伐採作業에서 要素作業 區分別 所要時間 分析에 관한 硏究

This study was carried out to obtain basic data for work process and working technigue in logging operation in the forest. The net working time was divided into different work elements and the working time by one worker per one team of German standard method was compared with that by two workers, generally applied in Korea. The species used in this study were red pine, pitch pine. Japanese larch and oaks, and the sample trees were selected in pure stands for giving the same working condition. The working time was highly effected by DBH and length among other formal characteristics and the time by one worker and by two workers was no significant difference. The working time was increased to about 11-13 seconds with increase of every 1 cm from 7 cm in DBH. Proportion of elemental work to working time in logging was felling ; 7-11% , limbing ; 33-43% and bucking : 29-34% in coniferous species. three spesies mentioned above and felling ;13% limbing ; 29% and bucking ; 36% in decideous species, oaks.
저 전송률 통영상에서 양자화 잡음의 평균값 보상을 사용한 부호화기의 성능 개선

손실압축 기법을 사용하는 대부분의 표준 동영상 압축 방법에서는 이미지 변환 후, 변환된 계수들의 양자화를 수행하게 된다. 양자화 과정에서 발생하는 양자화 잡음으로 인한 영상정보의 손실은 복구 영상의 화질을 저하시킨다. 본 논문에서는 H.26L의 테스트 모델인 TML-2를 기반으로 양자화 잡음의 평균값을 추가 보상함으로써 부호화기의 성능을 개선하는 방법을 제안한다. 실험 결과 비트율에서 평균 1.29% 개선과 PSNR에서 평균 0.93%개선이 있었으며, 특히 움직임이 적은 영상에서 더 큰 개선 효과가 있었다. In lossy compression method, the transformed coefficients are quantized. This results in the quantization noise. The video image quality and bit rate is closely related with the quantization step. In this paper, we proposed a new quantization function for the improved performance. The DC value of each macroblock is compensated depending on the magnitude of DC quantization error. It is implemented very low bit-rate video coding, i.e., H.26L. The experimental result is useful when the object motion is not severe.
