{\mu}m$, respectively. The initial pasting temperature of Danjami starch ($76.75^{\circ}C$) was significantly higher than that of Hogammi starch ($71.05^{\circ}C$), and the trough, final viscosities of Danjami starch were higher than those of Hogammi starch (p<0.05). The Danjami starch showed a single endotherm, whereas the Hogammi starch showed a biphasic endotherm with two peak temperatures. The difference between the onset temperature and conclusion temperature (${\Delta}T$) was higher in Hogammi starch than in Danjami starch. The two starches exhibited all $C_b$ type crystallinity according to x-ray diffraction. Conclusion: The Danjami and Hogammi sweet potato starches have similar physicochemical properties, but different pasting properties, which might be caused the difference in the molecular structure of the starch.

호텔 레스토랑 고객의 소비감정, 소비가치, 브랜드 이미지, 고객행동의도 간의 구조관계 분석

This study aimed to identify the structural relationships among a customer`s consumption emotion, consumption value, brand image and customer behavioral intention in a hotel restaurant, and to understand the relationship between variables based on the comparison about whether the social commerce is used. For the analysis in this study, survey was performed targeting customers who use social commerce during the social commerce use period and those who do not use it, customers of special hotels in Seoul participated in this study. The study exmployed the frequency analysis, factor analysis and structural equation model using the SPSS and AMOS statistical package program. According to the study results, the consumption emotion had a significant effect on consumption value, which had a positive effect on brand image. Brand image had a significant positive relationship with the loyalty and negative association with the switching intention. Additionally, the significant moderating effect was found such that the effect of the consumption emotion on consumption values and the effect of brand image on the switching intention were greater for the social commerce use group than for the non social commerce use group. This study can be utilized as an effective marketing tool as social commerce can bring positive impact on restaurant sale promotion, induce the magnification of sales amount right away, and maintain the future potential demand layer.

디지털 노마드(Digital Nomad)시대의 유튜브 여행콘텐츠 특성, 기업이미지, 신뢰, 고객행동의도 간의 구조관계분석 : 공기업, 사기업 비교를 중심으로

The purpose of this study to identify analysis of structural relationships among YouTube travel contents characteristics, corporate image, trust, and customer behavior intention, and comprehend the relationship between variables based on the comparison public enterprise and private enterprise. This study conducted surveys on users who have experienced YouTube travel content and have traveled. According to the study result, Firstly, the entertainment and the sympathy statistically significant effect on corporate image, but the usefulness, the creativity, and the information did not effect on significant effect corporate image. Secondly, the corporate image significant effect on the trust. Thirdly, the trust significant impact on customer behavior intention. Finally, moderating effect showed to do significant roles in the public enterprise. The effect of the sympathy and corporate image, corporate image and trust showed to be higher. This is necessary in the research provides basics for utilizing YouTube marketing in the travel enterprise. 본 연구는 유튜브 콘텐츠 특성, 기업이미지, 신뢰, 고객행동의도 간의 구조관계를 공기업과 사기업을 비교를 중심으로 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 유튜브 여행콘텐츠를 본 경험이 있고, 여행을 해 본 이용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 오락성과 공감성의 유튜브 여행콘텐츠 특성은 기업이미지 간의 영향관계는 유의한 영향 관계를 형성하고 있었고, 유용성, 창의성, 정보성은 기업이미지에 유의한 영향 관계를 형성하지 못했다. 둘째, 기업이미지는 신뢰에 유의한 영향관계를 미쳤다. 셋째, 신뢰는 고객행동의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 조절역할은 공감성과 기업이미지의 영향관계, 기업이미지와 신뢰의 영향관계가 공기업에서 더 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 여행기업의 마케팅에 있어서 유튜브를 활용하기 위한 실무적 기초자료를 제공한다는 측면에서 필요한 연구이다.

호텔직원의 Big 5 성격요인, 직무몰입 및 고객지향성간의 영향관계

본 연구는 호텔직원의 Big 5 성격요인과 직무몰입, 직무몰입과 고객지향성의 영향관계를 발견하는 것이며, 호텔직원의 성격요인을 조직에 어울리게 더욱 발전시키는 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 첫째, Big 5 성격요인과 직무몰입의 회귀분석결과의 세부적인 검증결과는 다음과 같이 제시되었다. 직무애착은 외향성과 친화성에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 직무책임감, 직무중요성은 성실성과 안정성이 유의한 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 직무몰입과 고객지향성의 회귀분석의 결과의 세부적인 검증결과는 다음과 같이 제시되었다. 고객욕구충족의 경우는 직무애착과 직무책임감이 유의한 영향을 주었다. 고객응대서비스는 직무책임감과 직무중요성이 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to find the influential relation amongst Big 5 personality factors, job involvement and customer orientation of hotel employees and to provide methods to develop their personality factors suitable for a organization Firstly, detailed verification findings of regression analysis on Big 5 personality factors and job involvement were suggested as following; Job attachment of hotel employees influenced their extroversion and friendliness. Also, sincerity and stability had significant effects on job responsibility and task significance had significant. Secondly, regression analysis was performed to identify the results of job involvement and customer orientation and the detailed verification results are as following; Satisfaction of customers' needs had significant effect on job attachment and job responsibility. In addition, service for response to customers' contacts meaningfully influenced job responsibility and task significance.

호텔고객의 경제환경 인식이 호텔선택속성과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 호텔고객의 경제환경 인식이 호텔선택속성과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향관계를 발견하는 것이다. 본 연구는 호텔기업 경영의 자료로 제시함으로써 호텔고객 행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 고객의 의사결정 과정의 모든 단계에 긍정적인 전략을 수립할 수가 있을 것으로 보인다. 첫째, 경제환경 인식과 호텔선택속성의 회귀분석 결과의 세부적인 검증결과는 객실 서비스, 프론트 서비스, 식음료 서비스, 전반적인 환경, 부대시설에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경제환경 인식과 고객충성도의 경우는 외부경제환경, 정보환경이 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of the recognition on hotel customer's economic environment on attributes of hotel selection and customer loyalty. This research could suggest that the results of this research will help to establish positive strategies in all the processes of decision-making by customers who directly influence the behaviors of hotel customers as data of management of hotel companies. Firstly, detailed verification findings of regression analysis the recognition on economic environment and attributes of hotel selection were suggested as following; Recognition on economic environment influenced on guest room service, front service, food and beverage service, general environment, subsidiary facilities. Secondly, in case of the recognition on economic environment and customer loyalty, outer economy environment and information environment effected on customer loyalty.

호텔직원의 근로가치관이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 이론적 배경과 선행연구를 통해 호텔직원의 근로가치관이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 회귀분석이 이용되었는데, 연구결과는 내적근로가치관이 직무애착, 직무책임감, 직무중요성에 유의한 영향을 주었고, 외적근로가치관도 직무애착, 직무책임감, 직무중요성에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 이 연구는 개인의 태도와 행동에 영향을 주는 근로가치관에 대한 이해와 분석, 활용을 통하여 조직목표 달성을 위한 조직구성원들의 행동관리의 효과를 높일 수 있을 뿐 아니라 가치관에 대한 분석을 통해 조직 내에 서로 다른 가치관을 소유하고 있는 조직구성원들의 문제를 이해하고 해결하는데 직접적으로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate work value of employees working at hotel, and how these work value effect the job commitment by hypothesis with research on documents and pre-examinations. The results of the study were as follows. First, intrinsic work value had a effect on job attachment, job responsibility, job importance. Second, extrinsic work value had a effect on job attachment, job responsibility, job importance. This research can heighten action administration's effect of organization supports for objective of organization achievement through individual's attitude and comprehension about work value influencing on conduct and test, practical use. Also, this research will utilize directly to solve problem of organization employee having different work value organization through analysis about work value.

팬데믹(Pandemic) 시대의 외식업 소상공인 배달앱 선택속성, 신뢰, 성과에 관한 연구 : 공공배달앱과 민간배달앱의 비교를 중심으로

본 연구는 외식업 소상공인의 배달앱 선택속성, 신뢰, 성과 간의 구조관계를 살펴보고, 공공배달앱과 민간배달앱의 비교를 중심으로 조절효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 외식업 소상공인을 중심으로 공공배달앱과 민간배달앱에 등록이 된 외식업체에 대하여 설문조사를 실시했다. 연구결과 첫째, 배달앱 선택속성인 경제성, 정보성, 품질성, 운용성 중 정보성, 품질성이 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 경제성, 운용성은 유의한 영향관계를 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 배달앱의 신뢰는 재무성과와 비재무성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 조절역할은 신뢰가 재무성과에 미치는 영향관계가 공공배달앱에서 더 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 공공배달앱과 민간배달앱의 마케팅을 실시할 때 필요한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship between the selection attribute of delivery applications, trust and performance of small business owners in the food service industry, and to understand the moderating effect, focused on the comparison between public delivery applications and private delivery applications. A survey was conducted on companies registered in public delivery applications and private delivery applications, focusing on small business owners in the food service industry. As a result of the study, first, it was found that among the delivery applications selection attributes, economicality, informationality, quality and operability, informationality and quality had a significant effect on trust, and economicality and operability did not have a significant influence relationship. Second, trust in delivery applications had a significant impact on financial and non-financial performances. Third, as for the moderating role, the relationship between trust and financial performance was higher in public delivery applications. This study will be able to provide basic data necessary for marketing of public delivery applications and private delivery applications.

판소리 ‘정체확인형 사설’의 의미작용에 대한 인지적 접근 - <춘향가> 중 ‘어사또-춘향모 상봉’ 대목을 중심으로-

이 논문에서는 정체확인형 사설 대목의 의미작용 과정을 인지적 관점에서 분석해보았다. 대표적인 정체확인형 사설인 ‘춘향모-어사또 상봉’ 대목을 사례로, <춘향가>의 스토리세계의 구축에 기여하는 체험적 서사화, 스토리세계를 확장하는 과정으로서의 현장적 재맥락화라는 두 국면의 인지 공정으로 이를 나누어 살폈다. 그 결과 정체확인형 사설 대목의 수용자들은 스토리세계 내부/외부의 경계를 끊임없이 횡단하면서 서로 관련없어 보이는 사건·인물·상황들, 그리고 그에 관한 언어적·비언어적 표현요소들을 서로 연관짓고 조직화하고 구조화하면서 일관된 질서나 형상을 부여해 나간다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 이처럼 판소리 연행 과정에서 텍스트 자체에서 출발하는 상향식 인지와 텍스트 외부의 실제 경험과 사회문화적 기억과 담론의 장에서 출발하는 하향식 인지가 교차하면서 의미를 빚어냄을 살펴보는 일은 ‘서사성’의 개념을 새롭게 생각해보게 만든다. 정체확인 사설, 나아가 더 넓은 관점에서 판소리의 내러티브는 작중 누군가 어떠한 경험을 했다는 것에 대한 단순한 기술이 아니라, 그 경험이 어떻게 해석될 수 있으며 어떠한 의미를 갖는가를 탐색하는 사고과정을 담아낸다. 판소리 연구에 있어 이러한 관점의 변화는 수용자들의 적극적 개입(performance)을 유의미한 영역으로 끌고 들어올 수 있게 해준다는 점에서 유용성을 가진다. 인지서사학의 관점에 기반한 이 논문의 접근이 판소리 연구의 새로운 방법을 마련할 수 있기를 희망한다. Pansori often involves parts in which the identity of important characters or objects is explored, and seeks to confirm its essence. This kind of Saseol has been referred to as an identity confirming Saseol. Previous studies on such Saseol have been mostly limited to analyzing Saseol itself, that is, the linguistic components of Pansori. The current study deals with Saseol as a comprehensive text including Pansori performance. This study illustrates how a text creates meaning and what is done in the process, that is, what is demonstrated through the overall semantic interaction of Pansori performance and Saseol. With such goals in mind, this study adopts a perspective based on cognitive narratology that focuses on the dynamics in the process of text reception as well as the conversational connections among cultural contexts, rather than just describing the static characteristics of a text. First, section 2 provides a detailed analysis of the famous identity confirming Saseol, Reunion of Chunhyang s Mother and the Secret Inspector, and presents a concrete observation of how expressive elements on the level of Saseol and the level of Pansori performance interact. The results revealed that while those participating in Pansori performance took interest in the contents of Saseol as well as how the inner narrative world is represented on the stage, they showed as much interest in and responded to the circumstances and contexts of the performance stage outside the narrative. Section 3 delineates such results in a systematic manner. The participants in Pansori performance constructed a psychological model of the inner narrative world through (1) foregrounding observational discourses and visual senses, (2) expanding conversational discourses and the movement of direct vision, and (3) the process of controlling dialog and inductive information. This study recontextualizes such a psychological model for the text world on the performance stage, and newly interprets it to identify new meaning. This study confirmed that the meaning of Pansori performance was constructed in the process where the recognition of the inner narrative world and that of the circumstantial context outside the narrative overlap and express themselves through various responses. This is in line with the concept of narrativity in cognitive narratology, where it is argued that instead of elaborate plots and compositions that are inherent in a text, the text recipient s experience and consciousness determines the narrativity. With such a novel view on narrativity, this study incorporated the recipients active involvement and cognition process into a part of Pansori studies, and consistently approached the narrativity of Pansori as total arts where Saseol, music, and physical movements are expressed in a comprehensive manner.

노인의 사회계층간 질병부담격차

Burden of disease analysis provides a unique perspective on health by integrating fatal and non-fatal outcomes, yet allows the outcome of two classes to be examined separately. Although many studies have shown the inequality in health outcomes across socioeconomic status (SES), an analysis and comparison of Disability Adjusted Life Year (DALY) between different socioeconomic groups has been rare. This paper calculates the DALY and analyzes the distribution of DALYs for different SES. This study draws from 3,278 cases from the survey on “The Livelihood and Welfare Needs of the Elderly (2004)”. It first provides a comprehensive assessment of the burden of 10 chronic diseases of the elderly based on DALY. Then this paper analyzes inequalities in the burden of disease by the levels of SES such as education, income, family size, occupation, and subjective economic conditions. For the elderly, the burden of disease is the highest for hypertension, arthritis and cancer. DALY rate per 1,000 people for the most socio-economically disadvantaged group is expressed as a multiple of the standardized rate for the least disadvantaged group (Rate Ratios). Family size is strongly related to the difference in the burden of disease between SES groups, and the elderly who live alone have higher DALY rate than those who live with their family. Other significant variables related to SES groups include subjective economic conditions, occupation, elderly income, and household income.

효율적인 Processing-In-Memory 구현을 위해 Truncation 현상을 고려한 이진화된 신경망

Processing-In-Memory (PIM) 기술 기반의 효율적인 구현을 목적으로 새로운 Binary Neural Network 모델을 제안한다. PIM 기술 구현을 위해 메모리 내부에 Analog-To-Digital Converter (ADC) 를 내장할 필요가 있는데, 해당 ADC는 Truncation 현상이 발생하지 않도록 충분히 높은 해상도를 가져야 한다. 제안하는 모델은 해상도 요구조건을 만족하지 못하는 ADC에서도 높은 성능을 발생할 수 있도록, ADC 내부에서 발생하는 Truncation 현상을 고려하여 설계되었다. Back Propagation 과정에서 다항 함수 형태의 새로운 전달함수로 미분 불가능한 Truncation의 전달함수를 대체했다. SVHN과 CIFAR-10 분류에 대해 Truncation현상을 고려하지 않은 모델 대비 각각 최대 13.97%, 30.41%의 정확도 향상을 보인다. 제안하는 모델을 구현하기 위해 별도의 회로를 추가적으로 요구되지 않기 때문에 메모리 밀집도의 저하를 최소화할 수 있다. A new binary neural network model is proposed with the aim of an efficient implementation based on processing-in-memory (PIM) technology. In implementing PIM technology, analog-to-digital converters (ADC) need to be embedded, where each ADC has to be designed so as to have a high resolution enough to avoid truncation. The proposed model is designed considering the truncation inside the ADC. To realize a back-propagation through the truncation, its transfer function has been implemented by a polynomial of a learnable degree. The proposed model achieves a higher accuracy than the conventional model that does not consider the truncation; up to 13.97% and 30.41%, respectively for the SVHN and CIFAR-10 classification tasks. In addition, the proposed model does not require any additional circuitry for the implementation, minimizing the overhead in the memory density due to the PIM technology.
