        온라인 의류 쇼핑몰에서의 반품에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        Currently, the e-commerce market has continued to grow significantly for more than 10 years, and the transaction volume is further increasing in the face of the special situation of COVID-19. Fashion(28.2%) accounted for the highest percentage of online shopping transaction amount by product group in 2020. Also, as a result of analyzing the cases of consumer damage received in 2016, among the 26 product groups, ‘clothes and textile personal items’ with 2,442 cases(28%) were the most damaging to domestic e-commerce consumers. Return rate management is an important performance management indicators in the e-commerce industry because the entire process, including a decrease in satisfaction for consumers, return consultation by a customer center agent, and the cost handling process for receiving and collecting returns through a courier company are all counted as expenses. regarded as one of the indicators. In this paper, the factors affecting returns were studied by targeting customers who have purchased and returned clothing products from online fashion shopping malls. A survey was conducted on 184 online shopping mall users, and 5 factors(difference between picture and reality, change of mind, defective delivery, defective quality and defective service) influencing the return of clothing products through exploratory factor analysis were found that reliability and validity were secured through the confirmatory factor analysis process. It is judged that more data collection and research on the relationship between returns and customer satisfaction are needed in the future.

        Until now, environmental problem has become more and more serious, and acoustic noise is one of environmental<br/> pollutions. For many years, ANC(Active Noise Control) has been made to reduce this noise.<br/> In this paper, active silencer using switching method is studied. This silencer is composed of single-phase full bridge inverter to drive cancelling loudspeaker. The inverter is controlled to reduce noise by ramp comparison control method. At the vacuum cleaner, noise control with FFCS(Feed-Forward Control Structure) is applied and geometric arrangement is replaced to avoid unstability of FFCS.

      • 사무공간의 체계적인 배치계획에 관한 연구

        Much researches have been being performed for the plant layout using the systematic layout planning approach. However, little concern about the office layout was given compared to the plant layout. In this paper, a systematic approach to the office layout is proposed and it is applied to the P-company. The whole process of making office layout is called as an office layout planning in this paper. To do an office layout planning, a survey was done to get the data about the job and behavior characteristics of the white collars in the office and the data were clustered using the cluster analysis. It is known that four types of layout were preferred by the office workers according to the job and behavior characteristics in general. Next, the relationship diagram was drawn between the departments of the company. The relationship was represented as symbols such as A, E, I, O, U, and X which were suggested by Murther(1974). The diagram was used to make layout among the departments in which the stronger the relationship the closer the departments. The third, the basic module was made. This includes the size of the furniture and the basic layout of the unit team in an office. Four kinds of basic modules were proposed according to the job and behavior characteristics. Finally, the departments were allocated to the floor according to the relationships among them. Several alternatives were made and evaluated according to the Manhattan distance and weighted Manhattan distance. The proposed method was applied to the P-company and the result shows that the systematic way will fulfill the satisfaction of the office workers.

        남부지방 벼 2기작을 위한 적합품종 선정

        본 연구는 최근 지구 온난화로 인하여 벼의 재배 가능 기간이 길어짐에 따라 남부지방의 벼 2기작 재배의 가능성을 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 전기작 벼는 4월 15일에 9 개의 품종을 이앙하였다. 전기작 벼의 수확 후 후기작으로는 11개의 품종을 8월 1일에 이앙하여 11월 초에 수확하였다. 전기작의 5 개의 품종(기라라397, 백일미, 조안, 한설 그리고 중모1031)은 7월 말에 수확이 가능하였다. 전기작은 기라라397과 백일미 품종이 수량이 가장 많았다. 전기작의 쌀 수확량은 지역 평균 수확량의 약 93% 정도였다. 후기작은 지녹과 기라라397이 수량이 가장 많았다. 후기작 벼 재배에서 쌀 수확량은 정상적인 계절 재배보다 생육기간이 짧아 지역 평균 수확량의 약 70% 미만이었다. 결과적으로 한국 남부지역의 벼2기작은 경제적 실효성이 아직은 높지 않지만 지구 온난화로 인한 평균기온 상승과 식량자급율을 고려하여 지속적인 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다. This study was conducted to confirm the possibility of rice double cropping system in the southern region as the period of possible cultivation of rice is prolonged due to recent global warming. The first rice was transplanted with 9 varieties on April 15th. After the first rice was harvested, the second rice was transplanted on August 1st with 11 varieties and harvested in early November. The five preceding crop varieties (Girara 397, Baek Ilmi, Joan, Hanseol, and Jungmo 1031) were harvested in late July. The highest yield of first transplanting rice was on the Girara 397 and Baekilmi varieties. The first transplanting rice yield was approximately 93% of the local average. Zinoc and Girara 397 had the highest quantity in the second transplanted varieties of rice. Rice yield was less than around 70% of the average local yield in second transplanting rice cultivation because the growing period was shorter than that of normal seasonal cultivation. Thus, although the economic efficiency of the rice double cropping system in South Korea is not yet high, it is estimated that continuous research is required in view of the rise in the average temperature and food self-sufficiency rate due to global warming.

        재고수준을 고려한 제철원료 수송을 위한 선박 일정계획 수립 모형

        A ship scheduling model is presented for the raw material transportation problem with yard storage constraints in a steel mill. The problem is formulated as 0, 1 mixed integer programming considering such constraints as loading port conditions, ship size and hold capacity, unloading conditions, and yard storage space. In addition, inventory related constraints including safety stock are taken into consideration to support the continuous operations of steel making process The proposed model has been implemented and applied successfully to a real world problem, and its results show the improvement of performance compared to the traditional method. For example, the arrival dates of ships are determined satisfying the constraints. The total inventory level is minimized at the stock yard as a result. Also. the safety inventory level is always kept at the planning stage. and the standard deviation of total inventory level is reduced significantly. Further research is expected to develop efficient heuristics to have a better response time for even larger scale problems.

        DEA 모형에 의한 제철용 석탄의 효율성 평가

        This paper proposes a DEA model for the performance evaluation of each brand of coking coals in an integrated steel mill. The performance is defined as the efficiency which is the ratio of two linear combinations of the output factors to the input factors. There is only one input factor considered in the model : unit price of each brand based on CIF. Five output factors are chosen in consideration of their impact to the quality of cokes such as Ash. VM, LMF, TD, and Rm. Some of the output factors are treated as undesirable in DEA model because the quality criteria are given by the range. The CCR and BCC efficiencies are derived by the DEA model, and the scale efficiency is calculated, too. Each brand of coking coal is classified into four categories according to the CCR and BCC efficiencies, and the most inferior brands are identified as a result. The impact of the input and output factors to the efficiency is analyzed using a multiple regression, then the unit price is revealed as the most critical among them. Also, ANOVA results show that there exist efficiency differences among the coal types and the countries imported, respectively. Finally. the quantitative projection for the inefficient brands is performed if they are to be efficient. The result could be utilized in selecting the good or bad brands of coking coal based on the efficiency in an integrated steel mill. Also, this model will be used to assess the relative efficiency of a new brand of coking coal if it is a candidate to be imported.
