        미세부품가공을 위한 소형 초고속에어스펀들 개발

        The development of high-speed spindle have been studied extensively for micro machining in advanced industrial countries. The research of miniaturized high-speed air spindle is important part which needs for the micro machining process of high quality. So, This study was to carry out results about design characteristics of miniaturized high-speed air spindle. We had designed 4type turbines and shaft. They were simulated in use the computer simulation programs. We made them as products. They measured RPM (revolutions per minute). As a result of experiments, there was a contrast among 4type Turbines. it reached 384,000rpm in 4.5bar of air pressure. And, We tried to compare the results of measurement whit the results of computer simulation.

        급속히 자연 퇴행한 양안 안와 가성종양

        Purpose: To report a rare case of bilateral pseudotumor with a two-week rapid spontaneous regression Method: A 63-year-old man visited our clinic with a chief complaint of a headache and right ocular pain. An orbital computerized tomography (CT) scan revealed a roud mass with well-demarcated capsule-like boundaries located in the inferior part of both orbits. After a systemic evaluation to exclude a systemic malignancy, we performed excisional biopsy of the right orbital mass to make diagnosis. Result: The right orbital mass was not found at the time of surgery for an excisional biopsy. Instead, we took multiple small biopsies of orbital fat, inferior rectus muscle, and adjacent soft tissues. Histologic examination revealed a non-specific inflammatory reaction without the presence of tumor cells. There was a marked spontaneous regression of the mass in both orbits on an immediate follow-up orbital CT. The patient began steroid treatment for 12 weeks under the presumptive diagnosis of bilateral pseudotumor. There was no evidence of recurrence at the eight-month follow-up.

        상한론의 '기기상충(其氣上衝)'과 '계지탕(桂枝湯)'에 대한 연구

        In pathologically analyzing, 'Qi(氣)' is fall downed 'Zheng-Qi(正氣; Base energy of human body)' or 'Wai-Gan-Xie-Qi(外感邪氣; poisoned energy from outside of human body)'. And all extroverted symptoms from this 'Qi(氣)' is 'Shang-Chong(上衝)'. Also this symptom's basic mechanism is deficiency of 'Zhong-yang(中陽; basic active energy acting pivot)' by non-proper 'Xia-fa(下法; treatment way getting out focus to down side)' at early days of 'Tai-Yang-bing (太陽病; Primary stage symptoms when the cold energy of the outside tresspasses the external layer of body)'. And comparing herbs in medicines for treating 'Shang-Chong(上衝)' in Shang han lun with Japanese in Shang-han medical practitioner's view, there is 'Ping-Chong(平衝; Supress out bursting energy)''s effect when use 'Gui-zhi(桂枝; Cinnamomum cassia loureirii zeylanuicum)' for mass dosage. Based on these, 'Qi-Shang-Chong(氣上衝)' means all of the symptom's aspects which called 'Yang(陽)''s aspect that is extrovesity, dynamic and imminent by results of the experiment about Cinnamaldehyde which are the main ingredients of 'Gui-zhi(桂枝; Cinnamomum cassia loureirii zeylanuicum)' and clinical data of 'Gui-zhi-tang(桂枝湯)'.

        중심과 편심축력을 받는 중공 프리캐스트 콘크리트 합성기둥의 압축강도

        In this paper, in order to evaluate the applicability of KBC formula in calculating the strength of hollow-precast concrete (HPC) column for design purpose, a compressive capacity was evaluated through the concentric and eccentric test for the columns with various material strength and hollow size, respectively. Based on the test result, the suitability of code formulae was checked and the lateral confining effect of HPC composite column was also evaluated by using Mander's stress-strain relationship. Also, nonlinear sectional analysis process was performed. As a result, it was found that the strength of the HPC composite column could be suitably predicted by using KBC code formulae for design purpose. In the calculation of the compressive strength of the column by using Mander model considering the lateral confining effect of hoop, the confining effect of it in HPC was less than that in reinforced concrete column and changed corresponding to the concrete strength ratio between PC and CIP (Cast-In-Place). The effect decreases when the concrete strength of CIP is not less than that of PC. The flexural-compression capacity of HPC composite column can be suitably evaluated by using the effective strength of concrete.

        시평탕(柴平湯) 및 시평탕가미방(柴平湯加味方)의 항(抗)알레르기에 관(關)한 실험적(實驗的) 효과(效果)

        Experimental studies were done to research the clinical effects of Sipyungtang and Sipyungtang-gamibang (sipyungtang with Anemarrhenae Rhizoma added) on the Anti-allergic effect. The results obtained as follows; 1. In the effects of Sipyungtang and Sipyungtang-gamibang on vascular permeability responses to intradermal Histamine, Sipyungtang group revealed none significant effect, but Sipyungtang-gamibang group revealed significant effect. 2. In the effects of sipyungtang and Sipyungtang-gamibang on vascular permeability responses to intradermal serotonin, Sipyungtang group revealed none significant effect, but Sipyungtang-gamibang group revealed significant effect. 3. In the 48hrs homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis provoked by the IgE-like antibody against egg white albumin, Sipyungtang and Sipyungtang-gamibang groups revealed none significant effect. 4. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to Picryl Chloride, Sipyungtang and Sipyungtang-gamibang groups revealed none significant effect. 5. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to SRBC, Sipyung-tang and Sipyungtang-gamibang groups revealed significant effect.

        소아안신탕(小兒安神湯)이 STRESS를 유발한 흰쥐의 적출심장(摘出心臟)에 미치는 영향

        It has long been known that SOAT is effective for sudden palpitation occurring unexpectedly in Oriental Medicine. However, effect of SOAT on the isolated heart has not been studied yet. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of SOAT on hemodynamics and ECG of isolated rat hearts induced by electrical stimulation using Langendorff perfusion apparatus for nonworking heart. SOAT extract was manufactured by water-alcohol precipitated method. Sprague-Dawley rats weighting $120{\sim}150g$ were used for the experiments, Subject animals were divided into four groups, which are consisted of 1) control(Group orally administered by normal saline 1ml for 14days), 2) sample A(Group orally administered by SOAT extract 1ml for 14days), 3) sample C(Group injected by SOAT extract 0.5ml after stimulation, 4) sample C(Group injected by SOAT extract 1ml after stimulation. To evluate the effects of SOAT on hemodynamics and ECG of isolated rat heart induced by stimulation, heart rate, left ventricular pressure, systolic power, diastolic power, coronary artery perfusion volume and ECG were measured using Langendorff apparatus in both stimulation mode(5 volts, 450 beats/min) and arrythmic mode(5 volts, 420 beats/min including 60 beats/min) The results obtained are as follows : 1. After receiving stressful electrical stimuli, isolated heart showed the heart rate, left ventricular pressure, systolic power, diastolic power, coronary artery perfusion volume were all decreased temporarily, but perfusion continued longer recovery to the control state appeared. However, the coronary artery perfusion volume diminished continuously. 2. The heart rates did not change significantly with both stimulation mode and arrhythmic mode, among experimental groups. 3. The left ventricular pressure showed with both stimulation mode and arrhythmic mode, the significant changes(p<0.05) especially in the injection sample group. In case of stimulation mode, low concentration injection group(0.5ml) was more significantly increased rather than high concentration group(1ml) and in case of arrhythmic mode, high density group(1ml) was so increased than the other(0.5ml). 4. For the systolic power and diastolic power, no significant changes were noticed in the stimulation mode, but in the arrhythmic mode of injection sample groups, significant change(p<0.05) was noticed in both systolic power and diastolic power. Specially the high concentration group(1ml) showed more significant increase than the low concentration group. 5. For the coronary artery perfusion volume, no significant change difference among sample groups was observed in both the stimulation mode and the arrhythmic mode. 6. For the ECG recordings, arrhythmia was induced by electrical stimulus of arrythmia mode and after the stimulus was removed, irregular wave appeared temporarily, but as perpusion continued, recovery to the control state was abtained like the stimulation mode. According to the above results, SOAT significantly changed the hemodynamic data from the electrically stressed, isolated hearts of connected Langendorff perfusion apparatus and we propose SOAT has the direct effects on the muscular function of heart.
