        염화동 수용액으로부터 Cu 미립자의 합성

        In order to prepare the uniform copper particles from copper chloride solution, the reduction behavior of copper particles from copper chloride and the effects of reduction agent and dispersing agent was investigated. In the case that 2.56 M of $C_6H_8O_6$ was used as a reduction agent, the highly dispersed Cu particles with sharp size distribution were generated from 0.96M of copper chloride solution, and the size of Cu particles was $6\~10\;{\mu}m$. To form $Cu(NH_3)_4Cl_2$ complex solution, $NH_4OH$ was added in the copper chloride solution before the reductive reaction of Cu ion. The generated Cu particles have a two kind of shape, spherical and rod-like. In the case that $N_2H_4{\cdot}H_2O$ was used as a reduction agent, the very fine spherical Cu particles with the size of $0.2\~0.5\;{\mu}m$ was obtained. Arabic gum as a dispersing agent was more effective than $Na_4P_2O_7{\cdot}10H_2O$.

        시계열 데이타베이스에서 유사한 서브시퀀스의 모양 기반 검색

        본 논문에서는 시계열 데이타베이스에서의 모양 기반 검색 문제에 관하여 논의한다. 모양 기반검색은 실제 요소 값과 관계없이 질의 시퀀스와 유사한 모양을 갖는 (서브)시퀀스를 찾는 연산이다. 본 연구에서는 모양 기반 서브시퀀스 검색을 위한 새로운 기법을 제안한다. 먼저, 시프팅, 스케일링, 이동 평균, 타임 워핑 등 변환들의 다양한 조합을 지원하는 모양 기반 검색을 위하여 새로운 유사 모델을 제시한다. 또한, 이러한 유사 모델을 기반으로 하는 모양 기반 검색을 효과적으로 처리하기 위하여 효율적인 인덱싱 및 질의 처리 기법들을 제안한다. 제안된 기법의 유용성을 규명하기 위하여 실제 데이타인 S&P 500 주식데이타를 이용한 다양한 실험을 수행한다. 실험 결과에 의하면, 제안된 기법은 질의 시퀀스의 모양과 유사한 모양을 갖는 서브시퀀스들을 성공적으로 검색할 뿐만 아니라 순차 검색 기법과 비교하여 66배까지의 상당한 성능 개선 효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. This paper deals with the problem of shape-based retrieval in time-series databases. The shape-based retrieval is defined as the operation that searches for the (sub)sequences whose shapes are similar to that of a given query sequence regardless of their actual element values. In this paper, we propose an effective and efficient approach for shape-based retrieval of subsequences. We first introduce a new similarity model for shape-based retrieval that supports various combinations of transformations such as shifting, scaling, moving average, and time warping. For efficient processing of the shape-based retrieval based on the similarity model, we also propose the indexing and query processing methods. To verify the superiority of our approach, we perform extensive experiments with the real-world S&P 500 stock data. The results reveal that our approach successfully finds all the subsequences that have the shapes similar to that of the query sequence, and also achieves significant speedup up to around 66 times compared with the sequential scan method.

        Background: Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) is a rare severe pustular cutaneous eruption associated with fever and leukocytosis. Rarely, intake of lacquer chicken can induce AGEP. Case History: We described two cases of AGEP developed after ingestion of lacquer chicken, which showed a positive patch test and were accompanied by unusual clinical manifestations. Results: One 45-year-old man presented with fever, blood leukocytosis with neutrophilia, maculopapular skin rash and pustular formation, which developed after eating lacquer chicken. Severe hypotension and later elevated hepatic enzymes were accompanied. Patch test to undiluted lacquer was positive. The other 48-year-old man was admitted with fever, maculopapular skin rash and subsequent pustular formation and blood leukocytosis with neutrophilia following ingestion of lacquer chicken. One week later, blood eosinophilia and elevated liver enzymes were found. Conclusion: AGEP may be caused by ingestion of lacquer chicken via Type IV immune hypersensitivity and can be accompanied by hypotension, blood eosinophilia and/or abnormal hepatic function.         시스템 사고에 의한 수석교사제 분석

        The purpose of this paper is to review Master Teacher System based on Systems Thinking perspective using causal loop analysis. The results are as follows. Master Teacher System is to support the teaching and research activities of the teachers through the activation of the master teacher system and to lead the teachers’ efforts to improve the teaching professionalism and to organize the teaching society. However, the virtuous cycle structure pursued by the policy did not appear to be activated, and there were problems such as reorganization and operational confusion, lack of confidence in masters’ professional abilities and increased burden of teaching time. This was the primary cause of the neglected factors in policy design and enforcement. The primary reason for this was the lack of legal basis and system for the role and status of the master teachers, teachers’ distrust of the master teacher selection mechanism, and the cost of city and provincial office of education and unit school. However, more fundamental factors than these primary causes have limited policy enforcement and achievement of goals. This was due to the secondary cause of the lack of on - site support, seniority culture, and dual structure of schools. The conclusion provides some research implications and future research direction.

        본 논문에서는 연역(deductive) 데이타 베이스 시스템의 추론 방식으로서 부분 컴파일 추론 방식(Partial Compilation Inference Method)을 제안하고 이 방식에 의한 추론 시스템의 개발에 대하여 논한다. 부분 컴파일 추론 방식은 기존의 인터프리터 추론 방식(Interpretive Inference Method)과 컴파일 추론 방식(Compilation Inference Method)의 융합형으로서, fact가 내부(Internal) 데이타 베이스와 외부(External) 데이타 베이스에 공존할 경우에도 negative literal을 바르게 평가할 수 있다는 특색을 갖는다. 단, 본 논문의 추론 시스템은 cycle-free, function-free의 Horn clause 형식을 갖는 질문(Query)과 연역 rule만을 처리 대상으로 한다.

        편마비 환자의 시각적 몸통 대칭 조절 강조가 보행 능력에 미치는 효과

        In this study, through the visual body symmetrically emphasize the training of hemiplegia due to stroke by analyzing the effect of posture control and walking ability of hemiplegic patients during walking and propose a treatment for improving walking function. Method: Intervention in each group(N=40) was carried out for 5 days a week, 30 minutes per 8 weeks. The experimental group emphasized the symmetrical adjustment of the body to ensure unbiased verbal instructions are attached to the red point on the trunk and torso adjustable shoulder for visual emphasis. The control group underwent gait training using virtual reality program. Results: The change of the temporal factor was a significant change in the period of the Velocity, Cadence. The change of the spatial factor was a significant changes in the period of the DSP. Conclusion: The trunk symmetric visual emphasis of the training hemiplegia due to stroke showed better effect in the posture control and walking ability of hemiplegic patients than virtual reality training.

        증례 : 혈액종양 ; 5-Fluorouracil과 Leucovorin 항암요법 후 발생한 심인성 쇼크 1예

        A 51-year-old man with rectal adenocarcinoma was admitted to hospital for neoadjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Three days after receiving 5-fluorouracil (425 mg/m2) and leucovorin (20 mg/m2) chemotherapy, the patient complained of chest pain. The patient had no history of cardiac disease. Electrocardiography showed ST segment elevation in leads II, III, and aVF, but the cardiac enzymes were normal. Transthoracic echocardiography revealed global hypokinesia with marked systolic dysfunction (ejection fraction 21.55%) and coronary angiography showed no significant stenosis. Unfortunately, he died of cardiogenic shock, despite intensive medical treatment. (Korean J Med 2012;83:525-528)

        한국 5개 종합일간지 오보 정정의 특성에 대한 고찰

        To examine the Korean Newspapers’ efforts for correcting inaccurate news information, this study analyzed five Korean newspapers’ corrections for 10 years from 2000 to 2009. By analyzing frequency, format and contents of corrections by years and types of errors, the study found that errors about simple facts including names, numbers, places and so on were more frequently corrected than circumstantial and subjective errors. The results of such rectifications were located in page 2 under a fixed title, ‘Corrections’, and the format was gradually standardized as time passed. The length of the ‘Corrections’ and the time required to remedy the errors showed differences by the types of errors. Newspapers rarely revealed the cause of error and the reason why newspapers amended the mistakes in ‘Corrections’. Additionally, they were stingy in apologizing for the errors. Concluding that while more errors were occurred by sources than journalists, the news people gave vague apologies to general readers instead of direct victims of false reports in ‘Corrections’, the current study highlighted the newspaper’s unwillingness to correct errors. The study recommends to make the guidelines for ‘Corrections’ and suggests further studies connecting the exploratory findings of current research to in-depth communication theories.

        중첩된 릴레이션을 위한 추론 시스템

        본 논문에서는 속성값으로 집합치를 허용하는 네스트 관계를 지원하는 연역 데이타베이스 시스템의 추론 방식에 대하여 논한다. 본 연역 데이타베이스 시스템에서는 내부 데이타베이스와 외부 데이타베이스에 네스트 관계를 허용함으로써 자연스럽고 압축된 데이타 구조의 표현 방식을 도입하였다. 또한 외부 데이타베이스와 내부 데이타베이스의 네스트 관계에 출현하는 집합치를 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 네스트 관계용의 단일화 알고리즘(unification algorithm)을 제시, 구현하여 시스템 전체의 효율 향상을 꾀하였다. 본 시스템에서는 네스트 관계를 위한 확장된 부분 컴파일 추론 방식에 의한 질의 처리에 의하여, 사실(fact)이 내부 데이타베이스와 외부 데이타베이스에 공존하는 경우에도 부리터럴(negative literal)을 바르게 평가할 수 있다. This paper presents an inference method for nested relations which include set valued attributes. By allowing the nested relations in the internal of external databases of deductive databases, we represent several complex data structures in a compact and natural way. An unification algorithm which can manipulate set valued attributes efficiently is given. We propose an extended partial compilation algorithm, which evaluates negative literals properly even when the facts exist in both the internal and external databases.

        실리카 나노 입자의 크기에 따른 청색 형광 특성 연구

        유기 염료가 도핑 된 실리카 나노입자는 바이오 라벨링, 바이오 이미징 및 바이오 센싱에 사용되고 있는 유망한 나노소재이다. 일반적으로 형광 실리카 나노입자는 수정된 스토버 방법(Stöber Method)으로 합성된다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 크기를 갖는 염료가 첨가되지 않은 형광 실리카 나노입자를 수정된 스토버 합성법인 졸겔 공정으로 합성하였다. 졸겔 공정 중에 기능성 물질인 APTES를 첨가제로 첨가하였다. 졸겔 공정으로 합성된 실리카 나노입자는 400℃에서 2시간 동안 하소되었다. 합성된 실리카 나노입자의 표면형상과 크기를 전계방출 주사전자현미경으로 조사하였고, 합성된 실리카 나노입자의 형광 특성은 파장 365 nm의 자외선 램프를 조사하여 확인하였다. 또한 합성된 실리카 나노입자의 광발광 (PL) 특성을 형광 분석 형광법으로 조사하였다. 그 결과 합성된 실리카 나노입자는 입자의 크기와 무관하게 모두 청색 형광 특성을 갖는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히, 실리카 나노입자의 크기가 증가할수록 PL 강도는 감소하였다. 염료가 첨가되지 않은 실리카 나노입자의 청색 형광 특성은 APTES 층의 NH₂ 기능기와 실리카 매트릭스 뼈대 내부의 산소관련 결함과의 결합에 기인하는 것으로 추정된다. Organic dye-doped silica nanoparticles are used as a promising nanomaterials for bio-labeling, bio-imaging and bio-sensing. Fluorescent silica nanoparticles(NPs) have been synthesized by the modified Stöber method. In this study, dye-free fluorescent silica NPs of various sized were synthesized by Sol-Gel process as the modified Stöber method. The functional material of APTES((3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane) was added as an additive during the Sol-Gel process. The as-synthesized silica NPs were calcined at 400℃ for 2 hours. The surface morphology and particle size of the as-synthesized silica NPs were characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy. The fluorescent characteristics of the as-synthesized silica NPs was confirmed by UV lamp irradiation of 365 nm wavelength. The photoluminescence (PL) of the as-synthesized silica NPs with different size was analyzed by fluorometry. As the results, the as-synthesized silica NPs exhibits same blue fluorescent characteristics for different NPs size. Especially, as increased of the silica NPs size, the intensity of PL was decreased. The blue fluorescence of dye-free silica NPs was attributed to linkage of NH₂ groups of the APTES layer and oxygen-related defects in the silica matrix skeleton.
