성과지표적합성이 경영혁신과 경영성과의 관계에 미치는 영향

This study analyzes empirically the effect of performance index suitability on the relationship between business innovation and performance. According to study results, performance index suitability shows moderating and mediating effects on the relationship of business innovation and performance. The moderating effect of performance index suitability reveals that firms can increase business performance more by strategic usage of performance index even with the same level of business innovation. On the other hand, the mediating effect of performance index suitability means that firms can increase business performance additionally through strategic usage of performance index. Therefore, in order to increase business performance firms using management innovation techniques need to emphasize and strategically control critical attributes of strategy connection, communication promotion and compensation connection in operation of performance control system. 본 연구는 성과지표적합성이 경영혁신과 경영성과의 관계에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 성과지표적합성은 경영혁신과 경영성과의 관계에 대하여 조절효과와 매개효과를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. 성과지표적합성의 조절효과는 동일한 경영혁신기법을 사용하는 경우에도 성과관리시스템을 전략적인 목적으로 더 많이 이용하는 기업의 경영성과는 상대적으로 더 높아진다는 것을 의미한다. 성과지표적합성의 매개효과는 경영혁신기법을 도입한 기업이 성과지표적합성을 통하여 추가적으로 경영성과를 향상시킬 수 있다는 것을 나타낸다. 이에 따라 경영혁신기법을 도입한 기업은 경영성과의 향상을 위하여 성과지표적합성의 핵심적인 속성인전략연계성과 커뮤니케이션 촉진도 및 보상연계성을 강화시키고 전략적으로 관리할 필요가 있다.

차별화전략과 경영혁신 및 성과지표효율성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향

This study analyzes empirically the effect of organizational innovation propensity on both management strategies and business innovation of small and medium size companies. Also this study analyzes overall the effect of business innovation on business performance and structural causality among performance index efficiency, business innovation and performance. Results and suggestions of the study are as follows. Market uncertainty and organizational innovation propensity of firms are analyzed to give significantly positive effect on differential strategy. It is interpreted empirically that firms select differential strategy in reaction to market uncertainty and organizational innovation propensity supports those reaction actively. It is analyzed that both organizational innovation propensity and differential strategy give significantly positive effect on business innovation. However market uncertainty gives significantly negative effect on business innovation. Business innovation gives significantly positive effect on both performance index efficiency and business performance. Performance index efficiency also gives significantly positive effect on business performance. 본 연구는 중소기업의 시장불확실성과 조직혁신성이 경영전략과 경영혁신에 미치는 영향과 함께 경영혁신이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 및 성과관리시스템의 성과지표효율성이 경영혁신과 경영성과의 관계에 미치는 구조적인 인과관계를 종합적으로 분석하였다. 연구가설의 분석결과와 시사점은 다음과 같다. 기업의 시장불확실성과 조직혁신성은 차별화전략에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기업이 시장불확실성에 대처하기 위하여 차별화전략을 선택하고 있으며 조직혁신성은 차별화전략을 적극적으로 지원한다는 실증분석 결과로 해석된다. 조직혁신성 및 차별화전략은 경영혁신에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치지만 시장불확실성은 경영혁신에 유의한 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 경영혁신은 성과지표효율성과 경영성과에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치며, 성과지표효율성은 또한 경영성과의 향상에도 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었다.

Xi Xi who started her journey as a writer since the 1950s, is one of the most prolific and prominent writers in Hong Kong. According to a survey done in 2006, Xi Xi was selected as the most representative writer of the metropolitan Hong Kong. In other words, she gained the highest recognition from the local readers. This article aims to discuss the formation of ‘Hong Kong consciousness’ in Xi Xi’s works of fiction. It also analyses how the writing of the common people’s daily life and the allegory of history contribute to the construction of her ‘Hong Kong identity’.

성과측정지표의 중요도 인식과 활용도의 차이와관리적성과 간의 관계에서 공정성과 신뢰의 역할

The purpose of this study empirically analyzes the mediate role of justice and trust to examine the relationship between discrepancy-between employee's perceived importance and companies' usage of performance measures-and managerial performance. A survey was conducted using a questionnaire on 300 manufacturing companies in Korea selected based on annual sales for the year 2011 and collected data were analyzed. The results and suggestions of the study can be summarized as follows:First, discrepancy between employee's perceived importance and companies' usage of performance measures were found to have no significant effect on managerial performance. Second, discrepancy between employee's perceived importance and companies' usage of performance measures had a significant negative(-) effect on justice. Third, justice had a significant positive(+) effect on managerial performance. Fourth, discrepancy between employee's perceived importance and companies' usage of performance measures were found to have no significant effect on trust. Fifth, trust were found to have no significant effect on managerial performance. Sixth, justice had a significant positive(+) effect on trust. Such findings suggest that justice was found to play a mediating role in the relation between discrepancy-between employee's perceived importance and companies' usage of performance measures-and managerial performance. In this study, therefore, justice is associated with higher trust in supervisors if employees perceive performance evaluation criteria as fair, such findings suggest that justice would be expected to play a mediating role in the relation between discrepancy-between employee's perceived importance and companies' usage of performance measures-and trust. 본 연구의 목적은 성과측정지표의 종업원 관점에서 중요하게 생각하는 중요도 인식과 실제 기업에서 활용하고 있는 성과측정지표의 차이와 관리적성과 간의 관계에서 공정성과 신뢰가 매개역할을 하는지를 실증 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2011년 매출액을 기준으로 국내 400대 제조기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 그리고 이를 검증하기 위하여 SMART PLS(Partial Least Squares)를 이용하였다. 이 연구의 결과 및 시사점을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성과측정지표의 중요도 인식과 활용도의 차이는 관리적성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 둘째, 성과측정지표의 중요도 인식과 활용도의 차이는 공정성에 유의적인 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공정성이 관리적성과에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 성과측정지표의 중요도 인식과 활용도의 차이는 신뢰에는 유의적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 신뢰가 관리적성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 공정성은 신뢰에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합해보면 성과측정지표의 중요도 인식과 활용도의 차이와 관리적성과 간의 관계에서 공정성이 매개역할을 하는 것을 발견하였다. 또한 조직구성원들이 성과평가에 대한 과정과 절차가 공정하다고 인지 될 때에 상사에 대한 신뢰가 높아지는 것으로 해석 할 수 있으며, 이는 곧 성과측정지표의 중요도 인식과 활용도의 차이와 신뢰 간의 관계에서 공정성이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 판단된다.

Realization of IIR LDM Digital Filters

본 논문에서 선형 델타 변조방식을 간단한 아날로그/디지탈 변환기로 이용하여 무한 응답 디지탈 여파기를 구현하는 방법을 제시하였다. 이 방법은 하드웨어 승산기나 펄스 부호변환 아날로그/디지탈 변환기를 필요로 하지 않으므로 종래의 무한응답 디지탈 여파기의 구현방법보다 매우 간단하다. Lee와 Un의 유한응답LDMDF에 비해서 이 무한응답LDMDF는 매우 적은 계산시간이 요구된다. In this paper, we present a method of realizing an infinite impulse response (IIR) digital filter (DF)using linear delta modulation (LDM) as a simple analog/digital (A/D) converter. This method makes the realization of IIR digital filters much simpler than that of conventional ones because it does not require hardware multipliers and a pulse code modulation (PCM) A/D converter. Compared to the finite impulse respponse (FIR) LDMDF of Lee and Un [1] , this IIR LDMDF requires significantly less computation time.

피부 및 피부 부속기에서의 HBsAg 발현에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

The present study was carried out to investigate the HHsAg in the normal skin, dis- eased skin and skin specimens of window period of HBsAg positive patients in their serum with normal liver function. This study was done by immunoperoxidase techniques using the monoclonal antibody to hepatitis E3 surface antigen and by electron microscopy. Immunoperoxidase staining was dane on twenty specimeris of normal skin Group .D twenty specimens of diseased skin (15 cases of dermographism, 2 cases of purpura, 1 case of follicuht,is and 1 cases of morbilliform eruption) (Ciroup II ) and three specimens of normal skin af window period (Group III ) of HBsAp positive patients in their serum. Twelve cases of Group I, eleven cases of Group IL (1(J cases of dremographism and 1 rase of purpura) and two cases of Group II were stained positively for HBsAg. Positive sites were keratinocyte of epidermis, sweat gland, blood vessel and hair follicle. Electron microscopy failed to reveal viral particle, The above resuts suggest the possibility of transmission of viral hepatitis B thraugh the skin and skin appendages. 스테레오 시각과 Kalman 필터링을 이용한 강인한 3차원 운동추정

본고는 로보트 팔의 선단에 부착된 카메라에 의하여 촬영된 일련의 스테레오 영상을 이용하여 운동물체의 3차원 자세 (위치와 방향)를 정확히 추정하는 방법을 다룬다. 본고는 이미 발표된 바 있는 연구결과를 확장한 것으로서[1], 2차원 영상의 측정잡음 뿐만아니라[1], 또한 로보트 팔의 죠인트 각도의 랜덤잡음이 함께 존재할 경우 world 좌표계 (또는 로보트 기지좌표계)를 기준으로 한 운동물체의 3차원 자세의 추정에 중점을 둔다. 이를 위하여, 다음 사항에 근거하여 선형 Kalman 필터를 유도한다. (1) 2차원 영상의 측정잡음이 3차원 공간으로 전파되는 것을 분석함으로써, 이에 기인한 물체좌표계의 방향오차를 카메라 좌표계를 기준으로 하여 모델링한다; (2) 죠인트 각도 오차에 의한 로보트 선단좌표계의 방향오차를 (1)의 결과와 결합하여 extended Jacobian matrix를 유도한다; 그리고 (3) 본질적으로 비선형인 물체의 회전운동을 quaternion을 도입함으로써 선형화 한다. 운동 파라메터는 추정된 quaternion으로부터 반복 최소자승 방법을 이용하여 계산된다. 모의실험 결과, 추정오차가 상당히 감소되고, 실제의 운동 파라메터가 참 값으로 정확히 수렴함을 알 수 있다. This paper deals with the accurate estimation of 3- D pose (position and orientation) of a moving object with reference to the world frame (or robot base frame), based on a sequence of stereo images taken by cameras mounted on the end - effector of a robot manipulator. This work is an extension of the previous work[1]. Emphasis is given to the 3-D pose estimation relative to the world (or robot base) frame under the presence of not only the measurement noise in 2 - D images[ 1] but also the camera position errors due to the random noise involved in joint angles of a robot manipulator. To this end, a new set of discrete linear Kalman filter equations is derived, based on the following: 1) the orientation error of the object frame due to measurement noise in 2 - D images is modeled with reference to the camera frame by analyzing the noise propagation through 3- D reconstruction; 2) an extended Jacobian matrix is formulated by combining the result of 1) and the orientation error of the end-effector frame due to joint angle errors through robot differential kinematics; and 3) the rotational motion of an object, which is nonlinear in nature, is linearized based on quaternions. Motion parameters are computed from the estimated quaternions based on the iterated least-squares method. Simulation results show the significant reduction of estimation errors and also demonstrate an accurate convergence of the actual motion parameters to the true values.
