        우리나라 광역시 도시압축성 평가에 관한 연구

        통합적이고 객관화된 도시압축성 평가방법에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이를 위하여 압축도시(compact city)와 관련된 문헌 등 선행연구를 통하여 도시압축성 평가요소를 추출하였다. 이렇게 설정된 평가요소는 전문가조사를 통한 객관화 과정과 AHP계층구조모형을 통하여 평가요소별로 가중치를 결정한다. 이러한 평가분석의 틀을 토대로 우리나 라 6대 광역시의 도시압축성을 평가하고 표준점수(z-score)화하여 상대적인 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 이러한 분석결과는 압축도시에 대한 정책 결정에 필요한 기본 자료로서 구도심의 도시재생 등 압축도시계획에 활용 될 수 있을 것이다. It is necessary to study more integrated and objective method of urban compactness evaluation. Accordingly, the author examined precedent study and references related to the theory of compact city with the aim of deducing the urban planning factors from them. And then, these factors are objectified through the survey and interview with experts, and each of the factors is given a weighting by the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) Method. Based on these evaluation model, the urban compactness of Korean Metropolitan Cities such as Busan, Incheon, Daegu, Gwangju, Daejeon, Ulsan, are analyzed their relative gap. The result of this study, as a foundational data for decision-making on the urban policy, could be useful for compact city planning such as regeneration of old town center etc.

        지속가능성을 위한 도시재생 계획요소에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 지속가능성을 고려한 도시재생 계획요소를 발굴하고 중요도를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 지속가능성을 고려한 도시재생 계획요소는 상위 5개 부문 도시환경, 교통, 사회ㆍ문화, 경제, 자원 및 에너지 효율성 등의 요소로 선정되었으며, 각각의 상위요소는 다시 5개의 하위요소로 구성된다. 이후 선정된 계획요소를 바탕으로 전문가 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 상위요소에 있어서는 도시환경부문과 더불어 경제부문이 가장 중요한 계획요소로 분석되었다. 특히 경제부문의 경우 대부분의 하위요소가 상위에 랭크됨으로써 도시재생사업을 평가함에 있어 경제부문의 비중을 크게 다루어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론에서 도시의 지속가능성을 위해서는 시민이 쾌적하게 생활할 수 있는 오픈된 공간과 휴식을 위한 장소, 그리고 기존 주민에 대한 배려와 네트워크의 형성 그리고 도시의 정체성을 유지할 수 있는 도시재생이 지속가능한 개발을 위한 요소로 분석되었다. This study aims to identify the elements of sustainable urban regeneration and evaluate the degree of significance. Five sectors for urban planning elements for sustainable urban regeneration are selected as follows: Urban environmental sector; transportation sector; social and cultural sector; economic sector; resource and energy efficiency sector. Consecutively each sector is consists of 5 elements. Based on the above classification survey questionnaire are assigned to experts. The results from survey are as follows. Urban environment sector and economic sector are identified as important factors. As elements of economic sector are ranked in high degree of importance, economic considerations must be more considered while executing urban regeneration. At the end, this paper concludes that comfortable open space and resting place, more consideration for existing residents, and continuation of city identity are essential factors for the purpose of sustainable city.

        蓮池花開嗜好茶 硏究

        This is a short study of the Tea ceremony of the Blooming Lotus Pond with the focus on harmony. Tea ceremony is literally Tao(=way) of tea. Tea ceremony begins with family gathering for the unity among themselves, and for the reception and greatment of the honored guests to strenghthen the friendly ties, thus providing ample opportunities for the harmonious relationship among the people and between man and nature. Korean tea ceremony shows the nation's traditional tea and pastry culture with the graceful costumes and meaningfully designed cakes for the reception of the honored guests. The ceremony is conducted with the polite and friendly talks and, very often, with the highly polished poems over tea. Tea in the Blooming Lotus Pond(utensil) shows respect for the elders and guests and preparedness for their reception of korean ladies. They uses the withered flower for the ceremony, which shows the profound wisdom of life : the recycling of the resources and appreciation of the beauty by the many present. Today the Blooming Lotus Pond tea is more useful than ever for the tea parties are in the trend of getting bigger, and the need for making tea in the great quantity is inevitable. We should grow more lotus and process them for the more consumption in domestic and oversea market, developing various ways to store and merchandise them. Lotus is not only famous for its graceful beauty but also noted for its various uses as very effective medicine.

        단일 전해액 배출만을 가지는 pH조절용 연속식 이온 교환막 전해 시스템의 개발과 그 특성

        In order to produce only a pH-controlled solution without discharging any unwanted solution, this work has developed a continuous electrolytic system with a pH-adjustment reservoir being placed before an ion exchange membrane-equipped electrolyzer, where as a target solution was fed into the pH-adjustment reservoir, some portion of the solution in the pH-adjustment reservoir was circulated through the cathodic or anodic chamber of the electrolyzer depending on the type of the ion exchange membrane used, and some other portion of the solution in the pH-adjustment reservoir was discharged from the electrolytic system through the other counter chamber with its pH being controlled. The internal circulation of the pH-adjustment reservoir solution through the anodic chamber in the case of using a cation exchange membrane and that through the cathodic chamber in the case of using an anion exchange membrane could make the solution discharged from the other counter chamber effectively acidic and basic, respectively. The phenomena of the pH being controlled in the system could be explained by the electro-migration of the ion species in the solution through the ion exchange membrane under a cell potential difference between anode and cathode and its consequently-occurring non-charge equilibriums and electrolytic water- split reactions in the anodic and cathodic chambers.

        Np(5) 용매추출에 미치는 방사선에 의한 TBP 추출제의 분해생성물 영향

        금속원소의 용매추출제로 사용되는 tributyl phosphate (TBP)를 ^60Co r-선을 조사시킨 후, TBP의 방사선 분해생성물인 dibutyl phosphate(DBP), monobutyl phosphate (MBP) 및 TBP를 LC-MS로 정량분석하였다. TBP 추출제의 방사선분해가 Np(Ⅴ) 추출에 미치는 영향에 대한 실험하였다. 1M TBP 추출제의 방사선 흡수 선량이 1×10^7 rad 일 때 Np(Ⅴ) 추출율은 0.8%이지만 1×10^8 rad일 때는 52.7%로 급격히 증가하였으며, 증가 원인은 TBP의 방사선 분해 생성물인 DBP가 Np(Ⅴ) 추출율은 각각 0.5%와 86%이며, 0.5M DBP에 TBP 또는 MBP를 첨가시키는 경우에 Np(Ⅴ)의 추출율이 감소되는 추출 방해현상(antagonism)이 나타났다. NpO_2^+ -1M HNO_3-DBP 추출계에서 유기상으로 추출되는 화학종은 NpO_2NO_3·DBP으로 밝혀졌다. Np(Ⅴ)의 환원제로 1M H_2O_2를 사용한 경우에 Np(Ⅴ)은 TBP에 추출이 잘되는 Np(Ⅳ)로 환원되어 추출율이 91.3%까지 증가하였다. This study was carried out to evaluate the effect of radiolysis of tributyl phosphate (TBP) extractant on the extraction of neptunium(Ⅴ) in HNO_3 solution. The contents of DBP and MBP, the degradation products of TBP, were analyzed with LC-MS (liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry). The effects of radiolysis products (DBP and MBP) and H_2O_2 reductant in this extraction system were discussed. The radiolysis effect of 1M TBP on the extraction yields of Np(Ⅴ) was shown to vary with the radiation absorbed dose. The extraction yields of Np(Ⅴ) increased abruptly from 0.8% at 1×10^7 rad to 52.7% at 1×10^8 rad because of the TBP degradation product, DBP, formed a strong complex with Np(Ⅴ). When TBP or MBP was added in the Np(Ⅴ)-1M HNO_3-0.5M DBP extraction system, antagonism phenomena appeared which diminished the extraction yields of Np(Ⅴ). In the NpO_2^+-01M HNO_3-DBP extraction system, the chemical species extracted was NpO_2NO_3·3DBP.

      • 분해성 고분자를 이용한 지속성 비료에 관한 연구

        요약문농작물에 사용된 비료중 30~705가 농작물의 영양분으로 이용되고, 나머지는 지표수 에 의하여 하천으로 유입되거나, 지하수로 스며든다. 이러한 이유로 경제적 손실과 더불어 지하수에 질소 성분이 농축되어 식수 오염에 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 고분자 가공 기술을 응용하여 120。C에서 무정형 폴리 프로필렌과 요소비료를 혼합하여 지속성 비료 제 조를 제조하였다. 제조된 지속성 비료는 25。C 수중에서 비료성분의 방출속도를 측정하였 다. AbstractIt is estimated that only 30∼70% of the fertilizer applied in agriculture is used for plant nutrition, the rest is carried away by ground water or lost through mtrification-denitrification. Apart from the economic loss due to wastage, severe environmental problems arise due to increasing nitrate concentration in public drinking water. The fertilizer urea was mixed with APP (atactic polypropylene) by super mixer at 120 'C. The rate of fertilizer release was determined by checking dissolution rate in water at 25。C.

      • 난향지실(蘭香之室) 행다례법(行茶禮法)에 관한 연구 : 잎차 생활다례를 중심으로

        What becomes the best foundation in the process of squeezing and drinking tea, includes the preparation for tea table, mind-set and manner in the host of squeezing tea, and in the person of drinking tea. Accordingly, the courteous looks, which are well up in the mind together with the Preparation for simply tea table, are the basis of tea life. Furthermore, given being embodied the principle called 'elaborately when making tea, with dryness when storing, and cleanly when squeezing,' and the Korean tea spirit, it can be enjoyed harmoniously human life due to being squeezed true perfume, natural color and genuine taste. What is the most important in the first table setting is a direction of etiquette and the standard of the virtue in superiors and inferiors. Considering the arrangement of furniture in a tea room, the location of an entrance door, and a view, it allows a direction of etiquette to be main guest in the east and the west, and makes an upper seat toward the side close to the north from a seat that is sat face to face with the host. As the north is the position of Mister, God, and the Buddha, thereby being good not to sit down. The arrangement in tea fixtures such as teacup, earthen teapot, and tea tube, is based on the setting of dishes. Korea's tea spirit is Pungryudo (風流徒). The thought of Samshin (the legendary three founders of Korea), and the thought of Shinseon (Taoist hermit with supernatural powers) in Gojoseon period, are connected to Pungryudo, which is the religion of Hwarang (the flower of youth in Silla dynasty) and the practical virtue in Silla period. As Pungryudo (風流徒) is the principle that Hwarang disciples need to keep while training mind and body in nature with good scenic beauty, it refers to the three religions, the three primary virtues, and the five Buddhist commandments. Accordingly, Pungryudo is the mental world in a broad sense that embraces Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism, Catholicism, and Christianity. Therefore, it is thought that what grants a meaning to tea life, needs to be put on the process of learning and practicing across the whole of tea life.

      • 탄산칼슘이 포함된 HDPE 필름의 광산화후 생분해

        대량생산 체제에서 기계적 산화 공정을 응용하여 공기 분위기에서 광분해성 마스터 뱃치(M/B)를 제조하였다. 제조된 M/B가 40 중량 % 첨가된 광분해성 HDPE 얇은 필름을 인플레이션 법으로 제조하였다. 필름의 광분해성을 시험하기 위하여 필름을 옥외에 노출시켜 기계적 물성 및 필름의 화학적 변화를 FTIR을 사용하여 관찰했다. 생분해 실험은 인큐베이터 및 토양 매립 실험을 동시에 실시했다. 광분해성 필름을 옥외 태양광 노출을 각각 0, 14, 28, 42일간 수행한 후 미생물 배양 시험을 행했다. 미생물 배양 시험에서 필름의 표면에 미생물의 성장과 포자의 형성을 관찰할 수 있었고 옥외 노출 기간이 증가함에 따라 필름 표면에 미생물의 성장이 증대되는 것을 관찰했다. 토양에 매립된 필름에서도 약간의 화학적인 변화를 관찰할 수 있었다. Photodegradable commercial master batch(M/B) was prepared by using mechanical oxidation during melt mixing with high shear under air environment. High density polyethylene(HDPE) thin film containing 40 wt % photodegradable M/B was prepared by inflation film processing. The film was exposed to the sunlight to observe the photodegradability. The degradability of film was determined by the loss of tensile properties and degradation was characterized by FTIR spectroscopy. Biodegradation of exposed and unexposed film was investigated by microbiological test and soil burial test, respectively. Photodegradable film(P-1) was exposed for periods of 0, 14, 28, 42 days before being mixed with fungi. It was found that microorganisms(fungi) growth on the surface of film was augmented as sunlight exposed time increased. Soil buried film showed the chemical changes of matrix polymer.

        혼합 제올라이트에 의한 모의폐액내 Cs/Sr 동시분리

        제올라이트 4A바 AW-500을 혼합한 제올라이트를 이용하여, 모의폐액내의 열 발생 핵종인 Cs과 Sr을 동시에 분리하는 연구를 수행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. Cs과 Sr을 동시에 제거하기 위해서는 제올라이트 4A와 AW-500의 혼합비는 2:3, pH는 3.0-7.0이 좋았으며, 이 조건에서 Cs과 Sr의 이온교환용량은 각각 0.729 meq/g와 0.656 meq/g이었다. 혼합제올라이트가 첨가되지 않은 계에서는 pH가 5이상이면 대부분의 Cr, Fe및 Pd은 침전물로 제거되고, Cs과 Sr은 대부분 용액내에 존재하나 혼합 제올라이트를 사용하여 거의 다 제거시킬 수 있었다. 그리고 제거율은 혼합 제올라이트의 주입량이 증가하고, 공존하는 염(salt)들이 적어지면 증가하였다. Heat-generating nuclide Cs and Sr were co-separated from simulated liquid wastes by mixed zeolite, of zeolite 4A and zeolite AW-500. Adsorption characteristics of Cs and Sr by mixed zeolites were studied with a simulated liquid waste. The obtained main results were as follows : The appropriate mixing ratio of zeolite 4A to zeolite AW-500 was confirmed to be 2 : 3 for the simultaneous removal of Cs and Sr. A favorable pH region was found to be from 3.0 to 7.0. The amounts of Cs and Sr adsorbed were estimated to be 0.729 meq/g and 0.656 meq/g, respectively. Most of Cs and Sr remained in the solution and Cr, Fe and Pd were removed as precipitates when the pH rose over 5.0 without mixed zeolites. Then both Cs and Sr were completely removed by mixed zeolites. The removal percentage was improved with increasing mixed zeolite quantity and decreasing the presence of coexisting salts.
