보체계는 우리 몸에서 감염에 대한 초기 방어를 담당하는데 그중 후기 보체 성분의 결핍시 수막구균의 감염에 쉽게 노출된다. 특히 재발 감염된 수막구균 혈증 환자에서 보체계의 검사가 반드시 필요할 것으로 생각되는 바이다. 저자들은 재발성 수막구균 혈증으로 치료받은 환자에서 C7 결핍증을 경험하였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다. The complement system is important in the generation of the normal inflammatory response and in host defense against systemic infection. Therefore, inherited or acquired deficiency of complement is associated with an increased frequency of infection. As a major effector of the complement cascade, the membrane attack complex is responsible for direct complement dependent serum bactericidal activity. Especially late complement component deficiency has a markedly increased risk of meningococcal infection and is subject to recurrent infection. We experienced a patient who had recurrent meningococcal meningitis and septicemia. The patient was 13-years old boy and he had a recurrent episode after 20 months. At second admission, we examined complement level and C7 deficiency was confirmed. He was treated without complication. We report a case of deficiency of C7 with recurrent meningococcal meningitis and septicemia.

최근 새로운 교육개혁안이 확정 발표되면서부터 새삼 대입전형의 준거로 대학수학능력시험의 비중이 증대되고 있다. 우리의 수능시험과 유사한 SAT나 ACT는 미국의 각 대학에서 신입생 선발을 할 때, 중요한 전형자료의 하나로 사용하는 검사이다. 이 두 검사는 대등한 정도로 널리 이용되고 있으나 그 교육철학적인 배경은 상이하며, 또 후자는 우리에게 별로 알려져 있지 못한 실정이다. 따라서 여기에서는 ACT의 평가내용, 검사개발과정, 결과활용 등을 소개하고 우리의 대학수학능력시험과 관련하여 그 시사점을 논의하였다.

염증성 거짓 종양으로 오인된 간 내 발생한 원시신경외배엽종양

저자들은 발열과 복부 통증을 주소로 내원한 13세 남자 환자에서 염증성 거짓 종양으로 오인된 간 내 원시신경 외배엽 종양 1예를 경험하였으며 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Primary primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET) of the liver is a rare disease with aggressive behavior and poor prognosis. We report a case of a PNET of the liver in a 13-year-old boy. The patient was admitted to the hospital with fever and abdominal pain. Abdominal CT and MRI revealed a 5.5 cm sized, septated, non-enhancing mass in the hepatic hilum. The patient was initially diagnosed with an inflammatory pseudotumor. Despite 9 days of antibiotic therapy, the patient's clinical symptoms did not improve. A liver biopsy was performed in the interest of formulating a differential diagnosis. This procedure revealed tumor cells positive for CD99 on immunohistochemistry. The patient was diagnosed with a PNET.

본 연구의 목적은 ‘문화원형’으로서의 ‘설화’가 어떻게 애니메이션과 조우할 수 있는지, 더 나아가 애니메이션 콘텐츠 개발에 있어 설화적 모티프가 애니메이션 산업 발전에 어떻게 기여할 수 있는지를 알아보는데 있었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 미셀 오슬로의 〈키리쿠와 마녀〉(Kirikou et la Sorciere)와 KBS 위성 TV 〈애니멘터리 한국설화〉를 사례 연구로서 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해, 설화를 이용한 애니메이션 콘텐츠 개발은 애니메이션 콘텐츠 산업의 시나리오 부족현상을 해결하는데 공헌 할 수 있는 하나의 전략적 모티프가 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 설화의 모티프를 차용한 애니메이션 콘텐츠는 다양한 부가 콘텐츠의 활용을 통한 수입 창출을 용이하게 해 줄 수 있는 '원 소스 멀티 유즈(OSMU)' 마케팅에 가장 적합한 문화 콘텐츠 중 하나가 될 수 있음을 살펴보았다. 이러한 맥락에서 볼 때, 〈키리쿠와 마녀〉와 〈애니멘터리 한국설화〉는 미학적인 측면과 산업적인 측면 모두에서 애니메이션 콘텐츠 개발에 있어 설화 모티프의 성공적인 이용 가능성을 제시해주는 중요한 롤모델(role model)로서 기능하고 있다. The purpose of this article is to investigate the relation the animation to culture archetype, focusing on the case of the matter for animation content creation. Furthermore, in the paper, we also study about the animation industry development using various cultural archetypes such as the tale, myth, legend, folk tale, which are usable for animation content industry. For purposes of this study, we analyzed the aspects of power of folk tale and the essential vitality of folk tale in KBS Satellite Channel's 〈Animentary Korean Folklore〉 and Michel Ocelot's 〈Kirikou et la Sorciere〉. Above all, the origin of literature, folk tales are characterized by their uniqueness of each people as well as the global universality, being reproduced over and over again in oral literature. In the existent mode, folk tales have a firm structure because of storytelling, and have characteristics of performance and tradition on the basis of this structure. These characteristics can make emotional experience deepen and insure quality of narrative experience through direct communications. In this context, comparing folk tales of diverse forms of each nation and discovering the ethnicism and universality would not only be critical in the animation content development aspects, but provide precious data for effective animation marketing to apply One Source-Multi Use.

본 연구에서는 대중적 전파력과 영향력이 점점 증대되는 영화를 역사수업에 효과적으로 활용하기 위한 한국 역사영화 DB 작업을 진행했다. 먼저 영화와 역사교육의 관계에 대한 선행연구를 통해 영화를 활용한 역사교육의 다양성과 역사교육적 측면에서의 국내외 연구들을 정리하고 영화의 역사교육적 가치를 논의했다. 이어 실제 고등학교 역사수업에서 사용하는 한국사 교과서에서 이러한 영화의 역사교육적 가치를 어떻게 활용하고 있는지를 알아보기 위해 2009년 개정교육과정에 따른 고등학교 한국사 검정 교과서 8종을 분석해 보았다. 교과서에서 언급된 영화내용을 분석한 결과 첫째, 교과서 내 영화서술이 지나치게 특정 단원에 편중되어 있었고 둘째, 교과서 내 영화자료의 활용이 대부분 역사학습의 단순 보조자료로 이용에 그치고 있는 한계점이 발견되었다. 영화를 활용한 교과서 수업이 학생들의 역사적 사고력 향상에 큰 영향을 미치지 못하는 문제점을 개선시키고자 한국 역사영화 데이터베이스를 구축해 보았다. 그 결과 1917년부터 2015년까지 제작된 약 6,752여 편의 한국영화 중 역사영화로 분류될 수 있는 영화의 편수는 총 315편으로 집계되었으며 이를 다시 고등학교 한국사 6개 단원에 적용시킬 수 있게 분류하였다. This study shows the Korean historical film database to use films in history class effectively. Recently, films are getting influential and popular in many classes. First of all, this paper discusses the educational value of film in history class in terms of literature review mentioning the relation between film and history. The study analyzes the eight Korean history textbooks in accordance with the 2009 Revised National Curriculum in order to find out how to use the films in history class effectively and educationally. According to analysis of the films mentioned in the textbooks, history textbooks has just focused on a certain section using film. Furthermore, films in the textbooks are used for simple auxiliary materials for history study. This study suggests the Korean historical film database in order to use film in history class effectively and to improve the problems discovered by the textbook analysis. Therefore, this paper collects about 6,752 films produced between 1917 and 2015 in Korea. There are 315 historical films among them. Finally, this study divides historical films up into six periods in the textbooks.
