2007 개정 교육과정에 따른 중학교 과학 교과서 분석 -"지각의 물질과 변화"단원을 중심으로-

2007년 개정 교육과정은 수시 개정의 원칙 하에 제7차 교육과정의 기본 틀을 수용하면서 학교 현장에서 나타난 적용상의 문제점을 수정, 보완하여 2007년 2월에 고시되었다. 이에 따라 새로운 과학 교과서가 개발되었는데 이를 제7차 교육과정하의 교과서와 비교 분석하여 신 교과서가 교육과정과 교육 목표에 맞도록 집필되었는지 알아보고 동시에 개선 및 보완할 점이 없는지를 알아보고자 본 연구를 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 제7차와 개정 교육과정의 중학교 과학1 교과서의 ``지각의 물질과 변화`` 관련 단원을 중심으로 체제와 내용을 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개정 교육과정에 따른 중학교 과학1 교과서의 체제 및 내용을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. ``지각의 물질과 변화`` 단원의 체제는, 신 교과서가 구 교과서에 비해 본 단원의 지면 수와 그림 수가 증가 하였으며, 탐구학습의 수는 감소하였으며 참고자료 수가 증가하였다. 그리고 교과서에는 수록되지 않은 자유탐구와 창의력 향상, 과학 글쓰기 등의 활동이 제시되어 있으며 창의력 향상을 위해 제시된 활동은 교과서마다 내용의 질적 차이가 있는 것으로 사료되어 이에 대한 보완이 요구된다. The revised educational curriculum came into effect on February, 2007 under prompt changing rules. This curriculum made up for the practical problems in the 7th national curriculum, accepting its framework. For this reason, the new science textbooks has been published. The purpose of this study was to examine the new science textbooks in terms of courses and objectives, and to look into whether there would be any room for improvements or supplementations by making a comparative analysis of the new textbooks and the 7th`s. To achieve this, the study analyzed and compared the structure and content, focusing on the chapters ``materials and changes of crust`` in the middle school science textbooks of the two curricula, and the following facts were found. In the chapters ``materials and changes of crust,``, the new science textbooks has a increase in the number of illustrations, pictures, compared with the old ones and a decrease in reference data. The new textbooks contains various items: free questing, improving creativity, science reading, which are not in the old textbooks, and there are qualitative difference among the items that are offered for improving creativity in the textbooks.; some measures should be taken to eliminate the gap.

Mare milk has a unique composition compared to other animal milks. This study was to determine the content of vitamin A in mare milk using HPLC and compared with cow milk. The RT(retention time) of vitamin A by HPLC was about 4.4 min in mare and cow milk. The results showed that vitamin A content of cow milk was higher than that of mare milk in each gram of milk sample. And the vitamin A content of mare cream was lower than that of cow cream in each gram of lipid. Consequently, vitamin A content of cow milk was higher than that of mare milk.

This study was to compare the fatty acid composition of mare milk with cow milk in liquid, powder, cream and oil by gas-liquid chromatography. This study was to compare the fatty acid composition of mare milk with cow milk in liquid, powder, cream and oil by gas-liquid chromatography. These results showed that overall fatty acid concentration of mare milk was much higher than that of cow milk, especially linoleic acid(C18:2) and linolenic acid(C18:3). The concentrations of oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid of mare milk were higher than those of cow milk in liquid, powder, cream and oil.
Purification and Characterization of Mongolian Mare Lactoferrin

The lactoferrin from mongolian mare colostrum has been purified by gel filtration (Sephadex G-100), affinity chromatography (Toyopearl-AF-Heparin-650M) in two steps. Mare lactoferrin-containing fractions were identified in the first peak among 3 peaks on Sephadex G-100 as first step, and purified lactoferrin was eluted with a step gradient of 0.5 M NaCl as a 3 step (gradient 0.1, 0.3, 0.5M). Eluted fractions were analyzed by 12% SDS-PAGE, and showed a single protein. Its molecular weight was estimated to be 82 kDa. N-terminal amino acid sequence was determined as APRKSVRWCTISPAEXAKXA.
