        LED 광원에 따른 미세조류 Scenedesmus obliquus의 성장 특성

        Microalgae are independent organisms that perform photosynthesis and can alter the culture environment to increase accumulation of useful substances derived from microalgae. In this study, cell growth was measured by incubation for 39 days using MBBM, Neo medium, and seven light sources, which is the main factor affecting cell growth of microalgae S. obliquus. In the case of S. oliquus, which grew in MBBM and Neo medium, cell growth was highest under fluorescent light sources and Red2 LED (R660) light sources, and cell growth was lowest under Infra Red LED (R741) light sources. The average cell growth rate was 17.7% for MBBM and 15.4% for Neo. Comparing the effects of dry cell weight of Neo medium containing nutrients on the production of aquatic plants, MBBM and dry cell weight of Neo resulted in higher cell growth than Neo medium under all LED light sources except for Blue LED (B450). This proves that MBBM is more suitable for increasing the cell growth of microalgae than Neo medium and confirms that light source selection is important in the production of useful materials through mass cultivation of microalgae in the future. 미세조류는 광합성을 수행하는 독립영양생물로 배양 환경을 변화시켜 미세조류 유래 유용물질의 축적을 증대시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 미세조류 S. obliquus의 세포 성장에 주요 인자인 배지와 광원의 영향을 평가하기 위해 MBBM, Neo 배지와 7가지의 광원을 사용하여 39일 동안 배양하여 세포 성장을 측정하였다. 그 결과 MBBM과 Neo 배지에서 성장한 S. obliquus의 경우, Fluorescent light 광원과 Red2 LED (R660) 광원에서 세포 성장이 가장 높게 관찰되었고, Infra Red LED (R741) 광원에서는 세포 성장이 가장 낮게 관찰되었다. 평균 세포 성장률은 MBBM 배지에서 17.7 %, Neo 배지에서 15.4 %의 성장률을 확인하였다. MBBM과 수생식물 생산용 영양소를 포함한 Neo 배지의 건조세포무게(dry cell weight)를 비교하였을 때, Blue LED (B450)를 제외한 LED 광원에서 Neo보다 많은 세포 성장이 높은 것이 확인되었다. 이는, MBBM 배지가 Neo 배지보다 미세조류 세포량 증대에 보다 적합함이 증명되어 향후 미세조류 대량배양을 통한 유용물질 생산에 있어 광원 선정이 중요하다는 것이 확인되었다.

        This study investigates what criterion airline customers recognize important when evaluating airline firms. Specifically it is surveyed if different criterion are used by different groups of airline customers when choosing an airline firm. In addition customer group with high loyalty to 'K' airline, national carrier of Korea, is differently evaluate 'K' airline for the selection criterion over customer group without loyalty. Frequent flyer program is suggested most important by most of the customers being followed by flight schedule. Flight schedule, in-flight food and air fare of 'K' airline are differently evaluated according to level of royalty to the airline. However there appears no difference in the evaluation of seat and entertainment between two groups, customers with high loyalty and customers without loyalty.

        원예치료가 지적장애 여자 중학생의 사회심리와 정서적 행동 및 손 기민성에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to investigate the effects of horticultural therapy on the psychosocial behavior, emotional behavior and hand function in mentally retarded middle-school girls. The six subjects were participated in this program, and the horticultural therapy programs(HTP) were conducted two times per week from 5 September to 17 November. To examine the effects of HTP, psychosocial and emotional behavior test, Purdue Pegboard test, and horticultural activity were evaluated between before and after HTP. In psychosocial behavior, it's mean value was increased significantly to 72.5 after HTP compared with 60.8 before HTP. The mean value of emotional behavior was lowered significantly to 27.0 after HTP than 31.7 before HTP. Therefore, HTP was effective in promoting the psychosocial and emotional behavior in mentally retarded middle-school girls. In evaluation of hand function by Purdue Pegboard test, dexterity of right and left hand were significantly improved. There were statistically meaningful changes in all items of evaluation of horticultural activity, participation, interest and assistance, verbal interaction during activity, self concept and identity, need-drive adaptation, interpersonal relationship, cognition and problem solving, exercise perceptivity, and life-tasks skill and vocational adjustment. 본 연구는 일반학교 특수학급의 지적장애 여자 중학생을 대상으로 원예치료 프로그램을 실시하여 사회, 심리,정서적 행동특성과 손기능 및 원예활동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다.9월 5일부터 11월 17일까지 주 2회씩(월요일,목요일)총 22회 실시하였고,6명을 대상으로 사회,심리,정서적 행동특성 검사지와 PurduePegboard 검사,원예활동평가를 통해 원예치료의 효과를 조사하였다.사회,심리적 행동특성은 원예치료 프로그램 실시 전 평균 60.8점에서 실시 후 평균 72.5점으로 높아졌고,통계적으로도 유의성을 나타냈다.정서적 행동특성의 경우에도 프로그램 실시 전 31.7점보다 실시 후 평균 27.0점으로 4.7점 낮아졌고, 통계적으로도 유의성을 나타냈다.따라서 원예치료 프로그램은 지적장애 여자 중학생의 사회,심리,정서적행동 특성의 변화에 효과적이었다.PurduePegboard 검사를 통해 손의 기민성을 평가한 결과,원예치료 프로그램 실시 후 오른손과 왼손의 기능이 향상되었다. 또한,원예활동 평가에 있어서 참여성,관심 및 조력성,언어소통 능력,자아개념 및 주체성,욕구 충동적 적응력,대인관계능력,인지 및 문제해결능력,운동지각능력,숙련도와 직업적응력 등 9개 세부영역에서 실 시 전보다 실시 후 향상되었고,통계적으로도 유의성을 나타냈다.

        폐자원을 활용한 인조석재의 물리적 특성

        Recently, the enviroment problem is serious due to the global warming phenomenon because of the greenhouse gas exhaustion. And it is the situation where the severity of the destruction of environment because of the indiscriminate picking of the,that is the raw material of the cement, limestone and aggregate and exhaustion of resource are emphasized. In addition, thus the cement reduction amount of use and substitute material research is the urgent actual condition with the gas emission, which here it is generated in conducting compression molding in the building stone manufacturing process performance degradation phenomenon and fire resistance, and problem of the durability. The ratio of the waste resources (the waste glass and waste porcelain) about the total volume select as 50, 60, 70, 80 (%) etc. and try to look into the characteristic of the artificial stone according to it at this research. and the subject for examination according to it is the flexural strength, compressive strength, specific gravity (density), water absorption, rate of aggergate on the surface etc. It was considered in the exterior material standard criteria to be reasonable. And. It was exposed to be the most superior in case of the waste Porcelain mixing ratio 70%, waste glass mixing ratio 70%, and waste glass + waste Porcelain 80%.

        기상반응을 이용한 SiC 초미분말 합성에 관한 수치모사

        수평형 반응로에서 $TMS[Si(CH_3)_4]-H_2$ 와 H$_2$가스를 이용하여 SiC 초미분말 합성시 최적 공정 조건을 알아보기 위하여 수치모사방법을 이용하였다. 이론적인 해석 결과, 반응온도가 증가함에 따라 TMS의 전환률은 증가하였지만, 수소유량이 증가함에 따라서는 TMS 전환률이 감소하였다. 또한 반응온도가 높을수록 기상의 충돌확률이 증가하여 최종 생성된 SiC 입자농도는 감소하였지만, 수소유량과 TMS 농도가 증가하는 경우에서는 생성된 입자농도가 증가하였다. 한편 입자크기는 반응온도와 초기 TMS 농도가 증가함에 따라 증가하였지만 수소유량이 증가하는 결향을 나타내었다. 이러한 반응온도, 수소유량 및 TMS 농도에 따른 입자크기 변화는 실제 실한 결과와 이론적으로 고찰한 결과가 일치하였다. The numerical simulation method was utilized to investigate the optimal condition for synthesizing ultrafine SiC powders by using $TMS[Si(CH_3)_4]-H_2$ gaseous mixtures in the horizontal reactor. As a result of the theoretical analysis, the conversion percentage of TMS source was increased with increasing reaction temperature, however, which was decreased with increasing H$_2$flow rate. Though the SiC particles concentration synthesized was decreased with increasing the reaction temperature due to the higher collision rate in the gas phase, they were increased with increasing the H$_2$flow rate and TMS concentration. The SiC particle size showed a tendency to become larger as the reaction temperature and the initial TMS concentration were increased and smaller as the H$_2$ flow rate was increased. The variation of experimental particle size with the reaction temperature, H$_2$flow rate and TMS concentration was agreed with the theoretical results.

        GMA용접의 아크빛 모델 및 용접선 추적에의 응용

        The arc sensor has been most widely used for weld seam tracking through welding current or voltage variation. In this work, the relation between the arc light intensity and welding condition is investigated using heat balance in the Plasma for its possible application to seam tracking in the GMAW process. The arc light intensity is derived to be the function of the arc length and welding current Experiments are carried out to verify the proposed heat balance model. Performances of least square and integration methods to process the signals for seam tracking are compared experimentally. Predicted arc light intensity shows reasonably good agreement with experimental results. The weld seam is successfully tracked through the arc light intensity. The least square and integration methods demonstrate almost same performance of seam tracking with $CO_2$gas shielding.
