Power plant industry has been developed at high-capacity, high-technology, and innovation. Steam turbine became the most useful equipment that dominate more than 50% of all the world electricity production. And developed new materials of the turbine blade and extended length of the turbine last blade brought reform in steam turbine performance upgrade. In this paper, when do partial load driving in high-capacity steam turbine, optimum driving method found whether there is something. In operating steam turbine, there is a lot of loss from secondary wake and throttle of the 1st stage nozzle by the biggest leading factor that load fluctuation affects in high-pressure steam turbine performance. Effect of internal efficiency by 1 stage nozzle is the biggest here, but here fluid flow and flow analysis were not yet examined closely definitely. So, Analyzed design data and acceptance performance test result to applying subcritical pressure drum type 560 MW, supercritical-pressure once through type 500 MW, and 800 MW steam turbines actually. In conclusion, at partial load driving, partial arc admission(PAA) is more efficient than full arc admission(FAA) efficiency. This is judged by because increase being proportional with gross energy of stream that is pressure - available energy if pressure of stream that is flowed in to the turbine increases, available energy becomes maximum and turbine efficiency improves. Therefore, turbine performance is that preview that first stage performance fell if decline is serious in partial load because first stage performance changes according to load.

Canine sarcoptic mite (Sarcoptes scabiei var. canis) burrow usually in the stratum corneum of the skin of dogs and rabbits. Antigens from the burrowing mites induce cutaneous inflammatory reaction and humoral and cell-mediated immune response in the host. The effect of immunization induced by somatic antigens of house dust mite (Dermatophagoides spp.) has been evaluated to control the canine sarcoptic mite in this experiment. Twelve common antigens (187, 142, 126, 120, 109, 92, 80, 68, 51, 30, 25, 17 kDa) were found using SDS-PAGE with silver staining and Western blot between canine sarcoptic mite and house dust mite. In order to evaluate the immunologic effect of these common antigens 10 New Zealand white rabbits were divided as 4 groups such as negative control (group I), positive challenged control (group II), vaccinated (group III), and vaccinated-challenged (group IV) groups. Group II was artificially infested with about 1,000 canine sarcoptic mites and group III and IV were immunized with somatic antigens of house dust mite. In addition group IV was artificially infested with about 1,000 canine sarcoptic mites and group II, IV were treated with ivermectin. At the 8 weeks of the vaccination with common antigen, the antibody titers of all groups of II, III and IV had been increased. Both infestation score and live canine sarcoptic mite counts of group IV were lower than group III. Infestation score of group II become 0 by 2 weeks and group IV by 4 weeks after infestation. These results suggest that house dust mite, which is easy to culture in vitro, can be a vaccine candidate for protection of canine sarcoptic mite infestation.
IEEE 802.11 무선 네트워크에서 GPS와 SNR을 이용한 핸드오버 메커니즘

본 논문에서는 IEEE 802.11 링크 계층의 핸드오버 성능을 증가시킬 수 있는 메커니즘을 제시한다. 본 메커니즘은 GPS에 기반한 AP 맵을 참조하여 스캐닝할 채널 수를 줄인다. 또한 모바일 노드와 주변 AP들의 SNR값들을 모니터링 함으로써 주어진 경계값보다 높은 SNR값을 유지하도록 핸드오버한다. 실험 결과, 본 메커니즘은 6.7%의 통신 단절률을 가지며 평균 16.8 dB의 SNR값을 가진다. 이는 기존의 MadWifi가 사용하는 핸드오버 방식에 비해서는 4.1% 낮은 통신 단절률이며, 26% 높은 평균 SNR값이다. In this paper, we propose a mechanism for increasing the handover performance of the IEEE 802.11 link layer. The mechanism reduces the number of scanning channels by referencing an AP map based on GPS. Also, by monitoring the SNRs of the mobile node and neighbor APs, it enables the handover to maintain a higher SNR than a given threshold. The experimental results establish that it has a disconnection ratio of 6.7% and an average SNR of 16.8 dB. It is 4.1% lower disconnection ratio and 26% higher SNR than the mechanism used by MadWifi.

The $Ca^{2+}-activated$ chloride channel (CLCA) was activated by ginseng total saponin (GTS) in Xenopus oocytes. The reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) method was performed with gene specific primers on oocytes. The gene specific primers were deduced from spleen cDNA in expressed sequence tags (EST) database showing high homology to the mouse CLCA. Full length of cDNA sequence was completed by linkage of several 5' and 3'-half cDNA fragments have been sequenced. We named the full cDNA to oCLCA transiently. The oCLCA gene encodes a protein of 911 amino acids with $48.9\%$ identity overall to that of mouse CLCA (mCLCA4). A predicted oCLCA amino acids sequence shows the molecular weight of 108 kDa and has four or more transmembrane domains, and also the one hydrophobic Cterminal domain. oCLCA gene was expressed ubiquitously in various tissues included oocytes, also interfered in oocytes by siRNA for oCLCA. Here, we suggest that oCLCA is a endogenous chloride channel gene in oocytes. We are studying for the identification of oCLCA gene and further physiological research.

여자 고등부 수영 우수선수와 비우수선수의 트랙 스타트 동작에 대한 운동학적 비교분석

The purpose of this study was to comparative analyze the kinematic factors track start movement of female high school swimmers. Conclusions are as follows. First, the average total time was short track start operation is excellent players. However, significant differences were not. Second, horizontal COM(center of mass) position from the track start operation has moved far away to have excellent players. And it showed significant differences in the E4 (p<.05). And vertical COM position was all excellent players and non excellent players move in a downward direction. And a significant difference was found. Third, the tracks start operation in horizontal COM velocity showed a significant difference in the E1 and E4 (p<.05). And it showed that excellent players fast. And vertical COM velocity was not a significant difference between excellent players and non excellent players. Fourth, the angle of the lower body joints in the track start operation showed right and left hip joint and knee joint extension of excellent players of this P2 significantly. And the hip joint of the left leg showed a significant difference between the E1 and E2 (p<.05), the knee joint angle did not show significant differences. Fifth, the angular velocity of the hip joint from the track start operation faster mean angular velocity of excellent players. However, a significant difference was found. And the angular velocity of the knee showed a significant difference in the E1 and E3 of the right leg (p<.05). Sixth, there was no significant difference in angular momentum between the excellent players and the non excellent players during the swimming track start. The angular momentum of the excellent players showed larger angular momentum than that of the non excellent players. Taken together, the above results were excellent players effectively use both the front left leg of the back legs, the movement of these are not considered a factor that acts as a quick get away to increase the horizontal CM velocity.
