In this study, non-stoichiometric 1-x$[(K_{0.5}Na_{0.5})_{0.97}(Nb_{0.96}Sb_{0.04})O_3]$ + x $CeMnO_3$ + 0.8 mol%CuO + 0.2 wt% $Ag_2O$ (x=0, 0.005) ceramics were prepared by a conventional mixed oxide and carbonate method, their dielectric and piezoelectric properties were investigated with the variations of sintering temperature. As $CeMnO_3$ substitution incereased, the density, piezoelectric constant($d_{33}$) and dielectric constant($\varepsilon_r$) were increased and the mechanical quality factor(Qm) was decreased. At the sintering temperature of $1100^{\circ}C$, the density, electromechanical coupling factor($k_p$), dielectric constant($\varepsilon_r$) and piezoelectric constant($d_{33}$) of 0.5mol% $CeMnO_3$ specimen showed the optimun values of 4.475 $g/cm^2$, 0.437, 552 and 166 pC/N, respectively. However, the mechanical quality factor($Q_m$) showed the minimum value of 380.

However, the mechanical quality factor(Q_m) showed the minimum value of 380. 본 논문에서는 높은 압전상수와 우수한 온도안정성을 갖는 압전 액츄에이터 응용을 위한 무연 압전 세라믹스를 개발하기 위해 NKNS조성 세라믹스에 CeMnO3₃치환과 소결온도에 따른 유전 및 압전특성을 조사한 결과, 1100℃의 소결온도에서 CeMnO3₃치환량이 0.5 mol%일 때 밀도, 전기기계결합계수, 기계적품질계수, 압전상수, 유전상수는 각각 4.475 g/㎠, 0.437, 380, 166 pC/N, 552으로 최적의 값을 나타내었다.

This essay examines Emily Dickinson’s poems in their historical and social context with particular attention given to the considerable influence the Civil War had on her poems. Literary criticisms of Dickinson often scrutinize her poems without sufficient consideration of her environment because she lived in seclusion and did not directly refer to the Civil War in her writing. However, the writing Dickinson produced at this time was shaped by the trauma of war. Her poems serve as testament to Dickinson’s sensitivity to the tragedy enveloping the nation. By analyzing her poems, I examine how Dickinson criticizes the brutality of war and religion for its idealization of death while acknowledging the utility of the Christian religion for mourning and consolation it provided for the lives lost in war and survivors in times of grief.

In this study, the effect of $Nb_2O_5$ and sintering time on the positive temperature of coefficient of resistivity (PTCR) behavior of lead free $Ba_{0.99}(Bi_{0.5}Na_{0.5})_{0.01}TiO_3$ (BBNT) ceramics were investigated in order to fabricate a PTC thermistor with high $T_c$ temperature more than $140^{\circ}C$. In particular, BBNT ceramic doped with 0.1mol% $Nb_2O_5$ and sintered at $1350^{\circ}C$ for 4 h has significantly increased Curie temperature ($T_c$) of about $200^{\circ}C$, showed good PTCR behavior of room-temperature resistivity ($\rho_{rt}$) of $40{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$, a high $\rho_{max}/\rho_{min}$ ratio of $43.78{\times}10^3$ and a large resistivity temperature factor (${\alpha}$) of 16.1%/$^{\circ}C$. With increasing addition of $Nb_2O_5$ content, the $\rho_{rt}$ decreased to a minimum value of $40\;{\Omega}cm$ at 0.1mol% $Nb_2O_5$ and the $\rho_{rt}$ increased for x value over 0.1 mol%.

본 연구는 사회혁신의 흐름 속에서 성공적인 사회복지혁신의 사례를 과정 중심으로 살펴봄으로써, 혁신을 위한 사회복지실천현장의 노력에 함의를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 사례의 분석을 위해 기존의 혁신과정에 관한 모델 검토를 통해 분석틀을 정리하고, 국내외 혁신사례에 대한 보고서와 소개자료, 현장의 추천을 통해 수집된 사례 중 총 세 가지의 사례를 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 과정모델에 의한 사례분석의 결과로서 복지혁신의 세 가지 중요한 요인이 나타났는데, 첫 번째, 혁신프로세스를 전반적으로 주도하고 기획하는 리더의 역할, 두 번째, 혁신 과정 내 이해당사자 그룹 및 조직 위원회의 평가와 합의를 통한 피드백 과정, 세 번째, 혁신의 실행과정에 있어서, 추가적인 인적자원으로서 자원봉사조직의 역할이다. By examining the cases of successful social welfare innovation with process-based approach in current of social innovation, this study has a purpose to provide with implications for the social welfare practice field, endeavoring to achieve the innovation. This study organized the analysis framework for case analysis through reviewing models as to existing innovation processes. Furthermore, three cases among gathered cases through recommendation from social welfare practice field, including the review of paper and basic information about innovative cases of domestic and foreign have been selected for analysis. As a consequence of case analysis by process model, it revealed that there are three crucial factors for social welfare innovation. First, leader role which takes a lead and plans the innovation processes in general. Second, feedback operated by evaluation and understanding from the group of stakeholder and organizing committee in innovation processes. Third, volunteer organizations’ roles as additory human resources to carry out innovation processes.

The quality monitoring and control (QMC) has been an essential process in the manufacturing industries. With the advancements in data analytics, machine-learning based QMC has become popular in various manufacturing industries. At the same time, the cost effectiveness (CE) of the QMC is perceived as a main decision criterion that explicitly accounts for inspection efforts and has a direct relationship with the QMC capability. In this paper, the cost-effective support vector machine (CESVM)-based automated QMC system (QMCS) is proposed. Unlike existing models, the proposed CESVM explicitly incorporates inspection-related expenses and error types in the SVM algorithm. The proposed automated QMCS is verified and validated using an automotive door-trim manufacturing process. Next, we perform a design of experiment to assess the sensitivity analysis of the proposed framework. The proposed model is found to be effective and could be viewed as an alternative or complementary tool for the traditional quality inspection system.
