We have a cultured method to grow rat mammary epithelial cells (RMEC) for 1 to 14 days in 1:1 mixture of Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium: Nutrient and F-12 (DMEM/F-12) containing 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS), human EGF, insulin, hydrocortisone, human transferrin and $17{\beta}$-estradiol in vitro. We were able to isolate and distinguish two cell types, luminal epithelial cells and myoepithelial cells, from primary clutures of RMEC. Immunocytochemical stains were used to distingusih luminal epithelial cells and myoepithelial cells. Peanut lectin (PNA) was stained in most alveolar epithelail cells and luminal epithelial cells of rats, while Thy-1.1, a maker of potential rat mammary myoepithelial cells, was expressed in myoepithelial cells in the rat. Also, we examined the expression patterns of three types of gap junction proteins, connexin 26 ($C{\times}26$), connexins 32 ($C{\times}32$) and connexin 43 ($C{\times}43$) by immunocytochemistry and western blot analysis. In the cell types, the results show that at the early stage of culture, luminal epithelial cells were increased and these cells were surrounded by myoepithelial cells. At the late stage of culture, luminal epithelial cells were decreased, in contrast myoepithelial cells were increased. In the expression pattern of gap junction, $C{\times}26$ maintained it's expression until day 3, but afterwards gradually decreased in intensity. Expression of $C{\times}32$ remained until day 5, then decreased slightly. $C{\times}43$ gradually increased untill the middle time of culture then decreased in intensity. These results suggest that connexins may be important for the control of growth in rat mammary epithelial cell types.

Objectives:The aim of this study is evaluating the biomarkers such as stress-related hormones(Cortisol, Corticosterone, Dehydroepiandrosterone ; DHEA) in chronic unpredictable stress animal model. Methods:The animal were stressed by 6 different unpredictable protocols during 28 days, in terms of chronic unpredictable stress model. We measured stress responses of the rat by recording weight gain rate, behavior test(y-maze test, open field activity test), ELISA(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) assay of stress-related hormones(Cortisol, Corticosterone, DHEA). Results:Stress group showed lower weight gain rate compared to control group. Open field activity were increased in stress group, so that is related increasing of anxiety in stress group. Serum cortisol and DHEA level were increased in stress group. But corticosterone level was decreased in stress group. Conclusion:These findings suggest that serum DHEA level may have potential for chronic stress diagnosis and correlation of stress-related hormone present as biomarker for diagnosis of various stress.

The main shaft carries the weight of the hub and blades. The front of the shaft also receives the full fluctuating forces from changing winds that hit the rotor, transmitting only the torque forces to the gearbox. Wind turbine requires service life of about 20 year and each components of wind turbine requires high durability, because installation and maintenance costs are more expensive than generated electricity by wind-turbine. So the design of wind turbine must be verified in various condition before production step. For this work, high reliability model for analysis is required. In this study, nonlinear structural analysis were conducted for three types of main shaft which has different hollow size, the stress level of each model were compared.

A system that public support organizations for military veterans can share their knowledge about how to proceed their administrative affairs should be set up to enhance service efficiency and satisfy support demand for military veterans. This study is to focus on suggesting efficient policy directions toward activating support projects for military retirees by increasing inter-organizational knowledge sharing through analyzing affecting factors against knowledge sharing between those organizational factors based on 250 samples from public servants in public support organizations for military veterans under the control of Ministries of Patriots & Veterans Affairs, National Defense, and Employment Labor in Korea. This research has tried to construct related theories and research model with regard to factors affecting inter-organizational knowledge sharing in view of 4 dimensions : personal factor, organizational factor, systemic factor, and knowledge-featured factor. For the analysis and hypothesis evaluation of this study model, this dissertation has executed factor and reliability analysis about questionnaire items, corelation analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, T-test, and variance analysis including multi-regression analysis with SPSS(version 12.1) to evaluate the relation of variables. The summary of this study is as follows. First, the result of sample mean comparison among factors showed a little high points at the personal factor(3.02), the organizational factor(3.07), systemic factor(3.07), and the knowledge-featured factor( 2.69) compared with absolute mean(3.00). Second, the fact of stepwise multi-regression analysis with SPSS to evaluate the influence of 4 independent variables on 3 dependent variables, inter-organizational knowledge sharing activity, showed that the personal, the organizational , the systemic, and the knowledge-featured factor had differently influenced the dependent variable, knowledge sharing, in 3 support projects for military veterans at significance level of 0.01 proximity. The personal, the organizational , and the systemic factor had affirmatively influenced the dependent variable, knowledge sharing, at significance level of 0.01 proximity with .499 R 2 and 61.047 F value except for the knowledge-featured factor in the education support project. In the project of employment support for military retirees, the organization and the systemic factor had positively influenced the knowledge sharing at significance level of 0.01 proximity with .277 R 2 and 23.440 F value except for the personal and the knowledge-featured factor. In case of job training project for the retired military, the systemic and the knowledge-featured factor had affirmatively influenced the knowledge sharing at significance level of 0.01 proximity with .118 R 2 and 82.02 F value except for the personal and the organizational factor. Third, open mindedness, cooperation, education & training, organizatinal flexibility, rewarding system, leader`s support, the easiness of acknowledged use, acknowledged usefulness, communication channel, explicitness, and usefulness should be planted in public organizations. As a result of this condition, public servants will be able to serve the military veterans efficiently. Fourth, official business tie-up, setting up sisterhood, and networking between public organizations should be encouraged by high-ranking officials to activate knowledge sharing. If knowledge sharing atmosphere is set up in public organizations, the public organizations will be evaluated with great grade of satisfaction from the public. In conclusion, public servants from each service unit should meet, communicate, and discuss about how to proceed similar public affairs and listen to each other`s opinion through conference, forum, or private parties. Through these human being based channels public organizations can share organization knowledge and information.
Intercrestal line 높이와 요추 추간판 탈출증의 상관관계에 대한 영상학적 연구

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to find out the relation between the height of intercrestal line, and HIVD(Herniated Intervertebral Disc)of Lumbar spine. Methods : We investigated 445 cases (208 male, 237 female) of patients who were diagnosed as HIVD of L-spine at either L4/5 or L5/S1 level. We analysed the relation between the height of intercrestal line and the level of HIVD. Results : 1. Among 445 cases, the level of intercrestal line with HIVD of L-spine at the specific location was different between male and female. In male, the intercrestal line is more likely to be located at L4 level, while in female more likely to be located at L5 level. 2. Among 445 cases, L5/S1 HIVD patients(272, 61.1%) were more than L4/5 HIVD patients(173, 38.9%). At L4 body area, L4/5 HIVD patients were more than L5/S1 HIVD patients, however, at L4/5 intervertebral area and L5 body area, L5/S1 HIVD patients were more than L4/5 HIVD patients. (p<0.01) 3. When the line is located at higher level, HIVD of L-spine tends to be occurred at L4/5 level. Contrastly, when the line is located at lower level, HIVD of L-spine tends to be occurred at L5/S1 level. (p<0.01) Conclusions : High intercrestal line leads to L4/5 HIVD, while low intercrestal line leads to L5/S1 HIVD. Possibly, it is caused by different length and thickness of the iliolumbar ligament.
