Semi-transparent volume rendering technique can provide 3-D visualization well by voxel level Processing and alleviate segmentation arf, ifacts compared wish the surface rendering technique. In this Paper, we consider several new schemes which can improve she Perform ance of volume rendering. A directional interpolation method is proposed to reduce the artifact due to the anisotrophic resolution in X-ray CT data. The computation time for rendering is shortened by using the depth information of the 3-D object. And also, we reduce the quantization artifacts in the rendering by introducing the opacity-dependent sampling interval to sampling in ray-tracing.
시호지길탕(柴胡枳桔湯)이 GUINEA PIG의 기관지평활근(氣管支平滑筋)에 미치는 영향(影響)

This study was carried out to investigate the effect of Shihogigiltang extract on the contractile force of the isolated guinea pig trachea smooth muscle and elucidate its mechanism. The results were obtained as follows: 1. The isolated trachea smooth muscle was suspended in the organ bath with oxygenated Kreb's Henseleit bicarbonate buffer solution at $37^{\circ}C$, and the developed tension by the drug was recorded with isometric transducer(Nacro F-60). The resting tension was approximately 0.5g. 2. The trachea smooth muscle of the isoiated guinea pig was significantly relaxed by the administration of Shihogigiltang extract. 3. ShihogigiItang significantly inhibited the contractile response of histamine 10-4 M is isolated guinea pig trachea smooth muscle. 4. The contractile response of the trachea smooth muscle of the isolated guinea pig by acetylcholine 10-4 M was significantly inhibited by Shihogigiltang extract. 5. The contractile response of the trachea smooth muscle of the isolated guinea pig by 5-hydorxytryptamine 10-4 M was significantly inhibited by Shihngigiltang extract. 6. The contractile response of the trachea smooth muscle of the isolated guinea pig by prostaglandin $F2\;{\alpha}$ 10-7 M was significantly inhibited by Shihngigiltang extract.
수평과 수직 블록을 이용한 MPEG-1 비디오 장면전환 검출

The content-based information retrieval for a multimedia database uses feature information extracted from the compressed videos. This paper presents an effective method to detect scene changes from compressed videos. Scene changes are detected with DC values of DCT coefficients in MPEG-1 encoded video sequences. Instead of decoding full frames. partial macroblocks of each frame, horizontal and vertical macroblocks, are decoded to detect scene changes. This method detects abrupt scene changes by decoding minimal number of blocks and saves a lot of computation time. The performance of the proposed algorithm is analyzed based on the precision and the recall. The experimental results show the effectiveness in computation time and detection rate to detect scene changes of various MPEG-1 video streams.
가미혈부축어탕 Hexane층의 항혈전활성과 뇌손상 보호효과

This study was performed to investigate the antithrombotic activity and protective effect of hexane fraction of Kamihyulbuchukeotang (KHCTH) on brain injury by KCN and MCA occlusion a prescription of HCT added with Lumbricus and Notoginseng Radix. Experiemental parameters are brain ischemia by MCA occlusion assay, KCN-induced brain injury, pulmonary thrombosis and platelet aggregation assay. The results were summarized as follows; 1. KHCTH extracts significantly inhibited the duration of KCN-induced coma (67%) and mortality (80%). 2. KHCTH extracts significantly suppressed brain ischemic area and edema following MCA occlusion and protected neuron cells as compared with control data. 3. KHCTH extracts inhibited pulmonary thrombosis induced by collagen and epinephrine. 4. KHCTH extracts inhibited platelet aggregation induced by collagen, ADP as agonist up to 76.9% and 32.3% respectivey at 1 mg/ml more effective than water extract of KHCT These data suggested that KHCTH could be applied as the protector of brain ischemia and injury and antithrombotic agent.

According to the results of the studies on 23 references, the orders in the cause of Liver-Exhaustion (肺勞) were as follows ; 1) Liver-damage (肺傷) was the most abundant by occuping 26.09% (6/23) 2) Trouble-resources-prudence (勞力謀慮) and Liver-deficiency (肝虛) were the second by occuping each 21.74% (5/23). 3) Spirit-damage (神損) was 13.04% (3/23) and Anger-counter-up (怒氣逆上) was 8.70% (2/23). The Orders in the cases of Liver-exhaustion (肝勞) were as follows ; 1) Dry-dark-countenance (面目乾黑) was the most abundant by occuping 34.79% (8/23). 2) Spirit-unstableness (精神不守) was the second by occuping 30.43% (7/23) 3) Sight-unclearness (目視不明) was 20.09% (6/23) 4) Muscle relaxation not maintained by oneself (緩不能自收指) was 21.74% (5/23) Other various cases were excepted because of low frequence.

본 논문에서는 1200V, 50A급의 컨버터 인버터 일체형 12-스위치 저 손실 지능형 전력모듈을 소개한다. 게이트 구동회로, 보호회로, IGBT 모듈을 통합한 이 전력모듈은 최적의 게이트 구동회로, 시스템 고밀도화 그리고 인피니언의 트렌치 필드스톱2 IGBT와 FRD를 사용한 높은 효율의 컨버터와 인버터 일체형으로 구현하였다. 본 논문을 통해 높은 파워가 요구되는 가전기기, 산업용 인버터의 애플리케이션에 적합하게 설계된 전력모듈에 대한 소개와 함께 그 특징 및 시스템 구성을 위한 고려사항에 대하여 기술하였다.

High-speed memory interface system such as double data rate(DDR) memories require an exact 50% duty cycle system clock for optimal valid data window. This paper presents a duty cycle corrector (DCC) using error compensate duty cycle detector(DCD). The proposed DCC consists of a DCD which implemented error detecting and correcting function, a duty-cycle adjuster, controller and output buffer. The proposed DCC circuit has been implemented and fabricated in a 28-nm CMOS process and occupies 2742<SUP>2</SUP>. The acceptable input clock frequency is from 3㎓ to 3.5㎓ and acceptable duty cycle variation is ±20%. The measured maximum duty-cycle error for the 50% duty-rate is 3.8%.
