        한국 목조건축의 삼중량(三重樑) 가구(架構)에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to discover the characteristics and the change of the framed structure with triple beam. 61 existing buildings with the triple beam structure were selected and analyzed extensively. The result of this study could be described in detail like below. The triple beam structure is used in the highly graded and symbolized building like the Buddhist sanctum and the Confucian sanctum. And the triple beam structure was chiefly used in $1600{\sim}1800's$. Generally, 1 Koju-type with Toikan(退間) is applied to the triple beam structure. Despite of the sameness of framed structure, there is a tendency that the rear Toikan(後退間) is used in the Buddhist sanctum and the front Toikan(前退間) is used in the Confucian sanctum. This different application of the Toikan(退間) resulted from the different spatial characteristics which reflect function and grade of the building. The application of Sangjungdori(上中道里, upper purlin) and two Danyeon(短椽, short rafter) is a necessary consequence, because Jungbo(중보, middle beam) is located between Daebo(대보, beam) and Jongbo(종보, small and high located beam) as an additional member of frame. And these are essential characteristics of the framed structure with triple beam. The triple beam structure is formed in a transitional period, as the result from eliminating the inner high-column from the 2 Koju and double beam structure. Though the Daebo is longer, the structure is more stable. But the rate of application of the triple beam structure is low, because it does not exceed the double beam structure in merits. Some of buildings with the triple beam structure has the asymmetrical characteristic in design, which is appeared in the latter period of Joseon Dynasty.

        Osteochondroma is one of the most common benign tumors that occur in the bone, but in the head and neck region, osteochondroma appears rarely. Malocclusion, temporomandiublar disorders and facial asymmetry can occur in most cases with osteochondroma of the mandibular condyle. Most surgeons prefer massive removal of osteochondroma and reconstruction of condyle, simultaneously, to prevent various complications, such as a lateral open bite on the contralateral side. We report a surgical treatment and reconstruction of osteochondroma on a mandibular condyle through intraoral approach.

        낙우송(Metasequoia glyptostroboides)으로부터 분리한 flavonoid의 금속단백분해효소-9 발현 억제 활성

        기질 금속단백분해효소(MMP)는 기저막이나 간질성 조직 등에 있는 세포외기질 성분을 분해하여 상처 치유, 태아의 발생, 종양세포의 침윤과 전이 등을 포함하여 조직이 재구성되는 과정에서 생리학적 및 병리학적인 과정 양쪽 모두에 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서는 MMP-9 유전자의 발현을 억제하는 물질을 천연물에서 탐색하였고, 탐색된 시료 중에서 높은 역가를 가진 낙우송과의 Metasequoia glyptostroboides가 선택되었다. 여러 가지 flavonoid 성분을 가지고 있는 Metasequoia glyptostroboides를 이용하여 4개의 biflavonoid와 2개의 monoflavonoid 구조의 물질을 분리하였고, 이 flavonoid들은 sciadopitysin, isoginkgetin, bilobetin, 2, 3-dihydrohino-kiflavone, luteolin, apigenin으로 정제하여 구조를 밝히고 zymography, WST-1을 이용한 세포독성시험, northern blot 등의 실험을 통하여 각 화합물의 구조적인 특성과 함께 MMP-9 유전자 발현을 억제하는 효과가 있는 것을 확인하였다. Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are a family of structurally and functionally related zinc-dependent enzymes responsible for proteolytic degradation of extracellular matrix components such as base membrane or interstitial stroma. MMPs play an important role in a variety of physiological and pathological tissue remodeling processes, including wound healing, embryo implantation, tumor invasion and metastasis. Since MMP-9 (gelatinase B) has unique ability to cleave type IV collagen, gene expression of MMP-9 has been focused on as a pharmacological target. Flavonoids are a class of compounds that are widely spread in plants. In the coures of screening for the suppressors of MMP-9 gene expression from natural products, Metasequoia glyptostroboides was selected. Six flavonoids, sciadopitysin, isoginkgetin, bilobetin, 2,3-dihydrohinokiflavone, luteolin and apigenin were purified as suppressors of MMP-9 gene expression from M. glyptostroboides. The suppressing activity of the isolated flavinoids on the MMP-9 gene expression was measured by gelatin zymography and Nothern blot analysis.

        H2 / CO 계의 흡착탑 수치모사 및 흡착 동특성

        To study the dynamic behavior of an adsorption bed, adsorption equilibrium was investigated first and uptake curves were obtained in order to determine effective diffusivity(defined by solid diffusion model), and then the effective diffusivity was used for studying characteristics of sorption rate and simulating the adsorption bed behavior using adsorption rate models by LDF, Vermeulen, and Nakao-Suzuki. LRC isotherm model predicted adsorption equilibrium of the gas mixture(H₂/CO) well and was employed in the simulation of an adsorption bed. Comparison of uptake curves obtained by T.G.A. method with those estimated by adsorption rate models showed the following; LDF model predicted lower adsorption amount than experimental by T.G.A. method at the early stage of adsorption, while Vermeulen model predicted higher. However, Glueckauf LDF model showed good agreement with experimental data under the condition of D_et/R_p²>0.1. FCS(flux corrected scheme) was used satisfactorily for eliminating numerical oscillation in simulation of an adsorption bed. A theoretical analysis by Nakao-Suzuki model with optimum coefficient, K, obtained by matching the experimental uptake curve, showed that it provided a satisfactory prediction of the observed breakthrough curve in comparison with other models. LRC was more suitable to predict breakthrough curve than Langmuir isotherm. From the result of breakthrough curve under isothermal conditions, it was shown that energy balance should be included in the simulation of the adsorption bed behavior and breakthrough curve had a long tail probably caused by the adsorption heat and heat loss.

          본 연구에서는 기존의 멘토링 프로그램과 인턴쉽의 확장된 개념으로 기업의 멘토를 중심으로 학생들이 기업의 실제문제를 선정하고 해결하는 실무지향적 과정으로 기업에서는 맞춤인력을 확보할 수 있고, 참여학생들은 실무능력이 향상되어 취업기회의 확대를 추구하는 산학연계과정인 「프로젝트형 벤토링」을 통한 e비즈니스 인력양성을 위한 방안을 도출하고, 프로젝트 멘토링 제도의 시행을 통해 얻은 경험과 노하우를 인근의 대학과 중소기업들에 제공하고, 그 효과를 홍보함으로써, 국내 기업과 대학의 산학협력 표준 모델로 정착하는 방안을 모색하고자 한다.   The Project Type Mentoring were connected in Mentoring programs with mentors from local businesses and e-Business community organizations. Caring Firm mentors help students link learning to the world of work. The Project Type Mentoring helps motivate students to succeed in college and getting employment.<BR>  This Type of Mentoring is a convenient way to get students and corporate employees matched in mentoring relationships. And, the program model is flexible so professors and business partners shape the program to fit their needs. in the concrete, The Project Type Mentoring model is simple: One student is matched with one mentor. Students and mentors exchange weekly e-mail messages. Face-to-face meetings provide a personal connection. Professors provide specific assignments that direct e-mail communications. Successful Project Type Mentoring programs require that college and corporate partners must be committed to creating and managing an effective program.

        한국 목조건축 架構의 水平比例에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to discover the characteristics and the changes of the proportional system which is applied to the framed structure of the Korean wooden architecture. For this objective, 103 buildings with the Dapo-type or the Jusimpo-type structure were selected and analyzed. The result of this study could be described in detail like below. (1) There is a tendency that the unequal proportion is applied to the framed structure of the wooden building in Joseon Dynasty. This tendency became more clear in the latter period of Joseon Dynasty and then the unequal proportion is used in the 80% of the wooden buildings. (2) There is a tendency that the equal proportion changed into the unequal proportion gradually. This tendency is related with the transition of the age from Goryeo to Joseon Dynasty and the change of the framed structure from Jusimpo-type to Dapo-type. (3) It seems that the equal proportional system is classified into the Trisected Proportion and the Quartered Proportion at present. But judging from the fundamental structure and the scale of buildings, it is proper that the proportional system of Korean wooden architecture is only classified into the equal proportion and the unequal proportion.

        다수의 마켓 세그먼트 하에서 품질기능전개 시(時) 기술특성들의 최적 값을 결정하기 위한 혼합정수계획모형

        Quality function deployment (QFD) is a widely adopted customer-oriented product development methodology by analyzing customer requirements. It is a main activity in QFD planning process to determine the optimal values of the technical attributes (TAs) so as to achieve the customer requirements (CRs) from the House of Quality (HoQ). In most of the previous research, all the TAs in QFD are assumed to have either continuous or discrete values. In the real world applications, the continuous TAs and the discrete TAs are often mixed in QFD. In this paper, a mixed integer linear programming model is formulated to obtain the optimal values for the continuous TAs and the discrete TAs in QFD planning as well as Branch and Bound (B and B) algorithm is proposed as the solution approach. Finally, the proposed model and solution approach are illustrated with an office chair under multi-segment market, and the sensitivity analysis is performed to study how the proposed model and its solutions respond to the variation for the two elements which are budget and CRs’ weights.
