        하나의 산업이 올바르게 발전하기 위해서는 적절한 비판과 견제는 필수요소라 할 것이다. 특히 국내 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 핵심으로 떠오르고 있는 게임산업의 경우 순기능만큼이나 역기능이 크게 부각되고 있다는 측면에서 더욱 그러하다. 지난 1월 온라인게임 소비자들이 중심이 돼 국내 게임산업의 올바른 발전과 소비자의 권익을 위한‘온라인소비자연대’가 출범했다. 이번 온라인소비자연대의 출범은 그간 정부 정책과 게임업체 위주로 발전돼 온 온라인게임 산업에서 소비자들이 하나의 견제 세력으로 성장하는 계기가 될것으로 보인다. 소비자연대의 전현 대표를 만나 향후 활동계획을 들어봤다.

        뇌신경질환에 사용된 레이저 및 광선치료에 대한 임상 연구 고찰

        Objectives: Recently, many studies have reported beneficial effects from the application of laser and light-emitting diode (LED) therapy for cerebral nervous disease. Transcranial laser therapy and LED therapy may be an effective method to treat diseases of the cerebral nervous system. This study aims to discuss the possibility of laser and LED therapy for cerebral nervous disease by reviewing literature about its effectiveness. Methods: We searched papers using PubMed, Science Direct, CINAHL, KTKP, Oasis and NDSL, using the keywords "Laser therapy, low-level", "Transcranial laser", "Transcranial light emitting diode" and "stroke", "traumatic brain injury", "dementia", "anxiety", "cognitive", "emotional effects", "psychiatric disorder", "multiple sclerosis", "Parkinson's disease". The search range included randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and clinical case series. Reviews and animal experiments were not included. Studies not matched with inclusion criteria were excluded. Results: A total 1,119 studies were found. 1,100 were excluded from scanning titles and abstracts and finally 9 articles were selected. Among the 9 articles, 5 were RCTs, one was a controlled study, and the other 3 were case reports. They reported that transcranial laser therapy and LED treatment had beneficial effects from photobiomodulation to the cerebral nervous system. Clinical evaluation factors showed favorable trends. Conclusions: Transcranial laser therapy and LED therapy seem to be effective to the cerebral nervous system and they may be a favorable choice for cerebral nervous disease.

        수장 족저부에 시간 경과에 따라 다발성으로 발생한 편평 세포암

        Squamous cell carcinoma of the skin arises mostly in the head and neck regions, less frequently in the rest of the body, and rarely in the palms and soles. We report a case of a 6S-year-old man who had had time-sequential development of multiple squamous cell carcinomas on his palms and soles for the past 12 years. These lesions were, in order of time, ulcerative nodules, ulcerative hyperkeratotic papules, hyperkeratotic plaques, maceratied plaques, dark discolored patchs, and hyperkeratotic papules. They were treated by total excision and cryotherpy apart from the last squatnous cell carcinoma in 1994. (Korean J Dermatol 1998;36(5): 897-900)

        대학축구선수의 자기관리와 운동스트레스, 스포츠자신감 간의 구조적 관계

        This study aims to explore a causal relationship among variables of college soccer players’ selfmanagement, exercise stress and sports confidence. The survey was conducted for college soccer players registered at Korea Football Association by using a Convenience Sampling Method. Based on 215 valid samples, with statistical programs such as SPSS Win 21.0 and AMOS 21.0, Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis were used for validity verification. Cronbach"sα was adopted for reliability verification. Structural Equation Model Analysis was carried out to discover a causal relationship among variables. A significance level was set as p=.05. The results derived from this study are summarized as follows. First, it made a static impact on the relationship between self-management and exercise stress. Second, it had a static affect to the relationship between exercise stress and sports confidence. Third, it made a significant impact on the relationship between self-management and sports confidence.

        1인가구 분포 및 밀집지역 유형 분석

        최근 우리나라의 인구ㆍ가구구조는 급격히 변화하고 있으며 점차 대도시에서는 1인 가구의 변화양상이 뚜렷해진다. 따라서 본 연구는 부산시 1인가구 분포 특성 및 밀집지역의 패턴을 분석하고자 한다. 이러한 과정에서 무엇보다 ArcGis를 활용하였으며, 분석방법으로서는 군집분석 중 와드(Ward)연결법을 통해 유형별 밀집지역을 분류해보고 이어서 그 지역적 특성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 다음과 같다. 첫째, 역세권형을 살펴보면 주로 도심지인 서면과 남포동 중심으로 형성되어 있다. 이 유형은 향후 l인가구를 위한 주거계획에서 중요시되어야 하는 지역이라고 판단된다. 둘째, 지구중심지형을 살펴보면 주로 지하철역과 인접하여 있으며 상대적으로 양호한 주거시설과 환경을 갖추고 있다. 셋째, 대학인접지형을 살펴보면 주로 대학생을 비롯하여 젊은 직장인이 원룸ㆍ빌라 등에 거주하고 있다. 이 지역은 소규모의 근린생활시설이 분포되어 있으며 월세비율이 높은 것이 특징이다. 넷째, 공장인접지형을 살펴보면 각종 공장이 밀집된 지역으로 내ㆍ외국인 근로자들이 많이 거주하고 있으며 역세권과는 거리가 있는 지역이다. 마지막으로 기숙사형을 살펴보면 도심지와는 거리가 있는 지역에 위치하고 있고 쾌적한 자연환경을 자랑하는 곳이다. 주로 가족과 떨어져 있는 학생과 직장인들이 거주하며 생활편익시설의 부족과 교통접근성이 떨어져 불편을 겪고 있는 지역이다. The aim of this study is to analyze the pattern of compacted area and the distribution characteristics in one-person household. Through ArcGis, we collect the basic data and classify the compact area in accordance with the pattern employing Ward method out of cluster analysis. The main results are found as follows; First, the station sphere type is located around Seomyun and Nampo-dong, which are the main CBD(Central Business District) This type must be essentially considered in residential plan for one-person household location. Second, the district oriented type is located around the subway and it has relatively better residential facilities and environments. Third, it is found that the younger worker including students resided in one room and villa in the type around university. Forth, the foreign workers and domestic workers in small and medium factory resided in the factory centered type which is far from the station sphere. Lastly, it is dormitory type which is isolated from the CBD, and insteadly amenable and well natural environment area, but students and workers in this area where there are lacking life-related facilities and aside from accessibilities feel uncomfortable.

        정상인에서 각막 생체역학인자가 파스칼안압계를 이용한 안구박동크기에 미치는 영향

        목적: 정상인에서 각막 생체역학인자가 파스칼안압계로 측정한 안구박동크기에 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 조사하였다. 대상과 방법: 2014년 1월부터 7월 안과 외래를 방문한 정상인들을 대상으로 파스칼안압계로 안구박동크기를 측정하고 안구반응분석기를 사용하여 각막이력(corneal hysteresis, CH), 각막저항인자(corneal resistance factor, CRF)를 측정하고, 골드만안압, 구면렌즈대응치, 안축장 및 중심각막두께를 측정하였다. 안구박동크기에 영향을 미치는 각막 역학인자 및 다른 안 인자들 간에 관계를 조사하기 위해 단일 및 다중 선형회귀분석을 시행하였다. 결과: 평균 안구박동크기는 2.90 ± 1.04 mmHg, 평균 각막이력 및 각막저항인자는 각각 10.44 ± 1.96 mmHg, 11.03 ± 2.21 mmHg였다. 단일회귀분석에서 안구박동크기에 영향을 미치는 인자는 각막저항인자(β=0.280, p=0.049), 골드만안압(β=0.293, p=0.039), 구면렌즈대응치(β=0.283, p=0.047)로 조사되었지만 다중회귀분석에서는 오직 각막저항인자(β=0.686, p=0.042)만 관련이 있었다. 결론: 안관류압을 반영하는 안구박동크기와 각막의 탄성도를 반영하는 각막저항인자가 양의 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 두 인자 간의 관련성은 향후 녹내장에서 안관류압의 변화에 대한 각막 생체역학인자의 영향을 분석하는 데 의미가 있을 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: To investigate the influence of corneal biomechanical factors on ocular pulse amplitude measured using dynamic con-tour tonometry in normal subjects. Methods: The study population consisted of normal subjects who visited the outpatient clinic from January, 2014 to July, 2014. Ocular pulse amplitude was measured using dynamic contour tonometry and corneal hysteresis (CH) and corneal resistance factor (CRF) were measured using an ocular response analyzer. We applied univariate and multivariate linear regressions to in-vestigate the relationship between ocular pulse amplitude and corneal biomechanical factors and other ocular factors. Results: Fifty eyes of 50 patients (average age 52.8 ± 17.2 years) were examined. The average ocular pulse amplitude was 2.90 ± 1.04 mm Hg and the CH and CRF were 10.44 ± 1.96 mm Hg and 11.03 ± 2.21 mm Hg, respectively. In univariate linear re-gression, factors influencing ocular pulse amplitude were ocular pressure based on CRF (β = 0.280, p = 0.049), Goldmann ap-planation tonometry (β = 0.293, p = 0.039), and spherical equivalent (β = 0.283, p = 0.047), while in multivariate linear regression the only factor influencing ocular pulse amplitude was CRF (β = 0.686, p = 0.042). Conclusions: A positive correlation between ocular pulse amplitude reflecting ocular perfusion pressure and CRF reflecting cor-neal elasticity was observed. Correlations between the 2 factors will be an important aspect in future studies regarding the influ-ences of corneal biomechanical factors on ocular perfusion pressure in glaucoma patients.

      • 실내 수조에서 수온 변화에 따른 해삼(Apostichopus japonicus, Selenka)의 운동 패턴

        A series of experiments on the movement patterns of sea cucumber (Apostichopus japonicus) to the change of water temperature (10, 13, 16, 19 and 21℃) were carried out in the indoor water tank. The experiments consisted of the preliminary test (Case 1) and formal experiments (Case 2). In case 1 test, the moving patterns of sea cucumbers inside model cage set up in water tank was examined with naked eye observation. In addition, the moving speed and distance of total sea cucumbers in water tank were analyzed based on the image of video camera and PVS program in the case 2 test. The initial body wet weights of sea cucumber were 33.1±11.3 g in case 1 and 52.9±15.3 g in case 2 , respectively. The movement patterns of sea cucumbers were observed using video camera for 12 hours a day. The movement pattern of sea cucumber showed the highest activity at 10℃ of water temperature. The maximum moving distance and speed of sea cucumber were about 0.78m and approximately 0.028 cm/s at 10℃, respectively. The minimum moving distance and speed of sea cucumber were about 0.01m at 19℃ and approximately 0.0048cm/s at 21℃, respectively. It was observed that the optimum water temperature for the movement of sea cucumber was about 10℃.
