사심탕(瀉心湯)이 백서(白鼠)의 혈압(血壓) 및 국소(局所) 뇌혈류량(腦血流量)에 미치는 영향(影響)

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Sasim-tang water extract on the cardiovascular systems including changes of blood pressure and regional cerebral blood flow volume (rCBF) in male Sprague-Dawely rats. Methods : The changes of blood pressure were recorded by data acquisition system composed of MacLab and Macintosh computer. The changes of rCBF were observed by Laser-Doppler flowmetry through a opened cranial window. Results : 1. The changes of blood pressure was not affected by Sasim-tang extract intravenous injection in rats. 2. After pretreatment with propranolol(3mg/kg), L-NNA(10mg/kg) and 000(10mg/kg), the changes of blood pressure was not affected by Sasim tang extract intravenous injection in rats. 3. The changes of rCBF was increased in dose-dependent manner by Sasim-tang extract intravenous injection in rats. 4, After pretreatment with propranolol(3mg/kg), ODQ(10mg/kg) and L-NNA(10mg/kg), rCBF was significantly decreased in dose- dependent manner by Sasim-tang extract intravenous injection in rats. Conclusions : These results suggest that Sasim-tang was related to the regulation of the sympathetic nerve system, nitric oxide synthesis and synthesis of cyclic GMP.
Investigation of Multi-bead Deposition Characteristics of Inconel 718 Using DED Process

The Directed energy deposition (DED) process uses a high-density energy source like laser to locally melt the substrate and deposition material and deposited it layer by layer. In order to manufacture products using the DED process, firstly must be considered the relationship of process parameters. In this study, investigation of multi-bead deposition characteristics according to laser power, scan speed, and hatch distance. The substrate and the powder materials are Inconel 718 superalloy. Through experimentation, deposited specimens were fabricated, and bead shape and dilution layer shape data were acquired through post-processing. The relationship between the heat history and the bead generation according to the process parameters was investigated using heat transfer analysis. As a result of the experiment and analysis, it was concluded that the hatch distance should be changed as the laser power and the scan speed to obtain a constant plane.

The heat transfer phenomenon in the vicinity of the irradiated region of a focused laser beam of a DMT process greatly affects both the deposition characteristics of powders on a substrate and the properties of the deposited region. The goal of this paper is to investigate the heat transfer characteristics of a single bead deposition of Inconel 718 powders on S45C structural steel using a laser-aided direct metal tooling (DMT) process. The finite element analysis (FEA) model with a Gaussian volumetric heat flux is developed to simulate a three-dimensional transient heat transfer phenomenon. The cross-section of the bead for the FEA is estimated with an equivalent area method using experimental results. Through the comparison of the results of the experiments and those of the analysis, the effective beam radius of the bottom region of the volumetric heat flux and the efficiency of the heat flux model for different powers and travel speeds of the laser are predicted. From the results of the FEA, the influence of the power and the travel speed of the laser on the creation of a steady-state heat transfer region and the formation of the heat-affected zone (HAZ) in the substrate are investigated.
