        자연어 처리 기반 하이브리드 추천시스템

        최근 온라인 유통업계에서는 판매자의 상품정보와 구매자의 리뷰 정보를 활용한 자연어처리 기반 상품 분석 및 추천 시스템이 활발하게 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 특정 상품 양말의 데이터 특성과 구매자의 리뷰 데이터를 결합하여 활용한 자연어처리 기반의 추천 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 양말에 대한 판매자의 상품 정보 중 성별, 길이, 패턴, 색상, 가격과 같은 요소를 분석하고, 이전 구매자의 리뷰 중 품질과 배송에 대한 평가를 기반으로 적합한 상품을 추천한다. 판매자의 상품 정보는 텍스트 데이터를 바탕으로, 리뷰 정보는 시퀀스 데이터를 바탕으로 학습되어 보다 정확한 추천을 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 키워드 간의 연관성을 분석하기 위해 TF-IDF 모델을 활용하고, 감정 분석을 위해 GRU 모델을 적용한 하이브리드 접근 방식을 제안한다. 양말 추천 시스템은 ‘도봉 양말협동조합’의 리뷰 데이터를 활용하여 지역 소상공인을 지원하기 위해 개발되었다. 이러한 시스템이 앞으로도 양말과 같은 지역 상품 분야에서 더욱 널리 활용되어, 지역 경제 활성화에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다. In recent times, the online retail industry has seen active use of natural language processing (NLP)-based product analysis and recommendation systems that utilize seller-provided product information and customer review data. This study developed an NLP-based recommendation system by combining the data characteristics of a specific socks product, with customer review data. The system analyzes and categorizes seller-provided product information for socks (e.g., gender, length, pattern, color, price) and previous customer reviews (e.g., quality, delivery) to recommend the most suitable products. The seller's product information was processed through text-based learning, while the review data was processed using sequence-based learning, enhancing the accuracy of the recommendations. This study introduces a hybrid approach that employs the TF-IDF model for keyword association analysis and the GRU model for sentiment analysis. The sock recommendation system was developed using review data sourced from the ‘Dobong Sock Cooperative’ to support local small businesses. It is anticipated that this system will be widely applied to regional products like socks in the future, thereby contributing to the revitalization of local economies.

        용혈성 빈혈을 동반하며 골수에 국한된 원발성 광범위 B형 대세포 림프종 1예

        Primary isolated bone marrow disease as a presenting feature of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is very rare. We describe the first Korean case of isolated bone marrow diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with hemolytic anemia as the first manifestation. A32-year-old man was admitted to our hospital presenting with fever and hematuria. He had severe anemia and high lactate dehydrogenase activity. His peripheral blood smear and laboratory findings were suggestive of intravascular hemolytic anemia. The bone marrow biopsy revealed involvement with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. A computed tomographic scan showed splenomegaly, but no lymphadenopathy. Our case shared some clinical features with the Asian variant of intravascular B-cell lymphoma, but there was infrequent involvement of the sinusoids of lymphoma cells and no hemophagocytosis. Our patient was treated with R-CHOP regimen for six cycles and he is in remission after autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation.

        정상 핵형을 가진 급성골수성백혈병의 예후적 인자로서 FLT3 Internal Tandem Duplication의 유용성

        Background: Activating mutations of the fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 gene (FLT3) by internal tandem duplication (ITD) in the juxtamembrane region are found in 20∼30% of the adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The allelic ratio of FLT3/ITD (ITD-AR), as assessed by Genescan analysis, has been reported to carry prognostic significance in AML patients who have normal karyotype. Methods: FLT3/ITD was studied by PCR in 113 adults with AML including 55 patients with normal karyotype. Genescan analysis was performed for the PCR products to determine the allelic distribution. The results were correlated with the prognostic factors. Results: FLT3/ITD was found in 23% of the total AML patients and in 32.7% of those patients with normal karyotype. The mutation was related to a high WBC count, a high serum LD level and a low percentage of CD34 positive cells. The ITD-AR ranged from 0.05 to 8.27 (median, 0.61). The patients with a high ITD-AR (≥0.7) had significantly higher WBC count and LD level than those without FLT3/ITD. On multivariate analysis, a high ITD-AR as well as FLT3/ITD were confirmed to be independent adverse prognostic factors for AML patients with normal karyotype. Conclusion: This study demonstrated that a high ITD-AR and FLT3/ITD had major adverse impacts on the prognostic relevance for AML patients with normal karyotype.

        고등학교 피부관리 교과서 분석

        The purpose of this study is to discover a way to improve the quality of high school textbooks on skin care by comparative analysis of their structure and contents against those of actual curriculum. The research is also expected to provide a foundation for subsequent development of a textbook on skin care. In order to achieve these objectives this research studied three textbooks based upon the 7th Revised Educational Curriculum. In regard to research method, the contents in each textbook were categorized into six different areas, according to the interpretation of 7th Revised Educational Curriculum. The research results have revealed that the government-designated textbook contains slightly more diversified structure and that the contents of the sampled textbooks do not correspond to those of National Educational Curriculum. Therefore, it is suggested that the skin care textbooks that are currently in use need to be reviewed at a political level such that they could be practically utilized in secondary education.

        Bone Marrow-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells Affect Immunologic Profiling of Interleukin-17-secreting Cells in a Chemical Burn Mouse Model

        Purpose: This study investigated interleukin (IL)-17-secreting cell involvement in sterile inflammation, and evaluatedthe effect of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on IL-17-secreting cell immunologic profiling. Methods: Twenty mice were sacrificed at time points of 6 hours, 1 day, 1 week, and 3 weeks (each group, n =5) after the cornea was chemically injured with 0.5N NaOH; IL-17 changes in the cornea were evaluated usingenzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Further, IL-17 secreting cells were assessed in the cervical lymph nodesby a flow cytometer. Rat MSCs were applied intraperitoneally in a burn model (n = 10), IL-17-secreting T helper17 (Th17) cell and non-Th17 cell changes were checked using a flow cytometer in both cornea and cervicallymph nodes at 1week, and compared with those in the positive control (n = 10). Results: IL-17 was highest in the cornea at 1 week, while, in the cervical lymph nodes, IL-17-secreting cellsshowed early increase at 6 hours, and maintained the increase through 1 day to 1 week, and levels returnedto the basal level at 3 weeks. Specifically, the non-Th17 cells secreted IL-17 earlier than the Th17 cells. Whenthe MSCs were applied, IL-17 secretion was reduced in CD3(+)CD4(-)CD8(-), CD3(+)CD4(+)CD8(-), and CD3(+)CD4(-)CD8(+) cells of the cervical lymph nodes by 53.7%, 43.8%, and 50.8%, respectively. However, in thecornea, IL-17 secretion of CD3(+)CD4(-)CD8(-) cells was completely blocked. Conclusions: The results indicated that both IL-17-secreting non-Th17 and Th17 cells were involved in the chemicalburn model, and MSCs appeared to mainly modulate non-Th17 cells and also partially suppress the Th17 cells.
