공유 메모리 버퍼에서의 예방적 적응 한계치 버퍼 할당 기법

패킷 통신에 있어서 주요 서비스 품질(QoS : Quality of Service) 요소로는 지연(delay), 지연 변이(delay variation), 패킷 손실율(loss rate) 등이 있다. 본 논문에서는 복수의 논리적 버퍼가 하나의 메모리 버퍼를 공유할 때, 논리버퍼의 손실율 성능을 향상시키기 위한 새로운 버퍼 할당 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 예방적 적응 한계치(PAT : Preventive Adaption Threshold) 버퍼 할당 기법은 기존의 동적 한계치 (Dynamic Threshold)기법에서 사용하는 패킷 폐기 한계치(threshold)의 직선적 변화 궤적과는 다른 한계치 동적 변화 궤적을 사용함으로써 패킷 손실율 성능을 개선하였다. 제안된 기법의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 기존의 무제어(NC : No Control), 고정 한계치(ST : Static Threshold), 동적 한계치(DT : Dynamic Threshold)등의 기법과 여러 측면에서 손실율 성능을 비교하였다. Delay, delay variation and packet loss rate are principal QoS(Quality of Service) elements of packet communication. This paper proposes a new buffer allocation mechanism to improve the packet loss performance in such a situation that multiple logical buffers share a single physical memory buffer. In the proposed buffer allocation mechanism, the movement of dynamic threshold follows a curved track instead of a straight line which is used in the DT(dynamic threshold) mechanism. In order evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism, it is compared with the existing previously proposed mechanisms in several aspects including NC(no control), ST(Static Threshold) and DT mechanisms.
EB-PVD법에 의해 제조된 YSZ 전해질의 전기적 특성

나노 코팅 기술로써 빠른 증착 속도와 미세구조 제어가 용이하여 항공기 엔진 부품 열차폐 코팅으로 널리 이용되는 Electron Beam Physical Vapor Deposition (EB-PVD)세라믹 코팅 기술을 연료전지 전해질 제조에 적용하였다. EB-PVD 법을 이용하여 NiO-YSZ 기판에 YSZ 전해질을 약 10$\mu$m의 두께로 짧은 시간에 코팅하였으며 증착온도에 따라 나노 구조의 표면을 가진 YSZ 막을 얻을 수 있었다. 연료전지 전해질로서의 특성을 평가하기 위하여, 같은 조건의 코팅으로 $Al_{2}O_3$기판에 전해질을 동일한 조건으로 코팅하여 전해질의 전기적 특성을 평가하였다. 또한 양극물질로서 $LaSrCoO_3$ 분말을 일반적인 스크린 프린팅 기법으로 코팅하여 EB-PVD의 코팅을 이용한 고체산화물 연료전지 제조 가능성에 대하여 논의하였다 Electron Beam Physical Vapor Deposition (EB-PVD) is a typical technology for thermal barrier coating with Yttria Stabilized Zirconia (YSZ) on aero gas turbine engine. In this study EB-PVD method was used to fabricate dense YSZ film on NiO-YSZ as a electrolyte of Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC). Dense YSZ films of -10 $\mu$m thickness showed nano surface structure depending on deposition temperature. Electrical conductivities of YSZ film and electric power density of the single cell were evaluated after screen- printing $LaSrCoO_3$ as a cathode.

In der vorliegenden Arbeit habe ich versucht, Goethes Novellen-Dichtung und ihre erzahltechnische Entwicklung in Verbindung mit ihrer Thematik zu betrachten. Den Gegenstand der Betrachtung habe ich auf die Unterhaltungen deutscher Ausgewanderten und die sogenannte Novelle beschrankt, weil die in semen Romanen enthaltenen Novellen nur vom Sinn des Romans her gedeutet werden konnen. Goethes Unterhaltungen deutscher Azssgewanderten sind die erste deutsche zyklische Rahmenerzahlung, die mit der Struktur der Rahmenstituation auch die besondere Fuxaktion des Rahmens aus Boccaccios Decamerone Ubernommen hat. Wie bei Boccaccio die Pest Chaos uber die menschliche Gesellschaft bringt, so bei Goethe die Franzosische Revolution. Aber die Wechselwirkung von Rahmenhandlung und Binnenerzahlungen ist bei Goethe noch enger als bei Boccaccio. In der Fluchtlingsgesellschaft der Unterhaltungen deutscher Ausgewanderten werden Geschichten erzahlt, nicht nur um die Geseilschaft zu unterhalten, sondern auch um der chaotischen Welt der Rovolution entgegenzuwirken. In jeder dieser Geschichten handelt es sich um die sittliche Bindungen brechende Leidenschaft und deren Uberwindung. Damit will Goethe die Entsagung als sittliche Leistung beschreiben. Diese Spaterzahlung Goethes, die er selber einfach Novelle nannte, wird als Prototyp dieser Gattung angesehen. In dieser Altersnovelle werden das außere Geschehen-das Uberwinden des Lowen durch das Kind-und der innere Vorgang-das Uberwinden einer Leidenschaft Honorios zu der Furstin-verknupft. Diesseitiges steigert sich in symbolischer Verdichtung zu einem religiosen, legendaren Bud der Welt. Damit entfernt sich der alte Goethe von der Novelle als gesellschaftsbezogener Gattung und nahert sich der Romantik.

In this paper, a chamber has been developed to strip photoresists on large-area wafers. It is calculated by different RF-power and inlet flow rate of oxygen. And distribution of each species and velocity magnitude, which is 1mm above wafer surface, are investigated. The software that used is CFD-ACE+. The ashing rate is improved as RF-power and flow rate are increased. However the uniformity is decreased when those are increased.

The purpose of this study was to determine how apartment house brands affected consumers`` residential satisfaction through an empirical analysis. It seems that the recent polarization of apartment house price will become a structural trend as the structure of the housing market is changing into consumer-based one, consequently differentiating demands for housing, and the gap between classes in purchasing power is widening with the decline in the middle class. However, brand marketing for apartment house is not actively applied until a recent date. Therefore, this study empirically determined how apartment house brands were applied to residential satisfaction in housing products and tested the hypothesis that residential satisfaction would depend on apartment house brands. Apartment house suppliers are required to diversify supply of apartments by subdividing consumer classes to cope with increasingly differentiated demands for apartments. The method of mass-supplying apartments based on a few kinds always due to excessive demands is becoming useless because of over-supply of apartments, and so on. It is necessary to pursue the multi-product small batch system to provide differentiated apartment house brands and services by developing niche demands in order to survive in the mature market. Those apartment which can not only improve functional quality but also residential values for consumers will be valued in reinforcing apartment house brand property.
