현대인들은 평균수명이 크게 증가하였기 때문에 질병의 치유보다 질병 예방의 중요함을 인식하고 있다. 본 논문은 질명 예방을 위해 헬스테인먼트 기술을 적용한 체험형 마을에 프로그램을 개인 회원들에게 제공한다. 즉, 개인회원은 방문전에 사전문진을 수행하고, 방문 중에는 각종 프로그램과 식단 정보를 제공받고, 방문 종료시에는 개인 회원별 개선 정보를 제공받는다. 또한, 본 논문은 회원들의 소중한 개인정보 보호를 위해 체험장소마다 개인회원의 신분을 확인하고, 회원들의 헬스테인먼트 정보를 제안한 대칭키 알고리즘인 BSB(Byte exchange, Shift round, Bit-xor) 알고리즘으로 관리함으로써 안전한 정보 서비스를 제공한다. People today become aware of importance of disease prevention than the disease care because increasing human's lifetime greatly. This paper provides the experiential village program which is applied the healthtainment technique for disease prevention to each individual members. That is, the individual members carry out the questionnaire before visiting experiential village program, and provides each program and meal information during visiting it, and provides the each member's improvement information after visiting it. Also, this paper verifies the identity of individual member for members privacy in each experiential places, and provides a safe information service to manage the member's healthtainment information using the BSB(Byte exchange, Shift round, Bit-xor) that is proposed in this paper symmetric algorithm.
Performance Improvement of a High Speed Planing Boat by a Stern Wedge

An experimental study carried out to predict the performance characteristics of a high speed planing boat at the two displacements whose hull form shows hard chines form transom to bow. In the resistance test the planing hull model was porpoising at and above 30 knots for both displacements of 30 tons and 24 tons. A small stern wedge was newly designed and attached across hull bottom. The planing hull model with the stern sedge did not show any porpoising up to the speed of 45 knots for both displacements and it analysed results shows the improvement of resistance performance and planing performance comparing with those of original hull form; i.e. for displacement of 30 tons the effective power and trim angle were reduced by 18.9% and 5.71 degrees at the speed of 28 knots, and for the displacement of 24 tons the effective power and trim angle were reduced by 23.63% and 4.37 degrees at the speed of 28 knots, respectively.

제19차 국제선형시험수조회의가 스페인의 마드리드에서 1990.9.16부터 9.22일까지의 기간중에 개최되었다.제19차 회의에서는 황종흘 교수가 다년간 걸쳐 국제선형시험수조회의에 기여한 것이 인정되어 공로자로 초청되었으며 부산대학교와 인하대학교가 회원자격으로 가입하였다.이번 회기중에 한국간의 선박유체력학분야에서의 교류가 논의되었으며 그 결과로 Osaka대와 Seoul대가 준비하여 구체화되었다.

This paper presents the hydrodynamic performance characteristics of a planing boat which was tested with a new dynamometer system specifically designed to measure towing force along the thrust plane, the change in trim angle and the vertical displacement of the model center of gravity from still water condition. The test conditions include systematic variations in the three positions of LCG and the three load coefficients of a high speed planing boat.
다이아몬드 가공을 위한 연마판의 제조 및 플라즈마 용사 코팅층의 열처리 거동

본 연구에서는 다이아몬드의 기계적 화학적 연마(MCP) 에 주목하여 기존에 알려진 다이아몬드 가공연마판을 주물 또는 파우더 소결 방식이 아닌 플라즈마 열분사 기법을 통하여 경제성이 높게 제작하고 이를 상용화 하고자 하였다. 저렴한 주철 모재에 연성이 높고 밀착성이 우수한 Al을 중간 코팅층으로 코팅하고, 상부 코팅층으로 다이아몬드와 화학반응을 하게 되는 Fe-Cr-Ni 및 Ti 코팅층을 플라즈마로 코팅하여 다이아몬드 연마판을 제작하였다. 또한, 물리적인 코팅방법인 플라즈마 열분사 코팅층의 밀착력을 개선 하기 위하여 $550^{\circ}C$ 6시간 동안 열처리를 수행하고 모재와 Al 코팅층 사이에 약 $5{\mu}m$ 정도의 확산층을 형성하여 밀착력을 개선할 수 있었다. In this study, while the abrasive plates for diamond have been prepared through mechanical alloying and sintering of elemental powders, a fabrication route of plasma thermal coatings has been adopted for the first time. When diamond knife is sharped or polished, a metal plate has been applied, which is made of mechanical alloying and sintering. In this study, in order to develop a cost - effective manufacturing process, plasma coatings of FeCrNi and Ti on cast iron plate were applied together with Al intermediate layer coatings. The plasma coatings were successfully performed, and the optimum coating layer conditions were discussed in terms of micro-structural observations at the interfaces.

Based on the statistical annual report, there are 17,649 reservoirs are operating for the purpose of agricultural water supply in Korea. 58 % of entire agricultural reservoirs had been constructed before 1948 which indicate the termination of required service life and rest of those reservoirs have also exposed to the dam break risk by extreme flood event caused by current ongoing climate change. To prevent damages from dam failure accident of these risky small size dams, it is necessary to evaluate and manage the structural and hydrological safety of the reservoirs. In this study, a simplified evaluation method for hydrologic safety of dam is suggested by using Rational and Creager formula. Hydrologic safety of small scale dams has evaluated by calculating flood discharge capacity of the spillway and compares the results with design frequency of each reservoir. Applicability and stability of suggested simplified method have examined and reviewd by comparing the results from rainfall-runoff modeling with dam break simulation using HEC-HMS. Application results of developed methodology for three sample reservoirs show that simplified assessment method tends to calculate greater inflow to the reservoirs then HEC-HMS model which lead lowered hydrologic safety of reservoirs. Based on the results of application, it is expected that the developed methodology can be adapted as useful tool for small scale reservoir's hydrologic safety evaluation.
