제조업 종사원의 심리적 자본이 사회적 지지와 직무만족에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study were to examine the effects of psychological capital on social support and job satisfaction, and to examine the mediating effects of the social support. In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were obtained from 275 employees working in firms at Changwon City were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0. and AMOS 5.0. The findings are as follows: Firstly, there was a positive relationship between psychological capital and social support. Secondly, there was also a positive relationship between social support and job satisfaction. Thirdly, there was also a positive relationship between psychological capital and job satisfaction. Finally, the social support was a full mediating effect on the relationship between psychological capital and job satisfaction. Based on these findings, it is suggested that employees' psychological capital and social support were developed to increase job satisfaction. To increase job satisfaction, managers ought to develop the psychological capital and social support. The limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies 본 연구는 제조업 종사원의 심리적 자본이 사회적 지지와 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지와 심리적 자본과 직무만족 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지가 매개작용을 하는지를 파악하여 기업이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 창원시의 제조업 종사자 275명의 응답을 표본으로 SPSS 12.0와 AMOS 5.0을 이용하여 검증되었다. 연구결과, 심리적 자본은 사회적 지지와 직무만족 각각에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 사회적 지지도 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 사회적 지지는 심리적 자본과 직무만족 간의 관계에 있어서 완전 매개작용을 하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 직무만족을 제고하기 위하여 조직구성원의 심리적 자본에 대한 인식을 높이고 동료와 상사의 지지를 높일 수 있는 방안과 본 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

The Revitalization Project was to reflect radical changes in the idea and philosophy of rural development. The Revitalization Project which started in 2005 was terminated in 2010. Accordingly, we need to analyze the policy outcomes of Revitalization Project. This study verified the operation planning for performance management of Revitalization Project through PDCA cycle. The methodologies for analysis are literature review, survey of public officials in 70 Revitalization Project cities and counties. The survey was carried out in October 2012 and 173 people from 70 cities and counties answered. The findings are as follows: First, there was a positive relationship between the planning phase and the implementation phase. Second, there was also a positive relationship between the implementation phase and the project`s completion phase. Third, there was a positive relationship between the planning phase and the completion phase. Finally, the implementation phase was a partial mediator on the relationship between the planning phase and the completion phase. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the research findings were discussed, and recommendations for future research were provided.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics and problems of existing research through various literature investigations on the existing R&D process. Implications are identified through the investigation of existing studies and the characteristics of the digital transformation era are analyzed. We research and propose a new R&D process suitable for the new era of digital transformation. Methods: The research method investigates various literature precedent studies on the existing R&D process and the methods used by companies. Research new R&D processes that reflect the characteristics of the digital transformation era and develop new related models. Results: In the era of digital transformation, the parallel R&D process is being reorganized to respond quickly to the demands of rapid market changes. In order to respond quickly to various customers, the R&D process can respond flexibly in a parallel structure. Conclusion: Along with the development of the R&D process, additional research on indicators and evaluation models that can evaluate them fairly and flexibly is needed. Further research is needed to determine whether the R&D process suitable for the digital transformation era is operating properly.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status and investigate relevant indicators so that R&D performance evaluation suitable for government-funded research institutes can proceed. A suitable performance evaluation model was presented based on the surveyed indicators. Based on the presented performance evaluation model, the importance was analyzed to calculate the weight for each indicator of the performance evaluation model. Methods: The method applied in this study presented a performance evaluation model based on the organizational performance evaluation cases of advanced overseas countries. By using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique, the weight of each indicator of the performance evaluation model was studied. Results: As a result of examining the indicators necessary for the evaluation model, focusing on overseas cases, 13 evaluation items were derived. A weight was calculated for the importance of the study results. And the scientific/technical research results showed the highest excellence. Conclusion: Key indicators of performance evaluation suitable for government-funded research institutes were derived and presented through detailed modeling in three stages. A realistic model that can objectively evaluate the performance of government-funded research institutes was proposed using the AHP technique.
