Most of physical therapists has thought be exposed themselves to risk of hospital infection but it is reported that have been low concern about infection management. Above like this haven t done systematical education on hospital infection, also physical therapist's information management of infection disease is found very low. It is lack of driving information about disease condition of the patients. Physical therapists has thought their working room may be polluted a lots of micro-organism(%). The control situation of infection waste articles, only 53% responded that the controller has managed very intensive so we can feel to need more intensive It's reported that air culture investigation of physical therapy room has never initiated. To wash the hand, before, after treatment of the patients of physical therapist, is very low frequency. And 73% have responded that the time to wash the hand stays 15-45 second. It is examined that 70% physical therapy room is equipped with washing system, a response of 58% disinfects physical therapy room 1-2times per one month. 36% responded disinfection of treatment modality have done everyday, 25% responded have never done. The location physical therapy room is above one floor - 65%. A response of 57% is ventilation system sufficiency, it is considered that physical therapists needs more efforts on management of hospital infection.

Background: The purpose of this study were to identify the physical therapist's turnover experience in Busan Metropolitan city and its related general factors, and to investigate the turnover, moving-in and out rate. Methods: First Data were collected from 102 physical therapists who working in Busan Metropolitan city using structured questionnaires and then second data collected from who call to directly. Results: Physical therapists expressed high level of turnover experience. Physical therapist's turnover experience was significantly different by their age, marital status, sex, working place and career. In proportion of the total increasing rate of physical therapist and turnover rate was increased. Conclusion: To prevent or reduce physical therapist's turnover rate, more research about causal relationships of physical therapist's turnover should studied.

Purpose:To contribute to the development and globalization of physical therapy in south korea, In the near future setting up the new definition of physical therapy making up for present problem and analysis of the physical therapy business. Methods:Checking the definition of physical therapy be in use, and then we draw a new concept and definition according to the job description at ICF of WHO, WCPT, Korea Job Information System, National Health Personnel Licensing Examination Board Analyses. Results:The existing Definition of the korea physical therapy is focus on physical factor and rehabilitation. But, new Definition of physical therapy is contain prevention, functional limitation, therapy of disorder and be made up of definition more detailed and specialized. Conclusion:If definition of the physical therapy out of WCPT used modify and supplement for Korean society, help globalization as well as public relations of national at the Korea physical therapy and take rights physical therapist.

This purpose of this study was to identify that the effect of Self-stretching exercise and Hold-relax techniques on recoveries of muscle fatigue in upper trapezius and splenius capitis using a smart phone in forward head posture. The subjects were consisted of thirty participations and they were divided into three groups equally at random; control group, self-stretching group and hold-relax group. The muscle fatigue measured by tracing the median frequency decrement from power spectrum analyses of EMG signals. This data were analyzed using repeated measured two-way ANOVA & one-way ANOVA(Bonferroni"s post hoc test) by SPSS 20.0 for windows program. Muscle fatigue of upper trapezius and splenius capitus were significantly different all intervention techniques(control group, self-stretching group, hold-relax group) at the resting, tasking and post intervention(p<.05). The upper trapezius and splenius capitus was no significant difference control group between intervention techniques but there was significant difference of self-stretching group and hold-relax group on recoveries of muscle fatigue(p<.05). Consequently, this study suggest that upper trapezius and splenius capitis was effective for hold-relax better than control group and self-stretching on recoveries of muscle fatigue.

이 논문에서는 현 사회적인 상황과 함께 그 의미가 한층 중요시되고 있는 배려교육론과 그의 실천 방안에 대해 탐색하였다. 먼저 Noddings의 배려교육론에 대해 '배려 실천으로서의 교육, 배려 윤리와 교사의 역할, 배려 중심의 교육과정'에 대해 살펴보았다. 둘째, 홀리스틱 교육 구조와 배려와의 관계를 알아보기 위해 '홀리스틱 교육과 교수-학습 방법, 배려와 홀리스틱 교육과의 관계'에 대해 알아보고, 홀리스틱 배려의 특징으로 '전심, 동기부여의 전이, 배려 받는 측에서의 응답'에 대해 제시하고, 배려하는 교사의 조건으로 '포용'이 필요함을 언급하였다. 즉 홀리스틱 교육에서 제시하는 세 가지 키워드, ‘관계성(connection)’ '조화(balance)'와 '포용․통합성(inclusiveness)'을 갖고 홀리스틱 교육과 배려가 추구하는 교육의 방향의 유사성을 설명하였다. 셋째, 배려 중심의 홀리스틱 수업방법으로 Noddings가 배려교육의 중요한 요소로 제시하고 있는 모델링(modeling)과 대화(dialogue)의 기법에 대해 설명하였고, NLP(신경언어프로그래밍: Neuro-Linguistic Programming) 기법을 활용한 모델링 수업 및 홀리스틱 임상교육(臨床敎育)'을 활용한 실천방법에 대해 소개하였다. First, it was checked to curriculum of education as caring practice, caring ethics, the role of the teacher and the caring center to caring educational theory of Nel Noddings. The second was analyzed to holistic education and the structure of the caring, the condition(inclusion) of the teacher who makes professor learning method, the condition of the caring as relationship and the caring(devotion, move of motive giving and reply on the side where care is received) and the care holistic education. Thirdly, the practice method for which NLP technique, image work and holistic clinical education' were utilized to holistic class way and a case in the caring center where a modeling and a dialogue were utilized.
개별차원의 긍정적 행동지원이 일반학교 통합환경의 지적장애 초등학생의 수업 방해 행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 통합환경(통합학급 수업시간 및 휴식 시간, 방과후학교 수업시간)에서 개별차원의 긍정적 행동지원이 지적장애 초등학생의 수업 방해 행동(소리 지르기, 물건 던지기, 자리이탈) 및 지시 따르기 행동에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상 학생은 초등학교 지적장애 학생으로 통합학급 교과수업 상황, 방과후 수업 상황, 일반 학급에서 특수학급으로 이동해야 하는 휴식 시간에 상황간 중다 기초선 설계를 적용하였다. 기능적 행동평가를 기초로 배경 및 선행사건, 대체행동 교수, 후속결과 중재가 포함된 개별화된 긍정적 행동지원 중재를 시행하였다. 통합환경에서 개별화된 긍정적 행동지원 중재는 지적장애 초등학생의 수업 방해 행동을 감소시키고, 지시 따르기 행동을 증가시켰다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of individualized positive behavior support on disturbing behavior(crying, throwing objects, leaving) and compliance behavior between classroom for elementary school student with intellectual disabilities in an inclusive setting. Multiple baseline design across settings was utilized as a research design in this study. Based on the hypothesis of the functional behavioral assessment, individualized positive behavior support was conducted for a student with intellectual disabilities. The results of the study showed that the individualized positive behavior support was effective reducing the off-task behavior and increasing compliance behavior of student with intellectual disabilities in the inclusive elementary school. The results of this study showed that individualized positive behavior support was effective reducing the off-task disturbing behavior of a student with intellectual disabilities in inclusive elementary school.

본 연구의 목적은 어머니의 우울과 양육스트레스, 그리고 유아의 내재화문제가 시간 변화에도 안정적으로 지속 되는지를 알아보고, 변인 간의 종단적인 영향관계를 파악하는 데 있다. 기존 선행연구에서 어머니의 내재적 요인과 유아의 내재적 요인을 함께 다루어오며 그 간의 관계를 밝혀왔으나, 대부분 동일한 시점에서의 영향력을 확인하는 것으로 지속성에 대한 부분은 고려되지 않아왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자기회귀 교차지연모형을 활용하여 종단적이며 상보적인 인과관계를 확인하려 하였다. 연구대상은 한국아동패널의 3개년도 데이터(2012년~2014년)에 응답한 어머니와 자녀이며, SPSS 23.0 Program과 AMOS 21.0 Program으로 분석을 진행하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 첫째, 만3세 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 우울은 자녀가 만4세와 만5세가 될 때까지 안정적으로 이어지는 것으로 나타났다. 어머니 양육스트레스와 유아의 내재화문제 또한 3개 년도에 걸친 안정적인 양상을 드러내어 자기회귀계수에 대한 경로동일성이 입증되었다. 둘째, 어머니 우울, 양육스트레스, 유아 내재화문제는 요인 간 영향관계를 형성하고 있었으며, 양육스트레스는 매개적인 효과를 나타냈다. 또한 이전 시점의 영향력은 이후 시점에 이르기까지 지속적이며 안정적인 교차적 영향력을 발휘하였다. 끝으로 본 연구결과에 따라 어머니 및 유아의 내재적 문제를 긍정적으로 발현하기 위한 방법에 대해 논의하였다. This study examined the reciprocal longitudinal relationships among the mothers’ depression, parenting stress and early childhood internalizing problem using an autoregressive crosslagged modeling. The precedent studies have discovered the relationships by addressing internalizing factors of mothers as well as that of children, however; the part about continuity has not been considered while most of the studies only verify their influence at the same point. Therefore, this study attempts to confirm longitudinal and complementary causal relationships by using the autoregressive cross-lagged modeling. The participants of this study were mothers and children who answered the three-year data(2012~2014) by Panel Study on Korean Children(PSKC), and the data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 221.0 programs. The main results of the research were as follows: First, previous mothers’ depression, parenting stress, and early childhood internalizing problem had a significant effect on subsequent mothers’ depression, parenting stress, and early childhood internalizing problem respectively. Second, parenting stress mediated the association between mothers’ depression and internalizing problem of children for three years. Also, the influence of the previous point exercises of factors continuous stable cross-influence until later on. There was a longitudinal reciprocal relationship among mothers’ depression, parenting stress, and early childhood internalizing problem. Finally, the ways to yield positively internalizing problems of mother and children were discussed according to the study results.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the horizons for holistic and spiritual education. Concerning the scope of this paper, we will primarily explore and compare J Miller’s holistic education and Won Hyo’s educational thought based on HANMAUM(한마음, 一心 or one mind) philosophy, and secondarily compare “Won Hyo and Miller” with other thoughts, traditional and contemporary. To carry out our task, we will employ Won Hyo’s IP-PA(立-破) and GAE-HAP(開-合) method to organize and develop this paper. This paper will show the vision of holistic and spiritual education for the 21st century global village as well as Korea.

홀리스틱 교육론은 제반 교육사상 문맥과의 연관을 통하여 점차 그 모습을 나타낸 것으로, 현대 및 전통교육사상의 각각의 계보와도 내재적인 대화의 요소를 갖고있기 마련이다. 본고에서는 먼저, 홀리스틱 교육에 대한 이해를 돕기 위하여 홀리스틱 교육의 유래 및 교육비전 10원칙, 교육과정이론 및 교수-학습 방법에 대해 살펴보았다. 다음에, 서양교육사에 있어 홀리스틱 교육의 조류를 고대 그리스․로마의 홀리스틱 교육과 근대 이후의 홀리스틱 교육의 조류로 나누어 살펴보고, 홀리스틱 교육 사상이 갖는 의미를 명확히 하기 위하여, 홀리스틱 교육사상이 대두되게 된 배경과 함께 홀리스틱 교육 사상이 극복해야 할 문제들을 북미에서의 자성적 비판론자들의 의견과 함께 제시하였다. 이어서 대표적인 홀리스틱 교육론자인 J.Miller의 발자취를 통해 홀리스틱 교육에 대한 이해를 깊이하고, 현대교육 사상 및 한국의 전통교육 사상 중 원효, 율곡의 교육사상을 중심으로 홀리스틱 교육론과의 대화를 시도하였다. Holistic education, a prominent educational thoughts today, has been being shaped through the dialogue with various educational thoughts. It has been sharing intrinsic and common elements which may stimulate dialogue with other traditional and modern educational thoughts. Frist, in the paper, I explored the origin and ten principles of holistic education, holistic curriculum, and holistic teaching-learning method. Second, I inquired into the Western educational history, and traced holistic educational constituents in Greco-Roman educational thoughts and in the modern West. Third, I investigated further the background from which holistic education emerged to make clear the historical and cultural implications of holistic education. I also pinpointed the tasks and limitations of holistic education which it must cope with, introducing the self-criticisms of holistic educators and scholars in the North America. Fourth, I analyzed J. Miller's holistic education. It is a good and concrete example of holistic education, and contains East-West dialogue as its essential part. Furthermore I facilitated the dialogue among holistic education, modern educational thoughts, and traditional Korean educational thoughts of Won Hyo and Yul Gog. In the modern world history, the West played the central or active role in studies including educational thoughts. On the other hand the East was marginalized. Today, however, we need East-West cooperation. "Korean holistic education," which is both Korean in terms of particularity and global in terms of universality, may contribute to the global village, regardless of East or West. Besides, after the model of "Korean holistic education" we, Koreans, can create and develop "Korean philosophy," "Korean economics," "Korean politics," and the like.
