To enhance exterior unique & sporty feel’g, K5 door frame molding would become wider toward the end. Furthermore variable width is applied to the moving glass area. There’s no car with such a design applied to sash frame type door, which used to have typically constant cross-section shape. We accomplished that by changing method of door frame molding and by applying open’g w/strip molding which is made by injection and its function is to increasing height to compensate the w/strip position. Open’g w/strip molding shape is designed after logical procedure, containing definition of mandatory requirement, finding contradiction. TRIZ concept is applied for that.
Iminodiacetic Acid 에 의한 희토류원소 용리현상에 관한 연구

이온교환수지로 희토류원소들을 분리 하기 위해 용리액으로 iminodiacetic acid(IMDA)를 사용하였다. 용리액의 pH변화에 따른 음이온교환수지와 양이온교환수지에서 희토류원소들의 IMDA 화학종변화와 이들의 분리조건을 밝히고저 하였다. 희토류원소들의 가장 좋은 분리조건은 양이온교환수지에서 0.0301M IMDA의 pH를 8.00에서 9.00까지 단계적으로 변화시키면서 용리시켰을 때였고 용출순서는 원자번호순서와 일치하였다. 용리액의 pH변화에 따른 희토류원소와 IMDA간의 화학종 변화를 용리곡선과 자외선 흡수 스펙트럼으로 부터 추정하였다. The elution behaviors of the rare earths was carried out in the iminodiacetic acid solution of various pH as eluent using ion exchange resin. The optimum eluent for the quantitative separation of $Eu^{3+},\;Pr^{3+},\;Ce^{3+}\;and\;La^{3+}$ were 0.0301M IMDA solution of pH 8.00 and 9.00 at 5cm column of the resin Dowex 50${\times}$8 (100-200 mesh). The elution order of the rare earth elements was in order of the atomic number of those elements. From the elution behavior of rare earth and u.v spectrum we found that the complexed rare earth species with IMDA changed according to pH of IMDA.
예비성형체 및 금속복합재료에 미치는 바인더의 영향에 관한 연구

The effects of binder on the mechanical properties of the preforms and metal matrix composites (MMCs) were studied. Fibers were $9Al_2O_3{\cdot}2B_2O_3(Alborex)$, HTZ and $Al_2O_3$ fibers(Saffil) and binders were organic binder, inorganic binder, polyacrylamide under various PH conditions. Compressive strength of the preform increased with the addition of inorganic binder. The polyacrylamide did not improve the permeability of the preforms. PH of the slurry should be controlled because it affects the viscosity of the slurry. Good preforms were obtained under following conditions : 3 wt% inorganic binder, 0.1 wt% organic binder, 0.1 wt% polyacrylamide and PH 9. Tensile tests of MMCs were conducted at $20^{\circ}C,\;150^{\circ}C,\;250^{\circ}C,\;350^{\circ}C$ using MTS(100KN USA). Wear tests were conducted under various sliding speeds. High temperature($250^{\circ}C$) tensile strengths of Alborex/Saffil/AC8A and HTZ/AC8A are 80% and 75% of the room temperature tensile strengths respectively. The tensile and wear properties of the Alborex/Saffil/AC8A are superior to that of the HTZ/AC8A. The wear behavior of HTZ/AC8A shows more orthotropic characteristic than that of Alborex/Saffil/AC8A.

To improve door closing sound, we have made a lot of effort for a long time. This study is also about door closing sound. But this study dealed with door glass rattle only. First, we tried to analyze door structure system to decrease door glass rattle. Second, we developed new door glass run section to absorb the door glass rattle. From this study we could find how to access the door glass rattle problems.

As for the frameless door type vehicles, friction noise of door glass&w/strip during moving up and down in wet condtion is one of the common field problems. This paper aims to eliminate the stick-slip vibration noise by decreasing the friction force between the glass and the weather strip and the improved shape of the weatherstip in the forming and extrusion area is proposed.
기능성 운동화를 활용한 걷기, 달리기 운동이 비만지표 및 심폐체력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to determine effects of toning shoes on obesity and cardiorespiratory fitness among young women. A total of 44 female college students participated in 10 weeks walking or running exercise program. Subjects were asked to wear toning shoes or training shoes in each exercise program. Data were collected at pre- and post-exercise measurements including cardiorespiratory fitness, fat mass, %fat, lean body mass, waist-hip ratio, and maximal oxygen consumption(VO2max). Data analyses were performed using SPSS ver. 18.0 for descriptive statistics and two-way repeated measures ANOVA. Data analyses revealed the effectiveness of toning shoes on obesity and cardiorespiratory fitness in each exercise program. Significant exercise effects were observed in both walking and running toning shoes groups on obesity and cardiorespiratory fitness measurements. These toning shoes exercise effects were significantly consistent regardless of exercise intensity or type.
