This paper describes the indirect vector control method for induction motor drive controlled by IGBT PWM inverter system using Psim program. In the computer simulation. it is shown how to make a design for indirect vector control of induction motor with PI speed control loop. Experiments with the induction motor that has 5 hp power ratings under the same condition of simulation status are made to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
만성 활동성 간염에서 HBsAg과 HBcAg의 분포에 관한 연구

Chronic active hepatitis(CAH) is a progressive liver diseases mainly caused by HBV infection, yielding viral replication and elimination. Histological finding of CAN reveals marked inflammatory reaction in intralobular and portal area, associated with parenchymal necrosis as well as frequent fibrosis. Viral markers, such as HBcAg, HBeAg, DNA polymerase, and HBV DNA, shows close relationship to viral replication. This study was carried out observe the positive rate and intracellular distribution of HBsAg and HBcAg in the liver. Also consideration was focused to the relation between liver HBcAg and serum HBeAg. Thirty eight cases of CAH obtained by needle biopsy were processed for immunoenzyme histologic stain by Avidin-Biotin complex method using anti-human HBsAg and HBcAg. Results obtained were following as : 1. In 38 cases of chronic active hepatitis, postitive reaction of serum HBsAg, HBeAg and anti-HBc were 29 cases(76%), 27 cases(71%) and 22 cases (58) respectively. 2. Positive reaction of liver HBsAg and HBcAg were 24 cases(63%) and 21 cases(55%) in 38 cases of CAH. 3. HBsAg positive were noted in 24 cases and HBcAg 21 cases of CAH. HBsAg positivity was observed within cytoplasm all of HBsAg positive cases, while HBcAg positivity was noted within cytoplasm : 16 cases(80%), and both cytoplasm and nucleus : 5 cases(20%) 4. Whithin 27 cases of serum HBeAg positive cases, liver HBcAg positive reaction was noted 16 cases(60%) and among 21 of positive liver HBcAg cases, serum HBeAg shown 16 cases(76%). The above results showed that liver HBcAg and serum HBeAg have close relationship to replication of HBV. Especially HBcAg within the cytoplasm than nucleus play an important role on activity of chronic hepatitis..

HILS를 이용한 함정의 관성항법장치 전달정렬 환경 모의 기법

A simulation technique, which simulate dynamic motion and communication environments of ship in the lab, is needed in order to reduce the testing cost when we evaluate the transfer alignment performance of shipboard INS. Hardware-In-the-Loop Simulation(HILS) can be used as an effective test method for those system because it can provide flexible and realistic simulation environments, various test scenario, and repeated test environment in the lab without additional cost and person. This paper presents the methods for implementing the real time HILS environment for testing transfer alignment performance of shipboard INS. It includes real time executive for controlling realtime simulation and calculating the ship motion, communication method for interfacing between the systems, and coordinate transformation method for converting real ship coordinate attitude data to lab coordinate attitude data.

In this paper, the Hardware-In-The-Loop Simulation (HILS) of missile systems are studied. The HILS is an effective performance evaluation technique that bridges the simulation fidelity gap between analytic all-digital simulations and actual flight tests of missile systems. The HILS may be required to perform system integration tests, performance evaluation at system or subsystem level. Major elements of this HILS facility will include the flight table, simulation computers, I/O computer and peripheral equipments. HILS of missile systems typically involve computer modeling of flight dynamics coupled with a hardware guidance and control(G/C) systems. This paper describes a real time performance evaluation technique of a G/e system. Development of a HILS for a Autopilot of SAM G/C will be used as an example.
