        신화텍스트의 현실 지시성: 슬라브니꼬바의 단편 <바실렙스>를 중심으로

        Настоящая работа посвящена рассмотрению мифологических основ, отраженных в рассказе О.Славниковой <Басилевс>. С одной стороны, миф как древнаяя форма общественного сознания является особым видом мироощущения человечества. С другой стороны, миф можно рассмотреть как характерную категорию для понимания определенных эпох, как иносказательность культурных текстов. В современной русской литературе существуюет по-разному шифрованные мифологические размышления. При этом различные мифологемы и стуруктры мифотекстов, введенные в литературные произведения, становятся одним из важных элементов для отражения реальности. В рассказе Славниковой поэтика мифологизма занимает особое место и в нем наблюдается игра с привычными символами и мифам, которые моделируют общекультурные коллизии в современной России. Центральным персонажем этого рассказа является Елизавета Николаевна. В рассказе изображается ее пограничное состояние. Она должна исключена из постсоветского общества, так как она представляет собой не что иной, как знак прошлого советского периода. Однако она продолжает свою жизнь в этом мире как призрак прошлой эпохи. Поэтому мифологемы, воплощенные в образе главной героини, с одной стороны, возбуждает носталгию советского периода, с другой стороны, указывает на пустынность, мнимость капиталистической России, которой сменились и сменяются до сих пор прошлый идеологем - советскую утопию. Таким образом, Славникова вводит в свое маленькое, но весьма объемное литературное пространство реальные бытовые ситурации, выдвигая на первый план быитийные вопросы современной России.

        서번트 리더십이 직무자율성, 상사신뢰 및 창의성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 서번트 리더십이 직무자율성, 상사신뢰, 그리고 창의성에 미치는 영향을 연구했다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 직접판매회사에 종사하고 있는 판매원 207명의 응답을 표본으로 SPSS 12.0과 AMOS 5.0을 이용하여 검증하였다. 연구결과, 서번트 러더십은 직무자율성과 상사신뢰에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 창의성에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 직무자율성은 창의성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤지만, 상사신뢰는 창의성에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 직무자율성은 서번트 리더십과 창의성 간에 완전매개효과가 있었지만, 상사신뢰는 서번트 리더십과 창의성 간에 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 실무적으로 다음과 같은 시사점을 제공한 수 있다. 서번트 리더십은 그 자체만으로 창의성에 향상을 기대하기 보다는 직무자율성의 간접효과도 작용함을 고려함으로써 서번트 리더십의 중요성이 높게 인지되어야 하고 서번트 리더십을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위한 노력이 필요함을 시사한다. 조직은 인간존중차원에서 개인의 특성에 앗는 직무설계와 창조경영차원에서 구성원들에게 창의성을 높일 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다고 하겠다. 한편 본 연구는 다음과 같은 한계점을 가지고 있어 향후 충분히 고려할 필요가 있다. 첫째, 자기보고식 설문지를 이용함에 따른 개인적 특성에 따른 공통방법분산의 가능성이 높다. 둘째, 횡단적 연구방법을 실시하였기 때문에 연구결과에 대한 확실한 결론을 내리기에는 한계가 있다. 셋째는 조사대상이 직접판매회사에 종사하는 판매원을 대상으로 검증되었기 때문에 연구의 결과를 일반화하는 데에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 다양한 산업분야와 업종을 대상으로 실증적 연구를 하여야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of servant leadership on job autonomy, trust in supervisor and creativity. For the study, the data obtained from 207 salesperson in the direct selling industry. The research was conducted by using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0. The findings are as follows: First. servant leadership was positively related with job autonomy, trust in supervisor. however, the relationship between servant leadership and creativity is not related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between job autonomy and creativity. however, the relationship between trust in supervisor and creativity is not related. Finally, job autonomy played as a complete mediator on the relationship between servant leadership and creativity. However, there was no empirical evidence for the mediating effect of rust in supervisor on the relationship between servant leadership and creativity. Based on these findings, this study shows servant leadership is expected to enhance the creativity and job autonomy also plays a important part in creativity. Therefore, it is imperative that direct selling company’s organizations must develop and educate the program for servant leadership to achieve high performance. Considering the fact of respecting humans, organizations should allocate jobs based on individuals' characters'. Seen from creative management standpoints, organizations should provide members with various programs to enhance creativity. However, the limitations of the paper are as follows: First, all data were collected via self-report questionnaire of salesperson, giving rise to concern about common method variance. Second, future research tracking the effect of servant leadership on job autonomy, trust in supervisor and creativity over time may enable us more precisely to make an inference of causality. Third, the samples are limited to a specific area. In addition, numbers of various service fields should be included in future studies.

        러시아 게임 산업의 현황과 전망

        According to experts, the size of the Russian game market in 2018 will reach about $ 1.7 billion. As of July 2018, Russia has about 65.2 million gamers and is ranked 11th place in the world in terms of the size. The Chinese market is ranked the first place in the world in terms of market size. On the contrary, this means that the market has already reached saturation. Moreover, next year the ‘Shutdown’ system will be implemented in China which will cause a period of stagnation for a while. In the United States and the European games market, where the game culture has already been established to some extent, it is expected to maintain its current level if there are no special issues. In terms of revenue, Russia ranks 11th in the world, but it is the fifth largest market in the world, based on the total population and the number of internet users. However, the Russian game market is undervalued in many respects. Given the population who can switch to gamers all the time and the penetration and accessibility of the internet, Russia can be called a new blue ocean of the game market. It is a market that will replace the Chinese, US, and European game markets, which are already in a saturated or stagnant period. In the future, it can be regarded as one of the most promising markets in the Europe. In this article, we analyze the developments and changes of the Russian game market from 2010 onwards, when the Russian game industry started its full-scale development, and analyze the characteristics of the Russian game market. Based on this, we would like to infer the development potential and prospects of the Russian game industry in the future. The analytical data and forecasts of this paper can be used primarily to identify the present state of the Russian game industry. Furthermore, it will provide various information for establishing detailed strategies which relates to localization of games and its marketing when Korean companies enter the Russian game market in the future.

        절차공정성과 직무중요성이 조직구성원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 일가치감과 심리적 주인의식의 매개효과 검증 : 간호사를 대상으로

        The purpose of this study includes: Firstly, to examine the effects of procedural justice and job significance on value of work, psychological ownership, and job satisfaction. Secondly, to examine the mediating effect of the value of work, psychological ownership on the relationship between procedural justice, job significance and job satisfaction. For the study, the data was collected from convenient sample of 273 nurses at university hospital in a city to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. This study reports findings as followed: first, the relationship between the procedural justice and the value of work is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between the procedural justice and the psychological ownership. Third, there was also a positive correlation between the job significance and the value of work. Fourth, the relationship between the job significance and the psychological ownership is positively related. Fifth, there was also a positive correlation between the value of work and the psychological ownership. Sixth, there was also a positive correlation between the procedural justice and the job satisfaction. Seventh, the relationship between the job significance and the job satisfaction is positively related. Eighth, there was also a positive correlation between the value of work and the job satisfaction. Ninth, there was also a positive correlation between the psychological ownership and the job satisfaction. Finally, the value of work and psychological ownership played as a partial mediator on the relationship between procedural justice and job satisfaction. Also, the value of work and psychological ownership played as a partial mediator on the relationship between job significance and job satisfaction. Based on these findings, the limitations of the study and some directions for future studies were presented.
