Understanding of RF Impedance Matching System Using VI-Probe

The demand for stable plasma has been on the rise because of the increased delivery power amount in the chamber for improving productivity, and fast and accurate plasma impedance matching become a crucial performance measure for radio frequency (RF) power system in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. In this paper, the overall impedance matching was understood, and voltage and current values were extracted with voltage - current (VI) probe to measure plasma impedance in real-time. Actual matching data were analyzed to derive calibration coefficient for V and I measurements to understand the characteristics of VI probe, and we demonstrated the tendency of RF impedance matching according to changes in load impedance. This preliminary empirical research can contribute to fast RF matching as well as advanced equipment control for the next level of detailed investigation on embedded system based-RF matching controller.

‘고전소설과 여성’에 대한 문제제기와전망

The researches have been progressed on a few ways below. 1. Investigation into the possibility about existence of women authors 2. Extraction of women's consciousness 3. Research about the characteristic of women's novels The researches on the women and novels have been made good progress through this process. However it should be thoughtfully considered subjects below. 1. Consideration about classification of novels related with women 2. Extraction of unbiassed women's consciousness 3. Prudence of generalization of relationships between women's consciousness and modernity 4. Subdivision of subjects about women's novels 여성소설의 규정에 대한 논의는 명명의 필요성과攀 여성문학 연구의 초기에 선언적 명명들이 일정한 기여를 했음을 무시할 수는 없다. 그로 인해 연구 대상과 목적이 선명하게 인식되고, 연구의 의의가 부각됨으로써 연구의 초석이 마련되었기 때문이다.攀攀 이에 부응하지 않는 자료 실상의 충돌이라는 어려움을 안고 있다. 그리고 이러한 문제는 중심적 글쓰기로서 인정받지 못하고 주변부로 밀려나 있던 소설 장르의 특성과 이로 인한 창작 배경, 향유 배경에 대한 미흡한 기초 지식에 기인한다. 결국 현상황에서 이에 대한 해결은 연구결과의 축적이라는 귀납적인 방법에 의해서 가능하리라 보이는데, 그 과정에서 소설이 드러내는 여성적 시각의 층위와 그로 인한 차이에 대한 인식이 병행되어야 할 것이다. 3.2. 여성의식의 해석과 관련하여

Sexual Risk Behaviors among Racial/Ethnic Minority female adolescents transitioning into young adulthood

배경 및 목적성병 감염, 조기 성경험, 다수의 성관계 파트너 등과 같은 위험 성행동은 여성의 건강 전반을 위협하는 결과를 초래할 수 있다. 하지만, 이러한 심각성에 비하여, 미국의 청소년기 및 청년기 여성의 위험 성행동을 소수인종 집단별 특성을 고려한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 미국 소수인종 여성 청소년의 위험 성행동에 대한 실태를 조사하고자 한다. 방법본 연구는 2차 자료 분석의 결과물로써, 원자료인 미국의 National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health (Add Health)의 1기 (1995년)와 3기 (2001년)의 자료 중 여성 청소년의 자료를 바탕으로 분석되었다. 다양한 위험 성행동을 인종별로 분석함과 더불어 본 연구의 특징은 종단적 성병 감염 행태를 인종별로 분석한 점이다. 결과본 연구는 소수인종 여성의 위험 성행동에 관한 핵심적인 결과를 제시한다. 성병 감염, 조기 성경험, 다수의 성관계 파트너 등과 같은 위험 성행동의 분포는 흑인과 아시아계 여성이 타인종의 여성에 비하여 높은 위험해 쳐해 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 흑인 여성들은 전반적인 성행동을 망라하여 고위험군으로 분류되고 있다. 아시아계 여성 역시 고위험 군으로 분류되는데, 특히, 청소년기에 성병에 한번 감염된 경험이 있는 아시아계 여성은 가장 위험한 성병 감염 행태를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론본 연구의 결과는 소수인종 여성의 위험 성행동이 백인보다 전반적으로 높은 편으로 나타나지만, 적절한 보건의료 서비스에서는 소외되는 현실을 지적하고 있다. 이러한 인종별 성건강의 불균형 문제 해소를 위하여 청소년들에게 인종적 특성과 서비스 접근성의 고려가 절실히 필요하다고 사료된다.

<현몽쌍룡기>의 음모구조와 소설적 의미

<HyunMongSsangRyongGi(現夢雙龍記)> owns the characteristic of Korean classical long novel jointly and has the conspiracy highlighted, this is the special point that is being watched with keen interest. In the Korean classical novel the conspiracy mainly has been used as an accessorial equipment with which the wicked entraps and gets rid of the good. However, in this novel the plot mostly has the conspiracy and the conspiracy is consistently and repeatedly embossed through the whole side of the narration. it is distinguished from the case of the partial application of the conspiracy. Therefore, I studied the characteristics and aspect of embodied conspiracy, and investigated the function and meaning through the structure. First of all, in the aspect of the conspiracy there are various styles of conspiracy of the united bad people as well as the personal conspiracy surrounding two heroine, Jeong Cheaim and Yang Okseol, and then the scale and intensity of the conspiracies are gradually strengthened. This novel has following characteristics caused by the progress of narration centering on the conspiracy. Firstly, the bad people occupy a big part of this novel because they are attached greater importance to description of the bad people's behavior. Secondly, the character of conspiracy is intentional, methodic and consistent. Thirdly, in the ways of various conspiracy are mobilized the new conspiracies are groped. Fourthly, the conspiracies are technically weaved in the structural aspect. On the whole extensional structure appears gradually and layered structure appears partially in the simultaneous progress of the conspiracies of the group and individual. This application of the conspiracy is worthy of positive evaluation in the point of technical development of novel. But the demerits, excessive setting up and inappropriate arrangement of quantity, are found. We also need to consider the meaning in the epistemology. The effectiveness of revealment of an evil attribute is showed while the conspiracy is brought into relief. However, undue value is given to the popular interest, therefore the range of recognition can not be extended toward the pursuit of groping for human relationship and the investigation of human attribute based on evil attribute. <현몽쌍룡기>는 18권 18책으로 이루어진 국문장편소설로서 구조적 반복 원리에 입각한 연작형 소설의 특징들을 공유한다. 그런데 작품 전편에 걸쳐 특히 ‘음모’가 부각되어 있다는 점이 주목된다. 음모는 고전소설 속에서 주로 惡人이 善人을 모함하고 제거하기 위해 사용하는 장치로 많이 활용되어 왔다. 그러나 이 작품의 경우 사건들이 대부분 음모에 의해 비롯되며 지속적이고 반복적인 음모가 서사의 전면에 부각되어 있다는 점에서 음모를 부분적으로 활용하는 경우와 구별된다. 이에 <현몽쌍룡기>에 형상화된 음모의 양상과 특징을 살펴보고 구조적 차원에서 그 기능과 의미를 탐구해보고자 하였다. 먼저 음모의 양상을 살펴보자면 여주인공인 정채임과 양옥설 두 사람을 둘러싼 개인적 차원의 음모를 비롯하여 악인들의 연합에 의한 다양한 종류의 음모가 자행되는데 그 규모나 강도가 점차 강화되어 간다. 음모 중심의 서사 진행으로 인해 이 작품은 다음과 같은 특징을 보인다. 첫째, 음모를 자행하는 악인들의 행위 서술에 치중하다보니 작품에서 악인들이 차지하는 비중이 크다. 둘째, 음모의 성격이 계획적이고 조직적이며 지속적이다. 셋째로 다양한 음모의 방법이 동원되는 가운데 새로운 음모 방법들이 모색되고 있다. 넷째, 음모들이 구조적인 차원에서 기술적으로 직조되고 있다. 이 작품 속 음모는 전체적으로는 ‘개인적 차원의 음모-> 집단적 차원의 음모-> 국가적 차원의 음모’로 발전해가는 점층적인 확대 구조를 보이면서 그 세부적 전개 양상에 있어서는 집단적 음모와 개인적 음모들이 동시에 진행되는 중층적인 구조를 보인다. 이는 음모를 효과적으로 배치하기 위한 고민의 산물이라고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 음모의 활용은 우선 소설 기법적인 면에서의 발전을 이루었다는 점에서 긍정적으로 평가할 만하다. 가장 자극적인 소재가 될 수 있는 음모를 다각도로 활용하면서 내용과 구조적 측면 모두에서 흥미를 극대화함으로써 소설 기법적인 면에서 새로운 시도를 보여주고 있는 것이다. 그러나 음모를 통한 서사 기법의 모색과 성공적 구조화 이면에 음모의 과도한 설정이나 부적절한 분량 안배와 같은 단점도 발견된다는 점에서 <현몽쌍룡기>가 국문장편소설의 초기 단계를 넘어서서 새로운 모색과 변화를 추구하는 과도기적 작품이라고 할 수 있겠다. 음모의 구조적 효과 이외에도 인식론적 차원에서의 의미 또한 짚어볼 필요가 있다. <현몽쌍룡기>는 음모를 부각시키는 가운데 악인들의 이합집산과 그들이 빚어내는 악행을 상세히 기술함으로써 ‘악’의 속성을 자연스레 드러내는 효과를 발휘한다. 그러나 음모를 중심으로 선악의 이분법적 대립구도를 강화시킴으로써 통속적인 흥미를 끌어올리는 데 치중한 나머지 인물의 내면을 묘사하고 다양한 인간 군상의 개성을 형상화함으로써 인간 탐구에 있어서 진지한 성찰을 보여주는 측면이 급격히 약화되고 만다. 이로 인해 음모를 통해 생생하게 전달되었던 악의 속성도 인간의 속성을 탐색하고 이를 통해 바람직한 인간관계의 모색을 추구하는 차원으로 인식의 범위를 넓혀나가지 못함으로써 통속성이 강화되는 반면에 진지성이 약화되는 결과를 초래하고 있다.

<潘氏傳>의 이중적 성격과 그 의미

This thesis pays attention to the meaning of dual structure of Banssijeon(潘氏傳). This novel attempts to describe the difficulties of married women through a heroin, Banssi's troubles caused by the wives of her husband's brothers. However, analyzing the form and substance of this novel, it emphasizes not women's role and situation but men's role and situation. The conflict among daughter-in-laws which caused the main conflict of this novel changes into a struggle for power of a patriarch among men in the same family. Therefore this novel shows dual structure such as dual narrative, dual antagonistic structure and the dual index of punishment. These dual features are connected with the inconsistency of the theme which tends to solve women's problems depending on the patriarchal system.

욕망주체로서의 방관주와 자기애의 미덕 -<방한림전>에 대한 새로운 독법의 모색-

본고는 동성 결혼을 감행한 여성영웅으로서 주목되어 온 방관주에 대해 새로 운 접근을 시도해봄으로써 <방한림전>의 가치를 재확인하고 젠더 인식의 전환을 도모하고자 했다. 그간 방관주는 ‘진취적 여성상의 제시 : 남성 콤플렉스의 표출’ 과 같은 대조적 평가를 받았다. 이는 그의 독특한 성 정체성 때문이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 그를 성 소수자로서 불안감을 지닌 존재로 인식하기도 했다. 그러나 작품에서 그리는 방관주의 모습은 진취적이고 낙관적인 측면이 강하다. 이에 본 고에서는 욕망하는 주체로서 방관주를 재평가하고자 했다. 방관주는 자유와 성공에 대한 욕망을 지닌 존재이다. 기질과 취향을 중시하며 의지적 선택과 노력에 의해 욕망을 성취해나간다. 이 과정에서 발현되는 자신감 과 자기애는 주체적 개인을 긍정하게 하는 주요 덕목으로서 재평가되어야 한다. 작품 내에서도 방관주의 젠더 일탈적 모습들이 낙관적으로 옹호되는 가운데 그위험성을 무마하기 위해 동원된 운명론이 역설적으로 이분법적 젠더 규범의 허 구성을 노출시킨다. 이처럼 <방한림전>은 방관주를 통해 젠더 다양성에 대한 인 식의 전환 계기를 마련한다는 점에서 중요하다. This thesis explores <Banghallimjeon> from the perspective of gender recognition with a new approach to BangKwanJoo, the female hero who experienced same-sex marriage. In the past, BangKwanJoo has received contrasting evaluations, from “progressive female image” to “expression of male complex”; because of her distinctive gender identity, she has often been seen as a sexual minority with anxiety. However, BangKwanJoo can be interpreted as a more enterprising and optimistic figure as she is assessed as someone both driven by and a subject of desire. BangKwanJoo desires freedom and success. She values strong temperament and preferences and achieves her longings by her willful choices and efforts. Her confidence and self-love expressed through her actions define a principal virtue that allows self-positivity. As her gender-fluid features are defended and heralded in the novel, the fatalism, used as a novelistic device to disguise the risks, paradoxically reveals how unrealistic dichotomous gender norms are. Thus, <Banghallimjeon> providesa a significant positive perspective gender diversity.
