Objective : This study was designed to investigate the effects of Curcuma longa Rhizoma(CLR) on asthma. Methods : Detecting splenocyte proliferation rates, cytokines and antigen specific antibody isotypes in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF). In addition, the present author I also investigated changes in spleen and histopathological changes of lung tissues. Results : Oral administration of CLR lowered spleen weight and splenocyte proliferation rates. In addition, levels of IL-4, IL-17A and Granulocyte/Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor(GM-CSF), Th2 driven cytokines, were lowered respectively and IFN-g, and Th1 driven cytokine, were elevated by CLR. Levels of Ovalbumin(OVA) specific IgE and IgGl in BALF were also lowered by oral administration of CLR too. Conclusion : CLR is useful to treat patients with asthma and the mechanisms are related to the in suppression of Th2 skewing reactions.
페카리 종 Tayassu tajacu에서 내인성 리트로 바이러스의 발견

본 연구는 페카리와 돼지간의 내인성 리트로 바이러스의 연관성을 조사하기 위하여 실시되었으며 페카리의 리트로 바이러스의 DNA 염기서열을 알기위해 degenerate primers를 이용하였다. 두개의 리트로 바이러스의 클론이 이 연구에 의해 만들어 졌으며 DNA 염기서열을 분석하여 본 결과 기존에 알려진 쥐와 돼지의 리트로 바이러스 염기서열과 높은 상동성을 보였다. 이 페카리 리트로 바이러스는 페카리 종에 있어서 처음으로 밝혀진 내인성 리트로 바이러스인 동시에 페카리 종은 C형 리트로 바이러스 염기서열을 가지고 있지 않다는 기존의 연구결과와 상반된 것으로 그 중요성이 있다. To investigate the relationship of endogenous retroviruses in peccaries and pigs, a set of degenerate primers was used in this study to amplify peccary retroviral sequences. The sequences of two putative retroviral clones showed close homology to mouse and pig retroviral sequences. The peccary endogenous retroviral sequences are significant in that they are the first such sequences reported in peccary species and repudiate old claims in the literature that peccaries do not have C-type retroviral sequences.

The walls of modern train cars are required to have higher transmission loss since modern train have had high speed and light weight. The method based on Reverberation Chamber like KS F 2808 could be used to measure transmission loss. However, this method has difficulty in that constrained Standard of it requires extremely large facilities. Recently, the method based on Scale Reverberation Chamber is used as an alternative to Reverberation Chamber. The method of Scale Reverberation Chamber is known to be small and economical but it provides standing wave that directly influences measurement error. Therefore, this research is focus on predicting standing waves based on method of FFM and reducing measurement error by changing shape of chamber.

Frame structures of High speed train are constructed from corrugated panel and aluminum extruded panel, which have high bending stiffness. Transmission loss of those panels, however, is less satisfactory than other panels with same mass per unit area. Therefore, this study predicted transmission loss of aluminum extruded panels using Finite element method. Specifically, we modeled acoustic cavity above a radiation surface and analyzed correlation between T-slot and transmission loss. Moreover, we examined the effect of boundary condition changes of the structure on transmission.

한 미디어 리서치의 통계에 따르면 최근 방송 프로그램에 대한 온라인 커뮤니케이션 형성이 트위터, 페이스북 둥의 소설 네트워크 서비스에서 활발히 일어나고 있다고 한다. 이와 같은 시장 흐 롬에 맞춰 국내외를 막론하여 온라인 방송시장과 스마트TV 방송시장 형성을 통해 방송시장은 점차 개방형 인터넷 플랫폼 시장으로 이동하여 모바일, 웹, 스마트TV의 N 스크린을 대응하는 방송 과 소설 네트워크 서비스의 결합된 소설TV 서비스가 시도되고 있다 소설TV 산업은 현재 진행형 인 상태로 아직 선행 연구가 미비한 상황이며 특히 서비스 플랫폼에 대한 기반 연구가 부족한 상황이다 본 연구에서는 소설TV를 소설 네트워크 서비스 관정에서 접근하여 소설TV의 서비스 플랫폼을 제안하며 개발에 대한 기틀을 제안하고자 한다.

Abnormality detection and causal variables isolation are very important in the manufacturing process. However traditional multivariate statistical process control charts should assume the distribution and are challenged by high dimensional and non-linear data. To overcome these limitations, random forest based real-time contrast (RTC) control chart that transform test procedures to sequential classifications was proposed. Although RTC control chart has the advantage to isolate causal variables, monitoring statistics of the RTC control chart is the probability limited between 0.5 and 1; this could deteriorate abnormality detection ability. Features that use the sliding window can also reduce the sensitivity of detecting process changes. Therefore, we propose improved RTC control chart using random forest based multi-class classifier. This improved RTC control chart has the wider range of monitoring statistics and can detect process changes more quickly. In addition, the causal variable can be detected in the same way as the existing RTC control chart.
