Recently, many buildings are constructed around marine environment because of the excellent landscape and the good view. therefore, it is increased the damage as a chloride from the sea. For this reason, many researches of chloride ion penetration have been conducted. but there is no study about the effect of aggregate. In this study, the effect on chloride ion diffusion coefficient and the durability of concrete was investigated along with the change of the grading. From the results, the effect of aggregate on chloride ion diffusion coefficient and the durability of concrete is too little to evaluate it. and diffusion coefficient for steady state was evaluated as low as 1/10 of that for non-steady state. The future direction of this study will be one that estimate the effect of aggregate on chloride diffusion coefficient under low W/C.

Polymorphonuclear leukocyte (PMNL) was obtained from peritoneal cavity in rat treated with casein. Effects of divalent cations and drugs on leukotriene B4 (LTB4) formation from arachidonic acid in the PMNL were determined by HPLC assay. 5-Lipoxygenase, a key enzyme for LTB4 formation from arachidonic acid, exhibited Vmax at 1 X 10-5M, and Km at 9.89 X 10-5M of arachidonic acid. Optimal Ca++ concentration for the enzyme activity was 1 x 10-5M but Zn++ did not show any significant effects on the LTB4 formation. Indomethacin and caffeic acid exhibited inhibitory effects on the LTB4 formation at 1 X 10-5M and 4 X 10-5M, respectively. However, 6-aminohexanoic acid did not show any significant effects on the LTB4 formation.

So, the purpose of this study are predicting the chloride ion diffusion coefficient and life of concrete by the properties of aggregate. In this experiment, the effect on chloride ion diffusion coefficient and the durability of concrete were investigated along with the change of grading and s/a of aggregate. As the result, the effect of the properties of aggregate on chloride ion diffusion coefficient and the durability of concrete are too little to evaluate it. And diffusion coefficient in steady state was evaluated as low as 1/10 of that in non-steady state. In the future, this study need to estimate the effect of aggregate on chloride diffusion coefficient at high-strength concrete.
신규 세파로스로린 항생제 DWC-751 합성과 물성연구

The synthesis and physicochemical properties of a novel cephalosporin, DWC-751 are described. DWC-751, (6R, 7R)-7-[(Z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetamido]-3-[(1-methylbenzotriazol-3-ium)methyl]-ceph-3-em-4-carboxylate monosulfate(IV_a) was conveniently obtained by the conversion of compound(IV) into the crystalline monosulfate. Adjusting pH 4.8-5.2 in aqeous solution of the crude crystalline, compound(IV) in the form of a crystalline pentahydrate was prepared with a high degree of purity. The influence of the various organic and inorganic acids on the solubility of compoud(IV) and its salts, was examined. Particularly, the solubility of DWC-751 was 92 ㎎/㎖ at pH 1.7 and 233 ㎎/㎖ at pH 3.0. DWC-751 showed a broad antimicrobial spectrum against gram-positive and negative bacteria.
