나이키 생성 AI 디자인을 통한 소비자의 감성 경험 연구

생성 AI 기술을 디자인에 접목하는 AI 디자인 개념이 등장하면서 사실적이고 새로운 아이디어를 이미지로 제작할 수 있으나 창의성이 돋보일 뿐 디자인에서 중요한 역할을 하는 감성 영역은 아직 부족하다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 AI 디자인이 전달하는 부족한 감성을 도출하기 위해 소비자의 감성 경험을 조사하고자 했다. 조사 대상의 통일을 위해 AI 디자인 자료 범위를 나이키로 한정하고, 나이키 소비자에게 나이키 AI 디자인을 보고 느끼는 감성을 설문 조사했다. 설문지 구성은 AI 디자인을 UX 평가 요소에 따라 리커트 5점 척도로 평가하고, 소비자가 느낀 감성을 직접 서술하도록 했다. UX 평가 요소로는 시각적 요인으로만 평가할 수 있는 의미성, 매력성, 가치성, 신뢰성 등 4가지를 채택했으며, 서술한 감정을 분석 도구로 플루치크(Plutchik)의 수레바퀴를 활용했다. 나이키 소비자가 느낀 주요 감성을 기본 감정에 대입한 결과, AI 디자인에 대한 소비자의 경험은 기대, 놀람, 혐오 3가지를 도출할 수 있었으며 이는 모두 부정 감정임을 확인할 수 있었다. 소비자로부터 AI 디자인에 대해 긍정 답변을 얻기 위해서는 부족한 감성을 전달할 수 있도록 목표하며 AI 디자이너와 연구자의 AI 감성 연구를 지속해야 할 것이다. The concept of AI design, which applies generative AI technology to design to realize realistic and novel ideas in images, has emerged, but the emotional domain, which plays an important role in design besides creativity, is still lacking. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the emotional experience of consumers to understand the lack of emotion conveyed by AI design. For consistency, we limited the scope of AI design materials to Nike and asked Nike consumers how they felt when they saw Nike AI designs. The questionnaire was structured on a 5-point Likert scale, asking consumers to rate AI designs based on UX evaluation factors and describe the emotions they felt. We adopted four UX evaluation factors that can only be evaluated by visual elements: meaningfulness, attractiveness, value, and trustworthiness, and used Pluchik's wheel as an analysis tool to analyze the emotions described. Using Nike consumers' key emotions as a baseline, we were able to identify three key emotions that characterize AI design experiences: anticipation, surprise, and disgust, all of which are negative. To elicit a positive consumer response to AI design, AI designers and researchers will need to continue their research on AI emotions to convey the missing emotions.

Evolution of preferences in one-shot prisoner's dilemma

Can cooperation evolve in one-shot prisoner's dilemma? Utilizing an indirect evolutionary framework that separates objective payoffs and utilities, I show that preferences that are consistent with conditional cooperation in one-shot prisoner's dilemma can evolve along with strictly self-interested preferences. The ability to detect others' preference types is critical for the evolution of reciprocal preferences. In the evolutionary equilibria, both the strictly self-interested preferences and reciprocal preferences coexist and both cooperation and defection are observed. These results complement the folk theorem and the standard evolutionary models by providing an alternative evolutionary logic of cooperation.

합리적 선택과 진화

진화경제학은 합리적인 행위자들을 출발점으로 전제하지 않으면서도 합리적 행동이 진화함을 보인다. 사회적 협동의 진화에 대한 표준적인 진화게임이론에서는 개체들이 이기적이라는 것을 전제하고 한다. 그러나 간접진화게임이론이 보여주는 바와 같이 진화는 목적을 가지고 합리적으로 행동하는 개체들 간에 감정과 규범의 변화에 대해서도 적용될 수 있다. 제도는 일련의 사회적 행동에 대해 요구, 허용, 금지와 같은 처방이 공유된 믿음으로 존재하기 때문에 힘을 발휘하는 것이다. 제도는 사회적 행동의 진화적 환경이 된다고 할 수 있다. Evolutionary economics shows how rational behavior evolves without assuming that individuals are rational. Evolutionary game theoretic models of social cooperation assume that individuals are egoistic. However, as indirect game theoretic models show, the evolutionary framework can be applied to the changes of emotions and norms among actors who have purposes and pursue those purposes in rational manners. Effective institutions exist as shared beliefs among human actors regarding what behaviors are required, permitted, or prohibited. In that sense, institutions comprise evolutionary environment of human social behavior.

신항만부지에서의 유동 및 수질에 관한 유한요소해석

Water flow simulations for environmental problems often require local detailed analyses for better understanding and accurate prediction of the fate of pollutant in water bodies. This study deals with the development and application of a two-dimensional flow and dispersion model to the coastal water area to find out possible changes due to the wide port development plan. As far as the spatial discretization is concerned, the finite element method is attractive because of its flexibility and ability to naturally treat complex coastal geometries. The model uses finite element theory and the Galerkin weighted-residual approach as its basis. Developed model is applied to the Busan New harbor Construction site. Results from the model were compared with the memasured water level and flows in four stations. The flow pattern by the model shows to be similar to observed data away from the construction site where the flow is not affected. From the simulation results, it is concluded that the model may be useful for numerous other studies for planning and management purposes, especially flow and pollution dispersion in the coastal water bodies where the flow is so complicated.

성폭력 피해자의 외상후스트레스 영향요인 - 2차피해 특성을 중심으로 -

본 연구에서는 성인 성폭력 피해자의 외상후스트레스에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고, 영향요인 중 ‘2차피해’를 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구는 성폭력 피해 경험에 대한 인지적 반응을 통해 성폭력 피해 후유증으로 이어지는 경로를 제시하고 있는 통합적 인지행동 수정모델을 기반으로 하여 ‘성폭력 피해자 현황과 피해유형별 특성에 대한 기초조사 분석 연구’의 연구데이터를 활용해 성인 성폭력 피해자 134명을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 성폭력 피해 경험에 대한 주변인의 반응에 따라 자신의 피해 경험을 재평가 하게 되고, 이는 외상후스트레스와 같은 성폭력 피해 후유증에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 이에 성폭력 피해자가 경험하는 2차피해는 자신이 속한 체계에서 주변인의 반응, 법적 체계와 같은 수사절차, 의료적 체계와 같은 지원 서비스 등을 통해 기인한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 그러므로, 성폭력 2차피해의 형태 파악과 개별화된 접근 방안 마련을 위하여, 성폭력 피해자의 보호 및 2차피해 예방과 관련한 정책적 노력이 뒷받침될 필요가 있다. The objective of this study is to identify the factors that are associated with post-traumatic stress among adult survivors of sexual violence, with a specific emphasis on the phenomenon known as ‘secondary victimization’. We conducted an analysis on 134 adult survivors of sexual violence, using a cognitive-behavioral modification model that examines the relationship between cognitive responses to sexual violence experiences and their subsequent effects. This analysis was based on data obtained from a preliminary survey study that explored the characteristics of sexual violence victims, categorized by the type of victimization. The study findings suggest that individuals tend to reevaluate their own experiences of victimization based on the responses of others, leading to a detrimental effect on post-traumatic stress, such as trauma. Therefore, secondary victimization endured by survivors of sexual abuse arises from elements within their environment, including responses from those around them, legal protocols such as investigative procedures, and support services such as medical systems. Hence, in order to recognize the many manifestations of secondary victimization in cases of sexual violence and develop personalized strategies, it is imperative to implement legislative initiatives that safeguard the well-being of survivors and mitigate the occurrence of secondary victimization.
