Nineteen (50%) patients with high SCOPA-AUT scores above median value (12.5) were assigned into the PD-HSAS group and others were assigned to the PD-LSAS group. Compared with the PD-LSAS group, the PD-HSAS group exhibited slower gait, shorter stride, decreased cadence, increased double support phase, decreased swing phase, and increased variability in swing time. Total SCOPA-AUT score showed significantly positive correlations with gait variability and instability but a negative correlation with gait hypokinesia. In subdomain analysis, urinary dysautonomia was highly associated with impairment of gait dynamics. All significant results were found to be more remarkable in backward gait than in forward gait.

Alcohol exposure during development leads to significant long-term neurobehavior dysfunction and central nervous system alteration. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of enriched enviroment in developmental period through motor behavior test and expression of BDNF. Neonatal rat exposed to alcohol on postnatal days 4 through 10 were studied. Female Sprague-Dawley pups were assigned to two groups. Experimental group(EG) via 4.5 g kg-1day-1 of ethanol was housed in enriched enviornment for 9 weeks. The main result of this study were as follows: 1. There was significant difference in the mean of weight change between control and experimental group. 2. In motor behavior test, there was significant difference in the mean of weight change between control and experimental group. 3. Regarding the immunoreactivity of BDNF were higher appeared experimental group than control group. In conclusion, the present results reveals that enriched enviroment in developmental period is to be extremely useful in neuronal reprganization and motor behavior improvement after alcohol exposure.

This study was performed to investigate the effect of low power laser irradiation on epidermal growth factor(EGF) expression in the burned skin of the rats. Burns of about 3cm in diameter were created with 75'c water on the back of the rats, and the lesion of experimental group were irradiated on days 1, 2, and 3 postwounding. Control tensions were not irradiated. After burns, low power laser irradiation was applied by using 1000Hz, 830nm GaAlAs (Gallium-aluminum- arsenide) semiconductor diode laser. The expression of epidermal growth factor evaluated immunohistochemistry on mouse anti-EGF. The results of this study were as follows 1. In expression of EGF, the lesion of experimental group made EGF to more induce significantly than control tensions. 2. EGF immunoreactivity in burned skin were increased markedly 3 days after burns, and increased gradually from 1 day to 2 days in burns which is laser irradiation These data suggest that low power laser have wound healing effect in the burned skin of the rats.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the physical environment and mental health of the adolescents in urban and rural areas. This study was performed using the questionnaire survey method. The research subjects were high school students in Seoul and Jeollabuk-do rural areas. The questionnaire inquired about the housing, neighborhood, and school environments, and these contents were depended on previous studies. The survey was conducted from August 27 to September 6, 2013, and 446 data were collected. They were analyzed with the SPSS 12.0 program. The main results are as follows. 1) The urban adolescents evaluated physical environment to be better than rural adolescents. Specifically, the urban adolescents evaluated 'facility/accommodation', 'security/health', 'amenity' of the housing environment, 'disorder', 'comfortability', 'nature awareness' of the neighborhood environment, and 'noise', 'overcrowding', and 'security' of the school environment to be higher. 2) The urban adolescents' self-esteem was significantly higher than rural ones. 3) The physical environment factors, which had effects on adolescents' mental health, are different depending on the areas, and so adolescents' physical environment would be designed by the local environment conditions.

In this paper, we analyzed the navigation error of TERCOM (TErrain COntour Matching), which is TRN (Terram Referenced Navigation) batch processing, caused by scale factor error of radar altimeter and proved the possibility of false position fix when we use the TERCOM’s feature matching algorithm. Based on these, we proposed the new TRN batch processing algorithm using the slope measurements of terrain. The proposed technique measures on periodic changes in the slope of the terrain elevation profile, and these measurements are used in the feature matching algorithm. By using the slope of terrain data, the impact of scale factor errors can be compensated. By simulation, we verified improved outcome using this approach compared to the result using the conventional method.

우리는 단일 모션 클립에서 매개 변수화된 모션 집단을 학습하는 새로운 알고리즘을 제시한다. 각 동작은 심층정책 네트워크로 표현되며, 연속적인 동작 공간을 탐색하여 사용자 입력 및 환경 상호 작용에 대응하여 물리 시뮬레이션 상에서 모션을 생성한다. 모션 매개 변수화와 동작 추적의 동시 학습은 학습된 모터 기술의 성능과 시각적 품질을 크게 향상시킨다. 우리는 매우 역동적인 동작들을 작업 목표, 신체 비율, 물리적 수치 및 환경 조건에 대해 매개 변수화하여서 알고리즘의 유연성을 입증했다.
자우어브르크 후텐(Sauerbruch Hutten) 건축의 색채사용특성에 관한 연구

자우어브르크 후텐(Sauerbruch Hutten)은 색채사용방식과 색채 팔레트의 선정에 있어서 실험적이고 기념비적인 건축색채를 보여주는 건축가로서 그의 색채사용방식을 연구해본 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다<br/> 첫째, 색채 블록의 밀도 높은 배열에 의한 다색의 표피(polychromatic skin)는 불규칙한 패턴을 형성함으로서 건물의 독창적 특징을 나타내고 있었다.<br/> 둘째, 건물의 효율성에 기반을 둔 빛과 바람의 조절을 위한 가변적 시스템에 도입되는 이중외피(double skin)의 색채도엽은 사용자들에 의하여 각도가 변화되면서 움직이는 스크린과 같은 색채현상을 나타내고 있었다.<br/> 셋째, 건물의 매스와 매스를 이루는 각 면과 각도에 따라 이색 또는 근접 보색으로 적용되면서 건물의 방향에 따른 입면의 분리현상이 두드러지게 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다.<br/> 넷째, 건물 전체를 뒤덮는 색채 (repaired color)로 스크린과 같은 외피색채에 의하여 색채의 지각이 형태보다 우선됨으로서 도시의 기념비적인 건물의 특성을 보여주고 있었다.<br/> 마지막으로, 빛의 반사와 투과, 색 면의 겹쳐짐, 재료와의 관계적 색채사용방식으로 관찰자들과 상호 작용하는 색채(interaction color)사용체계를 볼 수 있었다.<br/> 이와 같은 연구를 통하여 후텐의 색채사용방식은 건물의 효율적 가치, 도시의 기념비적 가치, 사용자와의 상호작용하는 체계를 색채와 긴밀하게 연결해 냄으로서 건축색채의 독창적 가치를 구현하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. As a review and conclusion of study on color using method of Sauerbruch Hutten, being announced architect to an unique architectural color in selection of color palette and color using method, it could be reached the conclusion as following below; First, polychromatic skin by high density of disposition on color block shows the unique characteristics of building being formulated the irregular patterns. Second, introduction on color with double skin to be invited to the variable system for cOl1trolling of lights and winds based on the building’s energy efficiency, has been displayed the color phenomenon as like on self-moving screen being change to the angles by user’ s eye. Third, it could be analyzed to the distinguished separation phenomenon of three dimensional faces as following of building"s direction being application to a complementary color or heterogeneous color as according to individual facet and angle composed with mass and building. Fourth, it could be displayed the urban"s monumental building"s characteristics being preferentially morphologic construction rather than color perceptivity by skin color same as screen with repaired color covering with whole of the building. Last, it could be identified the interaction color using system being interrelation with observers in relatively color using method by reflection and penetration of light, color and faces of coincidence and materials. As a study on color using method of Sauerbruch Hutten, it was analyzed to the creation of unique value on architectural color, closely connecting color with interrelation system to users, urban"s monumental value and building"s efficiently value.
