        On-axis 스퍼터링과 FTS 공정으로 증착한 ZTO 박막트랜지스터의 특성

        We have investigated the properties of thin film transistors(TFT) fabricated using zinc tin oxide(ZTO) thin films deposited via on-axis sputtering and FTS methods. ZTO thin films deposited by FTS showed lower root-mean-square(RMS) roughness and more uniformity than those deposited via on-axis sputtering. We observed enhanced electrical properties of ZTO TFT deposited via FTS. The ZTO films were deposited at room temperature via on-axis sputtering and FTS. The as-deposited ZTO films were annealed at $400^{\circ}C$. The TFT using the ZTO films deposited via FTS process exhibited a high mobility of $12.91cm^2/V.s$, a low swing of 0.80 V/decade, $V_{th}$ of 5.78 V, and a high $I_{on/off}$ ratio of $2.52{\times}10^6$.

        다중 코디네이터를 이용한 RFID 리더 프로토콜 성능 분석

        본 논문은 수동형 RFID 시스템에서 발생하는 리더 충돌을 회피할 수 있는 코디네이터 기반 리더 프로토콜을 제시한다. 리더 스스로 임의의 슬롯을 선택하여 통신하는 기존방식과는 달리 제시한 프로토콜에서는 코디네이터가 네트워크에 참여하는 리더에게 중복되지 않게 슬롯을 할당하고 현재 슬롯 번호를 전송하여 해당 슬롯을 할당받은 하나의 리더만 통신하도록 한다. 제안된 방식은 다중 코디네이터 환경을 구축하여 광역 환경에서 더욱 효과적으로 사용될 수 있으며, 이로 인한 리더 충돌 문제는 주파수 배치(Frequency planning)를 적용하여 보완한다. 제안한 방식이 기존 방식에 비해 3~5배의 성능 향상을 보임을 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증한다. In this paper, we propose a coordinator-based reader protocol that can avoid reader collisions in a passive RFID system. In a proposed protocol, unlike conventional protocols that a reader itself selects its own slot randomly to communicate with tags such as DCS, Colorwave, a coordinator reader allocates an unused slot to a reader to participate in the network and sends a current slot number. A reader allocated a slot can communicate with tags. The proposed protocol can adaptively modified to apply for multiple coordinator readers environment in a wide area. This causes reader collision problem, but can be alleviated partly by applying the frequency planning. In this way, we verifies that a RFID system using the proposed protocol is three to five times better than existing systems through the simulation.

        마분말을 첨가한 패티의 품질특성

        This study was conducted in order to observe the physicochemical and sensory characteristics of hamburger patties added with yam powder (0, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of bread crumbs). Increasing the amount of yam powder in the hamburger patties tended to decrease the cooking loss rate of the weight and the diameters. The moisture content of hamburger patties ranged from 51.90 to 53.94%. Increasing the amount of yam powder in the hamburger patty tended to increase the pH and the redness (a) in the hunter color value; however, it decreased the lightness (L). For the textural characteristics, the addition of yam powder increased the hardness of the hamburger patties. In the sensory evaluation, an addition of 50% and 100% yam powder had the best score in taste as well as in the overall preference. Therefore, this result suggests that adding yam powder of 100% can be applied to the hamburger patties for preference and nutritional aspects purposes.

        교정사전과 신문기사 말뭉치를 이용한 한국어 철자 오류 교정 모델

        With the rapid evolution of the Internet and mobile environments, text including spelling errors such as newly-coined words and abbreviated words are widely used. These spelling errors make it difficult to develop NLP (natural language processing) applications because they decrease the readability of texts. To resolve this problem, we propose a spelling error correction model using a spelling error correction dictionary and a newspaper corpus. The proposed model has the advantage that the cost of data construction are not high because it uses a newspaper corpus, which we can easily obtain, as a training corpus. In addition, the proposed model has an advantage that additional external modules such as a morphological analyzer and a word-spacing error correction system are not required because it uses a simple string matching method based on a correction dictionary. In the experiments with a newspaper corpus and a short message corpus collected from real mobile phones, the proposed model has been shown good performances (a miss-correction rate of 7.3%, a F1-measure of 97.3%, and a false positive rate of 1.1%) in the various evaluation measures. 인터넷 및 모바일 환경의 빠른 발전과 함께 신조어나 줄임말과 같은 철자 오류들을 포함하는 텍스트들이 활발히 통용되고 있다. 이러한 철자 오류들은 텍스트의 가독성을 떨어뜨림으로써 자연어처리 응용들을 개발하는데 걸림돌이 된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 철자오류 교정사전과 신문기사 말뭉치를 이용한 철자 오류 교정 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 구하기 쉬운 신문기사 말뭉치를 학습 말뭉치로 사용하기 때문에 데이터 구축비용이 크지 않다는 장점이 있다. 또한 교정사전 기반의 단순 매칭 방법을 사용하기 때문에 띄어쓰기 교정 시스템이나 형태소 분석기와 같은 별도의 외부 모듈이 필요 없다는 장점이 있다. 신문기사 말뭉치와 실제 휴대폰에서 수집한 문자 메시지 말뭉치를 이용한 실험 결과, 제안 모델은 다양한 평가 척도에서 비교적 높은 성능(오교정률 7.3%, F1-척도 97.3%, 위양성율 1.1%)을 보였다.

        가상공극개념을 이용한 영구자석의 전체전자기력과 상호체적력밀도 계산

        The global force and interaction body force density were evaluated in permanent magnets by using the virtual air-gap scheme incorporating the finite-element method. Until now, the virtual air-gap concept has been successfully applied to calculate a contact force and a body force density in soft magnetic materials. These force calculating methods have been called as generalized methods such as the generalized magnetic charge force density method, the generalized magnetizing current force density method, and the generalized Kelvin force density method. For permanent magnets, however, there have been few research works on a contact force and a force density field. Unlike the conventional force calculating methods resulting in surface force densities, the generalized methods are novel methods of evaluating body force density. These generalized methods yield the actual total force, but their distributions have an irregularity, which seems to be random distributions of body force density. Inside permanent magnets, however, a smooth pattern was obtained in the interaction body force density, which represents the interacting force field among magnetic materials. To evaluate the interaction body force density, the intrinsic force density should be withdrawn from the total force density. Several analysis models with permanent magnets were tested to verify the proposed methods evaluating the interaction body force density and the contact force, in which the permanent magnet contacts with a soft magnetic material.

Recently, the Multiphysics analysis techniques have been popular in the science and engineering areas where the trend is converged. The concept of electromagnetic Multiphysics analysis was introduced with a few applications of electric discharge in this article.

        연구논문 : 미용학 관련 등재학회지의 최근 연구경향에 관한 비교분석

        As a comparative analysis on the latest research trend in cosmetology-related journals, this study aims to determine the future direction for cosmetology by looking into its past. For this, the papers written over the past three (3) years from 2011 to 2013 were examined. Then the data collected through a literature survey were analyzed by journal and classified by the number of papers and topic. According to analysis of the research trends of 887 papers, the focus differed by journal. In terms of the percentage of papers published in the Journal of Korean Beauty Society by topic, ‘hair’ was the highest with 41%, followed by ‘skin (30%)’, ‘others (14%)’, ‘makeup & body painting (11%)’ and ‘nail (4%)’. In the case of the papers in the Korean Society for Aesthetics and Cosmetology, ‘skin (53%)’ was the highest, followed by ‘hair (21%)’, ‘others (17%)’, ‘makeup & body painting (6%)’ and ‘nail (3%)’. Among the papers in the Korean Society of Beauty and Art, ‘hair’ was the highest with 43%, ‘skin (24%)’, ‘makeup & body painting (20%)’, ‘others (9%)’ and ‘nail (4%)’. In other words, in the Journal of Korean Beauty Society, the broadest distribution was found in ‘hair’-related studies with little difference in ‘skin’. In the Korean Society for Aesthetics and Cosmetology, on the contrary, ‘skin’-related studies were greater than ‘hair’ more than twice. In the Korean Society of Beauty and Art, lastly, ‘makeup & body painting’-related studies were more than two times greater than other journals. In addition, ‘hair’-related studies were greater (two times or greater) than ‘skin’-related ones. In sum, the studies relating to ‘hair’ or ‘skin’ accounted for more than half of all papers while the remaining topics revealed a similar distribution in all three journals.

        자영 피부미용실과 병원 부설 피부미용실에 근무하는 피부미용사의 이직의도에 영향을 주는 요인 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study was to compare the effects emotional labor, job stress, welfare, perception of wage estimation on turnover intention between esthetician in independent esthetic shop and in hospital-annex esthetic shop to provide basic data to be used for a better manpower management. From February 1 to July 30, 2019, in Seoul and Gyeonggi area, the results from 114 estheticians in independent esthetic shop and 117 estheticians in hospital-annex esthetic shop are analyzed. The survey was conducted with SPSS 23.0 program, which was used by χ²-test regression. The main results of this study are listed below. First, as a result of comparing emotional labor, job stress, welfare, perception of wage estimation and turnover intention, emotional labor showed significantly higher estheticians working in hospital-annex esthetic shop, and perception of wage estimation was significantly higher in the estheticians working in independent esthetic shop. The significant predictor factors of turnover intention were workplace culture(β=.227, p<.01) and muscle or skeletal pain(β=.185, p<.05) in independent esthetic shop, while The most important predictor factors of turnover intention of estheticians in hospital-annex esthetic shop were satisfaction with the salary level(β=-.282, p<.01), workplace culture(β=.216, p<.05) and salary deduction(β=.209, p<.05). The limitations are as follows, The first reason, because the study area was limited in securing representative of the sample by limiting the area to Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The second reason, it was questionnaire survey was conducted esthetician in independent esthetic shop and in hospital-annex esthetic shop, but there was a limitation because the questionnaire had to be conducted with the consent of the director. In future research is expected that comparative studies by industry will be conducted in more detailed areas. The finding of this study can be used as basic data for effective estheticians resource management and working environment in both esthetic shop.

        밀누룩 발효기간 동안 효소와 대사체 변화에 대한 온도의 영향

        누룩은 전통주를 빚기 위한 발효제이다. 본 연구의 목적은 누룩 발효시 온도의 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 누룩 발효는 36oC에서 30일간 발효한 처리구(TN-A)와 45oC에서 10일간 전발효 후, 36oC에서 20일간 후 발효시킨 처리구(TN-B)로 실험하였다. 누룩 발효시 온도에 따른 α-amylase, glucoamylase, acidic protease 등 효소활성과 누룩의 대사산물을 측정하였다. 초기 효소활성은 온도에 상관없이 급격하게 증가하였고 발효 3일 후, TN-A 누룩의 효소활성은 일정하게 유지됐으나 TN-B 누룩은 발효기간이 끝나는 동안 점진적으로 이들 활성이 감소하였다. 1H-MNR을 이용한 대사체 분석결과, TN-A 누룩은 glucose, glycerol, fructose, mannitol, lactose가 초기에 급격히 증가한 후 감소하였으나, TN-B 누룩은 초기에 대사체들이 감소한 후, 발효기간 동안 일정하게 유지되었다. Glycine, proline, serine 유리아미노산은 TN-B보다 TN-A 누룩에서 보다 높게 나타났다. 밀누룩 발효시 약 36oC의 일정한 온도는 전분 및 단백질분해 효소의 높은 활성을 유지하는데 적절하였다. Nuruk is a fermentation agent, which has been used for the production of traditional Korean alcoholic beverages. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of temperature on nuruk fermentation. One wheat nuruk sample was fermented at 36°C for 30 days (TN-A) and another at 45°C for 10 days followed by 36°C for 20 days (TN-B). The activities of α-amylase, glucoamylase, and acidic protease, as well as metabolite contents were measured. Initially, the enzymatic activities increased rapidly regardless of the fermentation temperature. After 3 days of fermentation, the enzymatic activities were maintained in TN-A, but gradually decreased in TN-B until the end of fermentation process. Metabolite analysis using 1H-NMR showed that the levels of glucose, glycerol, fructose, mannitol, and lactose initially increased quickly and then decreased in TN-A. However, they initially decreased and then were maintained over the fermentation period in TN-B. The contents of glycine, proline, and serine were higher in TN-A than in TN-B. This study suggests that a constant temperature of approximately 36°C is appropriate for achieving high amylolytic and proteolytic activities in the production of wheat nuruk.
