Objectives : The purpose of study was to compare and analyze the effects of the distance Acupuncture and the Chuna on Temporomandibular Disorder. Methods : Clinical studies were done on 31 patients who were treated with Temporomandibular Disorder at Dept. of Acupuncture & Moxibusition of Hospital of Ha-na Oriental Medicine from May 23 2005 to Apr 30 2006. Subjects were divided Into two group, Distance acupuncture group and Chuna group. In Distance acupuncture group, we treated patients with Wijungyug(胃正格) or Damjungyug(膽正格). In Chuna group, we treated patients with Distraction & Translation technique. For evaluating Function of Temporomandibular joint of Patients, we use the Modified Craniomandibular Index(mCMI) before treatment and after 6th treatment. Results : In Mandibular Movement(MM) of patients, the patients of Acupuncture Group were more effective than Chuna group. In TMJ noise(TN) of patients, the patients of Chuna Group were more effective than Acupuncture group. Conclusions : The Distance acupuncture may be better effect on Mandibular Movement and The chuna maybe better effect on TMJ noise.

Objectives : This study reported 3 cases of L-spine HIVD which was treated with spine decompression, as a new medical treatment alleviates lumbago by non-surgical treatment, and oriental medicine treatment. Methods : Each patient has been treated with spine decompression and oriental medicine treatment, and the degree of improvement has been evaluated by VAS and Rating scale for LBP. Results : Through the result, the medical treatment proved to have valid effect for L-spine HIVD, but patients did not become healthy enough restored to their job before. Conclusions : At the result of this, every case can be certified to give appropriate effect, and there needs more research into synergy between spine decompression and oriental medicine treatment.
요추추간판탈출증환자 49례의 탈출양상에 따른 한방치료에 대한 임상적 고찰

Objective : In treatment of lumbar spine herniation of nucleus pulpous, the different result in accordance with difference of sex, age, medical history, part, or type. Methods : After 49 patients who were diagnosed as HNP of L-spine were grouped by sex, age, medical history, part, or type, they were compared and analyzed on the basis of difference between measuring VAS and ODI as they were hospitalized and as they were discharged. Results : 1. In terms of differences by gender, males' average degree of VAS improvement was 63.92 and females' average degree of VAS improvement was 59.8. Also, Males' average ODI improvement index was 12.36 and females' average ODI improvement index was 12.5. 2. In terms of differences by age, Teens recorded highest degree of VAS improvement and ODI improvement index. 3. In terms of differences by medical history, Most acute or acute patients showed higher degree of VAS improvement and ODI improvement index than subacute or chronic patients. 4. There were no significant distinguishing markscomparing between one diseased part and other. 5. As the research that focused on different type, Extrusion type had better improvement by medical treatment than Protrusion type. Conclusion : This research drew the result as above, but recognizable statistical relation could not be found in the result. Therefore there needs much sustainable research to deduce meaningful result.
항공사 승무원조직에서 팀장-팀원 가치차이가 팀원의 이직의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 항공사 승무원의 이직의도에 대한 원인변수로 직무가치 및 팀장-팀원 간 가치차이를 상정하고, 그 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 방법으로는 다중회귀 분석을 활용하였으며, 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 팀원의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 직무가치로 유대관계, 안정성, 권위, 자율성이 중요하게 부각되었다. 유대관계, 안정성, 권위는 이직의도와 부(-)의, 자율성은 정(+)의 관계를 지녔다. 둘째, 팀장-팀원의 가치차이는 팀원의 이직의도에 매우 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 팀장-팀원간 가치차이는 구성원의 직무가치 중, 이타주의, 유대관계, 보수, 안정성, 권위는 부(-)의 관계를, 신망, 다양성, 자율성은 정(+)의 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to testify the effect of value discrepancy between supervisor and employee in the team unit on flight attendant’s turnover intention. Up to recently, employee’s turnover intention has been studied through various fields of business corporation, but this study focuses on the work value as a direct factor of conflict among members, especially one between supervisor and flight attendant. Value conflict between the old and the new generation is regarded as an unavoidable aspect, and this discrepancy may cause many serious problems in human resource management. In this research, Schwartz’s work value model(1992) was used to estimate the gap of work value between supervisor and employee. According to Schwartz’s model(1992), work value consists of 4 conceptual dimensions and 8 more detailed sub-dimensions, altruism, relationship with others, pay, prestige, security, authority, variety, and autonomy. For an empirical analysis, total 20 questionnaires were distributed to the supervisors and 200 questionnaires to the employees in “Z” airline in Korea. SPSS19.0 was used for descriptive statistic, reliability, factor, validity analysis, correlation, and regression analysis. The conclusions of this research are as follows. First, the hypothesis 1 that flight attendant’s work value will be associated with turnover intention was partly verified by regression analysis. 4 among 8 work value dimensions recorded a signifiant level. Especially, relationships with others, security, and authority have a negative effect on employee’s turnover intention, and autonomy affect a positive influence on employee’s turnover intention. Secondly, the hypothesis 2 that value discrepancy between supervisor and employee in the team unit have a positive effect on flight attendant’s turnover intention was accepted through regression analysis. That is to say, the higher the value gap between supervisor and employee is, the higher the effect on employee’s turnover intention becomes.

Objectives : the purpose of this study is to report the improvement of stenosis patients, who treated by M.S.T.(Motion Style Treatment) Methods : the clinical study was done on 2 cases of patients with lumbar stenosis who admission in Jaseng Oriental Medicine hospital. We checked VNRS score after the treatment of M.S.T.(Motion Style Treatment) each day, and checked ODI score at admission and discharge. Results : VNRS score and ODI score decreased after the treatment of M.S.T.(Motion Style Treatment)

Nozzle flow analyses of 30 ton<SUB>f</SUB>-class KARI liquid rocket engine for high altitude propulsion are carried out using a chemically frozen and equilibrium flow analysis code developed previously. It is considered that the combined frozen- and shifting- equilibrium analysis is cost-effective regarding the convergence characteristics and modeling uncertainties, though the non-equilibrium analysis is most reliable approach. A dependable performance prediction could be attainable through the present analyses that account for the recombination process and thermal and kinetic energy recovery during the expansion process with viscous effects.
