Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of teaching flow on the relationship between director’s servant leadership and early childhood teachers’happiness. Methods: The subjects in this study were 241 early childhood teachers in Busan and South Gyeongsang Province in South Korea. Three different inventories were utilized. The Servant Leadership Scale, Teaching Flow Scale and Happiness Scale were used. As for data analysis, SPSS & AMOS 21.0 and PROCESS macro were utilized. Results: First, the director’s servant leadership, teaching flow and happiness of the teachers were all above average, and there was a significant positive correlation between their total scores of servant leadership, teaching flow and happiness. Second, The teaching flow was found to have a partial mediation effect on the on the relationship between director’s servant leadership and happiness of the early childhood teachers. Conclusion/Implications: These results indicate that effort to promote director’s servant leadership and teaching flow is needed to promote early childhood teachers’happiness.

The yeast-to-hyphal transition is a major virulence factor in the fungal pathogen Candida albicans. Mutations in the CaKEM1 gene, which encodes a 5′-3′ exoribonuclease responsible for mRNA degradation, show a defect in hyphal growth. We applied two-dimensional gel electrophoresis to identify hyphae-specific proteins that have altered expressions in the presence of the cakem1 mutation. Eight proteins, Eno1, Eps1, Fba1, Imh3, Lpd1, Met6, Pdc11, and Tsa1 were upregulated during hyphal transition in wild-type but not in cakem1/cakem1 mutant cells. A second group of proteins, Idh1, Idh2, and Ssb1, showed increased levels of expression in cakem1/cakem1 mutant cells when compared to wild-type cells. Overexpression of Lpd1, a component of the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex, caused slight hyperfilamentation in a wild-type strain and suppressed the filamentation defect of the cakem1 mutation. The Ssb1 protein, which is a potential heat shock protein, and the Imh3 protein, which is a putative enzyme in GMP biosynthesis also showed the filamentation-associated phenotypes.

Background: Protein arginine methyltransferase 1 (PRMT1) is a major enzyme responsible for the formation of methylargininein mammalian cells. Recent studies have revealed that PRMT1 plays important roles in the development of various tissues. However,its role in pancreas development has not yet been elucidated. Methods: Pancreatic progenitor cell-specific Prmt1 knock-out (Prmt1 PKO) mice were generated and characterized for theirmetabolic and histological phenotypes and their levels of Neurog3 gene expression and neurogenin 3 (NGN3) protein expression. Protein degradation assays were performed in mPAC cells. Results: Prmt1 PKO mice showed growth retardation and a severely diabetic phenotype. The pancreatic size and β-cell mass weresignificantly reduced in Prmt1 PKO mice. Proliferation of progenitor cells during the secondary transition was decreased and endocrinecell differentiation was impaired. These defects in pancreas development could be attributed to the sustained expressionof NGN3 in progenitor cells. Protein degradation assays in mPAC cells revealed that PRMT1 was required for the rapid degradationof NGN3. Conclusion: PRMT1 critically contributes to pancreas development by destabilizing the NGN3 protein.

The purpose of this study was to explore the direction of Nuri-curriculum evaluation based on big data. For this purpose, big data provided by Textom was used to collect raw data by ‘Nuri-curriculum + evaluation’ as keywords. Based on the frequency of the words, 100 words were selected after the first and second filtering process, which were converted to 1-mode and 2-mode matrix dataset. The results of this study were as follows: First, the social discourse on Nuri-curriculum evaluation could be extracted as factors related to evaluation purpose, evaluation target, assessment times, assessment place, evaluators, assessment tool, assessment method, and social response. Second, as a result of discourse practice analysis, the quantitative evaluator group showed discourses such as quantitative evaluation, operation management, and scale evaluation. On the other hand, the qualitative evaluator group showed discourses on qualitative evaluation, young children, and observational evaluation. Third, as a result of the analysis of competition discourse, the quantitative evaluator group showed reliability and objectivity discourse. On the other hand, the qualitative evaluator group showed a discourse on professionalism and autonomy. Based on these findings, the researchers suggested implications for the 2019 revision Nuri-curriculum evaluation plan. 본 연구는 빅데이터에 근거하여 누리과정 평가의 방향을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 Textom에서 제공하는 빅데이터를 활용하여 ‘누리과정+평가’를 키워드로 rawDATA를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터는 1차⋅2차 정제과정을 마친 데이터들 중 빈도분석 결과를 바탕으로 핵심 키워드 100개를 선정하였으며, 키워드 네트워크 분석을 위한 1-mode와 2-mode matrix dataset을 작성하고 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 누리과정 평가에 대한 사회적 담론은 평가목적, 평가대상, 평가시간, 평가장소, 평가자, 평가도구, 평가방법, 사회적 반응과 관련된 요인으로 추출할 수 있었다. 둘째, 담론 실천 분석 결과 정량적 평가주의자 그룹은 양적평가, 운영관리, 척도평가 등의 담론을 보였다. 반면, 정성적 평가주의자 그룹은 질적평가, 유아, 관찰평가 등의 담론을 보였다. 셋째, 경쟁 담론 분석 결과 정량적 평가주의자 그룹은 신뢰성과 객관성 담론을 보였다. 반면, 정성적 평가주의자 그룹은 전문성과 자율성 담론을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 2019 개정 누리과정 평가 방안에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 고층호텔건축의 기본설계 계획시 방재적인 측면에서 고려되어야 할 사항 중에서 방재설비 보다는 건축계획적인 요소에 중점을 두었으며, 먼저 호텔건축의 화재특성과 고층화에 따르는 방재상의 문제점을 논하고, 방재계획의 기본방침, 입지 배치계획, 공간구성계획(평면 단면계획), 내장계획, 방화피난계획에 대하여 고찰하였다.
