        장애인식개선 디베이트 수업이 장애인에 대한 태도 및 행동에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 교육현장에서 장애인식개선을 위한 디베이트 수업이 대학생의 장애인에 대한 태도와 행동 변화에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구방법은 의료보건계열 대학생들 대상으로 예비 보건의료서비스 제공자로서 장애인식개선을 위한 디베이트 수업을 실시한 후에 장애인에 대한 태도와 행동의 변화를 설문지를 이용해 조사하였다. 장애인식개선 디베이트 수업의 효과를 검증하기 위해 두 집단 사전-사후검사 대조군 연구설계를 적용한 결과, 실험군이 대조군보다 장애인에 대한 태도와 행동이 유의하게 증가하였다. 따라서 교육현장에서 장애인식개선을 위한 디베이트 수업은 서로 반대하는 입장에서 모둠토론 과정을 통해 장애인에 대한 부정적인 태도를 감소시키고, 긍정적인 행동을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 장애인에 대한 편견을 없애기 위한 교육의 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. This study was conducted to examine the changes in the attitudes and behaviors of university students after having implemented debate classes for the improvement of disability awareness. This study was conducted to examine the changes in the attitudes and behaviors of university students majoring in medical healthcare towards disabled persons after having implemented debate classes for the improvement of disability awareness as a preliminary health care service provider. Investigate the effect of debate classroom instruction for the improvement of disability awareness, two groups of pre and post-test control group study design were applied, and the attitude and behavior of disability group was significantly increased in the experimental group compared to the control group. Accordingly, debate classes conducted for the improvement of disability awareness in an educational field can decrease negative attitudes through surveys and disability preparations by the university students who are abled persons, and can also improve positive behaviors towards disabled persons through the process of holding team debates with opposing positions to each other. In addition, it is thought that it can provide basic evidence for education to eliminate prejudice against the disabled.

        브레인스토밍 토의식 수업이 장애인식 개선에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 대학생에게 장애인식 개선을 위한 브레인스토밍 토의식 수업을 실시한 후 장애인에 대한 태도와 행동 변화를 조사하였다. 또한, 향후 보건의료계열 대학생뿐만 아니라 사회 전반의 구성원들에게 장애인의 권리와 존엄성을 향상시키고, 장애인과 비장애인이 더불어 사는 편견 없는 사회를 만드는데 도움이 되는 교수법의 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 장애인식 개선을 위한 브레인스토밍 토의식 수업의 효과를 알아보기 위해 두 집단 사전-사후검사 대조군 연구설계를 적용한 결과 실험군이 대조군보다 장애에 대한 태도와 행동이 유의하게 증가하였다. 따라서 장애인의 기능적 회복과 재활에 밀접한 관련이 있는 대학생을 대상으로 실시된 장애인식 개선을 위한 교육은 졸업 후 보건의료서비스 분야의 전문 직업인으로 장애에 대한 올바른 이해와 긍정적인 태도를 함양하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate attitudes and behaviors of students with disabilities after brainstorming ceremony classes for improving students' disability recognition. The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data of teaching methods to improve the rights and dignity of people with disabilities and to create a society where people with disabilities and non-disabled people live together. Investigate the effect of brainstorming classroom instruction for improvement of disability awareness, two groups of pre-post-test control group research design were applied, and the attitude and behavior of disability group was significantly increased in the experimental group compared to the control group. Therefore, education for improvement of disability awareness among college students who are closely related to the functional recovery and rehabilitation of disabled persons can help to develop a proper understanding and positive attitude toward disability as a professional in the field of healthcare services after graduation.

        운동실조형 뇌성마비 아동의 이중과제훈련에 의한 균형 및 일상생활활동의 변화 : 사례보고

        Purpose : The purpose of this study has been performed to find the changes in the balance and activities of daily living on children with ataxic cerebral palsy from dual task training. Methods : This study selects 3 subjects for 7.6 years old who were diagnosed with children with ataxic cerebral palsy. The dual task training applied three times a week for six weeks to ataxic cerebral palsy. To assess changes in balance, we performed the length and surface area ellipse of central of pressure, Pediatric Balance Scale, We also assessed activities of daily living using Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory. Result : There were statistically significant differences in the changes during training period for the static(length and surface area ellipse of central of pressure) and functional balance(PBS). There were statistically significant differences in the changes during training period for the Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory including self-care and mobility domains, except for social function domain. Conclusion : The results from this case study suggest that dual task training may have a beneficial changes on balance and activities of daily living for children with ataxic cerebral palsy.

        미주신경 자극을 위한 새로운 방법 : 비침습적 TENS 적용에 대한 미주신경 자극의 치료적 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation by transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation application on the autonomic nervous system of human body. Methods: Participants were seventeen healthy adults. Standard deviation of all normal N-N intervals(SDNN), root mean square of successive differences(RMSSD), low frequency(LF), high frequency(HF) were compared in pre and post Mean values after intervention. Data were analyzed in Wilcoxon`s signed-ranks test. Results: The results of this study is that sistolic blood pressure and pulse rate decreased mean value after non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation by transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation. High frequency, low frequency, SDNN, RMSSD increased mean value in heart rate variability after intervention. But that is not significant except for SDNN. Conclusion: Non-invasive vagus stimulation by transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation effect on parasympathetic nerve stimulation, and then it might be effective method for autonomic nerve balance control.

        기능적인 저항훈련이 운동이상형 뇌성마비 아동의 대동작과 균형능력에 미치는 영향 : 단일사례설계

        Purpose : The purpose of this research is to find clinical effects of functional resistance training using weighted vest on gross motor and balance abilities of children with dyskinetic cerebral palsy. Methods : This study selects 3 subjects for 8∼12 years old who were diagnosed with children with dyskinetic cerebral palsy. The Design is ABA design of single-subject research design. Baseline(A) and TypeⅡ Baseline(A : 12weeks) phases were received with NDT treatment, Intervention(B : 12weeks) phase provided with 40 minute functional resistance training using weighted vest in a session twice a week. In order to analyze the measure results of gross motor function and performance, balance abilities in children dyskinetic cerebral palsy during baseline, intervention and typeⅡ baseline phase. Result : A statistically significant differences in the total GMFM including walking/running/jumping during baseline, intervention, typeII baseline, but no significant differences in the lying/rolling, sitting, crawling/kneeling and standing. A statistically significant differences in the total GMPM including dissociated movement, coordination, weight shift, stability during baseline, intervention, typeII baseline, but no significant differences in the body alignment domains. A statistically significant differences in the length and surface area ellipse of center of pressure during baseline, intervention, typeII baseline. Conclusion : The intervention method to facilitate multi-joint and closed kinematic chain movement equipped weighted vest applied functional resistance training on children with dyskinetic cerebral palsy effectively improve on gross motor function and performance, balance abilities.

        뇌성마비 아동의 손기능분류시스템에 대한 아동치료사와 보호자의 측정자내 및 측정자간 신뢰도 분석

        Objective: To investigate the inter-rater and intra-rater reliability of the Korean version of the MACS by comparing the classification given by pediatric therapists and guardians of children with cerebral palsy. Background: Cerebral palsy can affect hand functions resulting in diminished mobility, muscle weakness, insufficient control in rapid coordinated movements, involuntary movements, spasticity, and poor postural control. The Manual Ability Classification System (MACS) has been widely used to describe children"s hands with cerebral palsy when handling objects in their daily activities. However, the reliability of this MACS has not been verified in Korean. Method: Data were collected from 45 children in the age range of 4~18 years old who were diagnosed with cerebral palsy by a medical specialist in rehabilitative medicine/neurosurgery. Total two pediatric therapists (physical therapist and occupational therapist) classified manual ability (MACS) through direct observation and information provided by guardians. Pediatric therapists and guardians used the Korean version of the MACS. Inter-rater and intra-rater reliability was analyzed using unweighted Kappa coefficient (k) and intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC). Results: The results of intra-rater agreement show almost perfect agreement almost perfect between both pediatric therapists classified the MACS of children with cerebral palsy in the initial assessment and after one month. The results of inter-rater agreement between the physical therapist and the occupational therapist that MACS has almost perfect [K=0.87 (95% CI: 0.81~0.92), ICC=0.93 (95% CI: 0.91~0.97)]. The results of inter-rater agreement between physical therapist and guardians were observed to be moderate [K=0.45 (95% CI: 0.34~0.57), ICC=0.76 (95% CI: 0.64~0.84)]. Conclusion: Therefore, The Korean version of the MACS has been shown to be a reliable measurement tool that can be used jointly by pediatric therapists with variable clinical careers and by guardians. Application: The application of the MACS in clinical practice can be an important focus to set treatment goals for disabled children including cerebral palsy in partnership with the guardians.

        벽에 등을 기댄 쪼그려 앉는 동작에 따른 정상성인의 넙다리네갈래근 근활성도 비교

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference on quadriceps femoris activity performed wall squats during various dynamic tasks. Thirty one subjects, with no history of patellofemoral pain(PFOP), quadriceps injury, or other knee injury participated for this study. Muscle activation of the vastus medialis obliquus, rectus femoralis, vastus lateralis muscles were recorded while subjects performed 10 consecutive wall squats. Subjects performed the wall squats during four different four methods: (1) general wall squat, (2) back against fitness ball (3) weight in hands, (4) add in arms movement. Statistical analysis were accomplished by utilizing the one-way ANOVA(Bonferroni"s post hoc test) by SPSS 20.0 program. Significance level was set at p<.05. Muscle activations induced under the four different motions were compared and results showed that there was significant difference only in vastus medialis obliquus and rectus femoralis but there was no significant difference in vastus lateralis. The vastus medialis obliquus was significantly different back only against fitness ball at post-hoc test. The rectus femoris was significantly different back against fitness ball & add in arms movement at post-hoc test. Based on these results, we conclude that muscle activations are influenced by performing wall squats using various dynamic tasks in healthy adults.
