A pancreatic fistula (PF) is an abnormal connection between the pancreas and adjacent or distant organs, structures, or spaces resulting from leakage of pancreatic secretions from disrupted pancreatic ducts. A PF is a rare complication that occurs during a acute and chronic pancreatitis or after traumatic or surgical disruption of the pancreatic duct. PFs are frequently classified as internal or external depending upon whether they communicate with an internal organ or the skin. Pancreatico-colonic fistulas are the most common, whereas pancreatico-gastric fistulas are the rarest. We report a rare case of a pancreatico-gastric fistula complicated by acute pancreatitis. 췌장루는 급성 또는 만성 췌장염이나 췌장의 손상 등에 의한 췌관의 파괴로 인접 장기 사이에 교통로가 존재하는 것으로서 임상적으로 외부 췌장루가 흔하고 내부 췌장루는 드물다. 특히 내부 췌장루 중에서도 췌장-대장루가 대부분이고 췌장-위루는 매우 드물게 보고되었다. 46세 여자 환자로 약 20일 전부터 발생한 심와부 동통을 주소로 내원하였다. 복부 CT에서 위저부의 소만 부위까지 확장된 췌장 주위의 염증성 침윤이 관찰되었고 상부위장관내시경에서 위 전정부 후벽에 농을 동반한 누공이 보였다. ERCP에서 췌장 체부로부터 위장과 연결된 누공을 확인할 수 있었다. 환자는 내과적 치료 후 증상 호전 및 누공의 소실을 확인하고 현재 추적관찰 중이다. 본 증례는 급성 췌장염 후 발생한 췌관-위루 합병증으로서 내과적 치료로 호전된 드문 증례로 보고한다.

As a tool to create infinite images, cole the existion artists or designers devote a lot of time and efforts to their production and creation, computer graphic applications with the digital imaging have a great potentiality to express enw art works an ontological work, compatibility with a new informative communication as a concept of space, and so on beyond the limitations of the existing expression methods and theoretical ideas for the medium. Differentianted from other mediums, the computer graphica with the digital imaging expand their applications for the design and their expression methods broaden various visual effects as well as boundaries of art mputer graphics have been simplify alled the interface and diversified the production process by means of digital imaging, although their history has a short history. Furthermore, the digital images represented with computer graphics improve the recognition due to memory effects and the trasmission of visual information to evoke the moderms' sympaty. Computer graphics with the digital imageow many artists or graphic designers to represent concepts freely and play an essential role as a tool for creative design works. however, if these applications were considered only as a method to represent image recreations without any creative endeavor due to produciton analysis and other reasons, it would be unavoidable to slow down the growth of computer graphics in the 21st century.

The focus of this research is that the scavenging aspect of in-cylinder is visualized by the PIV method and its characteristic is analyzed so that the scavenging performance of the free piston hydrogen fueled engine can improve with loop scavenging. As the results, the piston of convex type shows the best scavenging performance among the presented pistons. In case of the abnormal expansion, the scavenging of area between cylinder head and cylinder wall doesn't operate well.
YBCO 초전도체의 효과적인 플럭스 피닝 센터로서의 나노 크기 $BaCeO_3$ 합성

In this work, nano size $BaCeO_3$, which is a possible flux pinning medium of melt processed $YBa_{2}Cu_{3}O_x$ superconductor, was synthesized by the conventional solid state reaction method using powders. $BaCeO_3$ and $CeO_2$ were mixed thoroughly using a ball milling for 24 hours and calcined at $1200^{\circ}C$ for 5 hours for the formation $BaCeO_3$ powder. The obtained $BaCeO_3$ powder was attrition milled at various milling times of 60 min, 120 min and 240 min. The $BaCeO_3$ powders of various milling times were mixed with $YBa_{2}Cu_{3}O_x$ powder. Seed melt processed $YBa_{2}Cu_{3}O_x$-$BaCeO_3$ (15wt.%) superconductors were prepared and the superconducting properties were investigated. It was found that $T_c$ of $Y_{1.5}Ba_{2}Cu_{3}O_x$ samples was not significantly affected by $BaCeO_3$ addition, but $J_c$ of samples was increased by $BaCeO_3$ addition. The $J_c$ improvement by fine $BaCeO_3$ powder (120 min attrition-milled) was effective at low magnetic fields less than 2 T.
Accuracy of Needle Placement in Cadavers: Non-Guided Versus Ultrasound-Guided

Objective To compare the accuracy rates of non-guided vs. ultrasound-guided needle placement in four lower limb muscles (tibialis posterior, peroneus longus, and short and long heads of the biceps femoris).Methods Two electromyographers examined the four muscles in each of eight lower limbs from four fresh frozen cadavers. Each electromyographer injected an assigned dye into each targeted muscle in a lower limb twice (once without guidance, another under ultrasound guidance). Therefore, four injections were done in each muscle of one lower limb. All injections were performed by two electromyographers using 18 gauge 1.5 inch or 24 gauge 2.4 inch needles to place 0.5 mL of colored acryl solution into the target muscles. The third person was blinded to the injection technique and dissected the lower limbs and determined injection accuracy. Results A 71.9% accuracy rate was achieved by blind needle placement vs. 96.9% accuracy with ultrasound-guided needle placement (p=0.001). Blind needle placement accuracy ranged from 50% to 93.8%.Conclusion Ultrasound guidance produced superior accuracy compared with that of blind needle placement in most muscles. Clinicians should consider ultrasound guidance to optimize needle placement in these muscles, particularly the tibialis posterior.
