기계적합금화에 의한 $AC4A/SiC_p$복합재료의 제조 및 기계적 특성

급냉응고법과 기계적합금화를 병행하여 자동차 산업용 부품에 널리 사용되고 있는 AC4A 합금에 열적으로 안정한 $SiC_p$세라믹 입자를 첨가하여 가공경화 및 미세균일화에 의한 분산강호 효과를 갖는 복합재료를 제조하고, 그에 따른 기계적특성을 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 420분간 기계적합금화를 시켰을 때 10~20$\mu \textrm{m}$ 정도의 미세하고 균일한 구형의 복합분말을 얻을수 있었으며, 이 상태에서 정상상태를 의미하는 포화 경도값이 나타났다. 기계적합금화에 따른 분말의 X-선 회절시험에서 기계적 합금화 시간에 따라 결정립 미세화와 불균일 변형에 의해 강도가 떨어지고, 회절폭이 넓어진다. 분말 압출재의 시효경화는 1000분 시효에서 최대 경도값을 나타낸다. 인장시험에 있어서 압출재는 주조재에 비해 2배 이상의 인장값을 얻을 수 있었으며, $500^{\circ}C$에서도 우수한 인장값을 얻을 수 있었다. Utilizing Mechanical Alloy Process, that were obt,ained the results from investigated formation process of AC4A/$SiC_p$. composite material powders and mechanical properties of their extrusion materials. The obtained results are as follow conclusions. AC4A-lOwt.% $SiC_p$ powders which were mechanically alloyed at 150rpm for 420min have been obtained finely and uniformly rounded powder particals that were reached the steady state which was saturated micro hardness about tlv 230 in the range size of 1 0 ~ 2 0$\mu \textrm{m}$. EDAX analysis tests have been resulted in a little amount of I'e conrents increasing with MA times, the artifical aging of AC4A/S$SiC_p$ composite materials was obtained the hardness with solution treated at $525^{\circ}C$ for lOhrs the maximum value of Hv 230 with aging at. $170^{\circ}C$ for 1000min. The Intensity and width of X-ray diffraction pattern were decreasing and widening because of grain boundary refinement and heterogeneous strain during mechanical alloying. Tensile tests at room temperature were carried out the maximum value of 37 Kgf/$\mu \textrm{mm}^2$ with ext,rused materials, 27 Kgf/$\mu \textrm{mm}^2$ with heat treated them at $500^{\circ}C$.

Objective: Hominis Placenta is used in many cure, mainly treats a weak, chronic disease, especially senile. This research investigates the effect of the Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution on Alzheimer's disease. Method: The effects of the Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution on (1) $IL-1{\beta}$ protein, $TNF-{\alpha}$ protein, MDA, and CD68/CD11b (2) the behavior (3) the infarction area of the hippocampus, and brain tissue injury in Alzheimer's diseased mice induced with 13A were investigated. Results: 1. For the Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution group a significant inhibitory effect on the memory deficit was shown for the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}$ A in the Morris water maze experiment, which measured stop-through latency, and distance movement-through latency. 2. The Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution group suppressed the over-expression of $IL-1{\beta}$ protein, $TNF-{\alpha}$ protein, MDA, and CD68/CD11b, in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}A$. 3. The Hominis Placenta Herbal Acupuncture Solution group reduced the infarction area of hippocampus, and controlled the injury of brain tissue in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}A$. 4. The Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution group reduced the Tau protein, GFAP protein, and presenilin1/2 protein, beta-secretase protein, (immunohistochemistry) of hippocampus in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}A$. Conclusion: These results suggest that the Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution group may be effective for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Investigation into the clinical use of the Hominis Placenta Herbal-Acupuncture Solution for Alzheimer's disease is suggested for future research.

중학생의 스포츠 활동 참여가 사회성 및 공격성의 요인에 미치는 영향

This study was to investigate the influence of sports activity participation of middle school on their sociability and aggression factors. For the purpose of this study, a survey of middle school students was conducted and subjects of this research was recruited from a middle school and the total of 200 middle school junior students were voluntarily participated. From the analyze, it was identified that regarding a difference in sociability and aggression according to sports activity participation, students who have participated in sports activities showed a significantly higher level in sociability compared to those who have not participated in such activities. Except for stability, the rest of other sub-factors, sociability, activity, and dominance showed a high level. Meanwhile, there was no a significant difference in aggression between participants and non-participants. Also, it was found that as to an influence of sports activity participants on aggression factors, students with high sociability who have participated in sports activities showed low aggression or a negative relation. Especially, it was identified that those who have had a higher stability showed a lower level in sub-factors of aggression, physical attack and anger, language abuse and hostility.
